• Medvedieva (6/5): Квартире нужен ремонт, проветривание не уберет плесень на стенах. - Квартира находится недалеко от центра, все основные достопримечательности на расстоянии 20-25 минут ходьбы. Рядом несколько мелких магазинчиков и один большой супермаркет, кафешки. Но район не очень оживленный. В квартире две спальни, в каждой огромный шкаф, плюс кухня. Можно быть семьей с детьми или друзьям. Ключ получить очень удобно. Нам пришло сообщение от хозяина с очень подробной инструкцией. В квартире очень сильный запах плесени. проветривание не очень с этим помогло( Это сильно испортило впечатление от очень хорошей квартиры. Рядом железная дорога, очень оживленная. И нет собственной парковки.

• Jessica (9/5): Great value for the price! - Huge apartment with everything we needed and even an outside patio area! Having AC was a life saver. Also super quiet place you can’t hear the street from the bedroom which is nice. The neighborhood we were in looked a little rough but in our experience going out and coming home late nothing sketchy was ever happening so looks can be deceiving. The kitchen is a bit musty so we had to wash every dish before we used it. Also the drain in the shower is really bad, we tried cleaning it ourselves but no matter what we did it would always flood like crazy. The spot is not in central athens but it is only a 15-20 min walk away and like a 8 min walk from the metro.

• Roya (8/5): - Simple but there was everything needed and also good space and shelf in the bathroom. Check-in was simple There was just barely enough dishes and there was a musty smell underneath the sink
• Marijanne (10/5): Lovely stay in Athens - Location near city with free parking. Lively cafe's and restaurants nearby. Akropolis or metrostation is at nice walking distance. Two separate bedrooms for a family with a teenager. Traintrack nearby, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Is not used at night.
• Zuzanna (10/5): - - localised perfectly for me - patio with some armchairs and an ashtray - ideal bedroom and living room size - practical kitchen - cosmetic accessories - big wardrobe - very helpful and forgiving owner who helped me to find the right door:) - it was hard to set a good water temperature in the shower - there could be a second door key available

• laura (7/5): El apartamento muy bien, ela ubicación no tanto - El apartamento es amplio, las camas muy cómodas y la cocina completa. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. La calle nos daba sensación de inseguridad, de hecho un día aparecieron en la entrada un mechero y un tapón metálico junto con una cajetilla de tabaco.Al estar cerca de unas vías de tren, se oye el ferrocarril cuando pasa.
• V (7/5): - The location allowed for wander to the Acropolis and surrounding restaurants. The local atmosphere was funky. The shower was a tad temperamental.

• Juliann (10/5): A pleasure to stay there!!! - It was a 25-30 minute walk to the historic district. We walked from the property to all of the historical sites in the area. Great grocery store two blocks away. This property has a beautiful secluded courtyard in back, separate bedrooms, great kitchenette with everything you need. Very modern and clean! There was always space to park in the street in front of the building.
• Roisin (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. - It is a quiet neighbourhood that felt very safe, only a 10 minute walk from the Metro station. The kitchen had a lot of equipment supplied. Air conditioning was a bonus. Good communication from the host. We really enjoyed our trip.. The train going past at night could be a bit noisy. The shower/bath was not in great condition, it could do with some repair/replacement. It was a shame that there was no washing machine but not a very big problem

• Astrid (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and comfortable, 10 minutes from the center by car. Has all the necessary things to stay a few days. Liked the little backyard to relax in the night and Talk about all the beautiful places we have seen. The only thing we missed is a washing machine. Extremely hot and wet outside, so would have been great to be able to wash a few things in the 4 days que stayed.

It is convenient for families. It is a safe part of town. There is also party streets are near. WiFi is excellent, AC is working and kitchen is equipped with necessities. Everything was good, depending what are you looking for. We are not needy travelers. We were missing toilet brush :)

• Niederle (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very well prepared for arrival, very good communication. Perfect location no more than 30 minutes to Akropole. My market max. 5 minutes. Some days we had low water pressure but warm water was available whole day. No serious issue.
• Bernard (6/5): Adequate - Location is very handy though very difficult to find on Google Map. Spacious. Nowhere to place toilet paper soiled with excrement for four days. 1 out of three remote controls for aircons working. No one to collect rubbish for four days. No instruction.

• Gary (8/5): amazing location. close to shops restaurants and bars and the apartment is large enough for 3 adults staying either shor - the property boasts two lovely double bedrooms with wardrobe space. also has an outdoor seating area at the back and a large kitchen living room. amazing for the 3 of us i booked for 3 adults and had to buy a bed cover for myself. not a massive issues but would have been nice if one extra cover was supplied for the sofa bed

I recommend Sofa
