- Γεωργία (10/5): Υπέροχη εμπειρία με εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από τον Anri και ιδανική τοποθεσία στη Νάπολη. - Ο Anri ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, πολύ ευγενικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος να μας βοηθήσει με προτάσεις και πληροφορίες για τη Νάπολη. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα τα σημαντικά σημεία της πόλης. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά και η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη.

La pénalité que j’ai dû payer à 20h00 pour le check-in tardif a été une mauvaise surprise pour moi. Le deuxième lit n’était pas préparé.

- gomez quero (1/5): - La cama era cómoda No me gustó que la nevera y el congelador no funcionara como tendría que funcionar. Nos enseñó dos números de teléfonos el cual se refirió que podíamos llamar cuando queramos porque era 24h. Llamamos varias veces en los 4 días y no nos cogió ni 1 vez el teléfono. No me gustó que no hubiera cambio ni de sábanas ni de toallas en los 4 días aún habiendo hablado con ellos para avisar de que queríamos el cambio. No me gustó que en nuestro cuarto donde estaba la cama detrás de un armario se ocultaba una puerta donde estaba justamente pegado a otra habitación la cual se escuchaba absolutamente todo, 0 silencio y a las 4:30 6:00 de la madrugada se escuchaba un bebé de meses llorar seguidamente durante varias noches seguidas , al estar pegado a nuestra habitación no nos dejaba dormir ninguna noche ( no teníamos constancia ni nos dijeron nada de esa habitación, solo la ocultaron detrás de un armario). Tampoco me gustó que no hubiera absolutamente NADIE en la “recepción” si se podía llamar recepción , porque literalmente la “sala” donde nos cobraron y recibieron no estaban ni en ese edificio. Y recalcó que no nos gustó que no hubo cambio de toallas porque me pareció de poca higiene e insistimos varios días en que nos los cambiaran y no había ninguno tipo de respuesta de parte de la persona encargada del alojamiento. No repetiré jamás.

- Robin (8/5): Good but gritty lost - Location in the old town. Good size rooms and comfortable bed. I asked for an extra pillow, that was promised but never received. No coffee machine. We bought our own espresso coffee for the stovetop pot that was supplied. No tea towel provided in the kitchen. The security procedure seemed daunting.

- Iryna (7/5): Квартира требует ремонта и замены мебели, декора, а также нормальной уборки - Находится в историческом центре, была терраса с видом на Везувий, если лететь в теплое время года, а не как мы в феврале, можно позагорать на шезлонгах на террасе. Есть утюг. Были все необходимые кухонные принадлежности, хороший метраж квартиры, интернет, плита и духовка, стиральная машина. Информацию о доплате 30€ за поздний заезд не было указано при бронировании, а именно сумма, поэтому с нас ее не сняли по договоренности. Наш заезд был после 23:00, но до 00:00. Выезд до 11:00, но можно было остаться на дольше, если необходимо без дополнительной оплаты. Мы покинули аппартаменты в 11:30. Решения по возникшим вопросам выполнялись легко и вовремя. Первое, что сразу бросилось в глаза - это то, что квартира требует ремонта, на стенах царапины и пятна. Очень плохо убрано, стопы и носки от этого были грязными. Носки стали черными. Тюль на окнах и двери на террасе с затяжками. В душевой кабине ивестковый налет, вытяжка в пыли и забита, шланг на душе нужно заменить. Плафоны на лампах над кроватью испорчены, я самостоятельно пыталась их поправить и надеть, но они порваны. Одеяло в пятнах. На подоконнике в спальне был мусор или пепел от сигарет (точно не знаю, что это было). Крышка на чайнике была сломана, но после обращения, его нам быстро заменили. Оббивка на стульях обдертая и требует замены. Оббивка на диване на кухне в пятнах. Дверь в душевую кабину полностью не закрывалась. Слышимость соседей. Не было кофемашины, элементарно соли и сахара. В следующий раз бы не арендовала эти аппартамерты. На фото всех изъянов не было видно.

Il personale dell'accoglienza molto gentile e disposto a risolvere i problemi. Il televisore in camera non funzionava e l'ha sostituito rapidamente. Mi ha tenuto da parte le valigie anche dopo il checkout. Materassi sporchi e macchiati. Divano sporco. Ascensore sporco. Ingresso sporco. Ufficio sporco. Appartamento semipulito (polvere a cumuli sotto il letto). Manca dispenser lavamani in bagno.

- Semen (7/5): - Location is fine, property is good, we got a free upgrade. We used the transfer provided by the hotel from and to the airport - perfect service. The mattress is too soft. The water in the shower was not easy to gone out, and it was not fixed. Promised clining was not performed. In general, everything was very clean, but the shower cabin was old and not as clean as it could be.

Nous avons prévenu la personne chargé de l'accueil pour demander le WiFi, signaler l'évier du lavabo bouché, demander des cuillères à café, demander à ce que la clim réversible marche, la lunette des WC était toute dessérée. Résultats, nous avons eu des cuillères à café, il a débouché le lavabo et nous a connecté à internet. Rien d'autre !!! En plus pas de housse de couette, on voyait la couette sale. Nos oreillers était sales et il y avait un trou de cigarette sur ma taie. Bref, pas terrible du tout. Je ne recommande pas.

The staff is outstanding and go out of their way to accommodate guests. It is like an apart-hotel with a staff at available during stated hours. He helped us get an early check-in, park our car, brought our luggage to our appartement. He gave us good suggestions. Real Neapolitan experience, with traffic and neighbors being loud. The apartment is spacious and well located, but is not taken care of. It needs more ‘love’! The bathroom is only superficially cleaned, still stained, all walls are dirty, could use some paint. Curtains are missing. The toilet was broken and insufficiently repaired with tape. The airco made too much noise and could not be adjusted (so we switched it off). It’s too noisy to leave the windows open. We couldn’t switch off the light in the hallway (so we turned off the fuse). All together we paid too much for what it offers.
- Laura (8/5): - A great apartment with a kitchen/living area as well as bedroom. Very comfortable. Make sure to arrange check-in since there is no one around after-hours (but available by phone (WhatsApp). Don't expect daily housekeeping service - we were there a week and they came in one day in the middle to change sheets. And there is a great kitchen, but not a great selection of pans (and no oven racks). We cooked one seafood meal and it was "challenging" but delicious.
- Kirsten (10/5): - The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there. It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience. Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it didnt give us any issues. There are lots of mini marts down Via Carbonara and a great trattoria/pizzeria a short walk away. We had a great stay

- Bruce (6/5): OK for a night, but probably better options - Room was adequate. Washing machine didn't work, and they couldn't get it to work either - I suspect the under-sink wiring was connected to the adjacent suite. Swing-open panel in the bedroom uncovered another panel to an adjacent suite that was caulked closed - not trimmed/nailed/covered, just caulked. Shower is not tall enough for a tall male traveler - a prebuilt module stacked on the floor with my head on the ceiling and not enough room to squat inside to get my head under the water. Finally, we had a 6am flight and had arranged with hotel management to have a taxi pick us up at 330am. No taxi. Called the management number and they said they could not get ahold of our guy. Got another taxi instead but arrived to the airport 30 minutes later than desired - stressful event on an international flight.

- Georges (4/5): - It was a great spot to reach all the close historical attractions for Napoli. On the other hand, access is restricted without a 24hr desk in a not so safe narrow street. Apartment was decent but many of the pictures are old and showing pristine new condition. In reality, shower was dirty and door was broken, dining chairs had seats that detach, tv mounts hanging low cause bracket was failing, I could go on…
- HelsBells19 (10/5): Great few days in Napoli. - We had a good stay at Palazzo Settembrini 49. The apartment is in a good spot to access other activities. Only a Short 15 mins walk from central station. Rooms were clean, spacious. The beds, pillows were comfortable and having a fridge & aircon in the heat of Napoli was a great bonus. The owners were helpful, friendly & were always available if we needed anything for the apartment. The kids liked the radio in the shower. All in all we had a fab time.
- HazeFam208 (8/5): The Wall The Door The Plane - Getting to the bad first: The Wall in the bedroom is very thin. On two occasion, we could hear someone snoring. The Door, there's a door in the bedroom. Short story: There was commotion in the building, and it just happened to be shortly afterward, someone was checking in (as we were told later), talking loudly, and must had pulled on it from their side. With the disturbance and door jarring, we thought someone was trying to get in. Need I say more. We were told that the door does not open from either direction. The Plane's takeoff flight path is overhead. Fortunately, flights do not run overnight. I think midnight to 6 am. Now for the Good. Very nice unit, and the terrace is great. Alexandro was very pleasant upon checking in and showed us around the apartment. Groceries and food are within five mins. 15 min walk to train station. If you plan on cooking, ask about the gas because it appears to be turned off. Rating of 5 if not for the incident and the occasional barking dogs during the night.
- akuehnemund (10/5): Great place! - Great location. Wonderful modern rooms. Air conditioning was a life saver. Centrally located. Close to the Duomo, Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarter and historic district... We walked everywhere and had a blast. Would love to come back someday and would definitely stay there again

- Melissa (10/5): - Very friendly staff, goes out of their way. Nice rooms. Tall ceilings make it feel very spacious. Convenient location, very walkable.
- Xiaoping (10/5): - The apartment is nice and clean. The location is good (walkable and not far from public transportation. Above all, the management and staff are always ready to answer my call. I arrived earlier than the check in time, Sandri waited for me and checked me in as soon as I arrived in the morning. The next day due to the hot weather the electricity of the area was interrupted and I was not able to get into the apartment. Enri came to open the door for me as soon as possible and left his flash light for me. The last day when i checked out and waited for the driver to take me to the airport, I realized that I left the most important thing in the apartment (my purse with my passport!). Again, Enri sent someone who lives close by the apartment and came to my rescue. I got my passport and got to the aiarport in time. Thanks a million! Sorry for my silly mistake.
- Marisa (10/5): - Amazing owner, very kind, communicative, and accommodating. Our apartment had a direct view of Mount Vesuvius, absolutely beautiful. Huge apartment, with a washer as well. Beautiful apartment, absolutely perfect, and comfortable bed. Easy parking behind the building for 20 euro a day. Being a Platinum Expedia member, the room came with a bottle of sparkling wine that was delivered to our room while we were out. It was a wonderful way to end the evening. Would definitely come back!
- Joanne (2/5): - We booked 2 rooms for one night. The manager could not get the key cards to work and was smoking the entire time in the lobby while we were waiting. Once we got into the rooms we discovered that one of the rooms did not lock so we had to cram into the one room. In that room the windows did not close properly so the noise from outside was unbearable.
- J (10/5): - Flew into Naples and took the Alibus to the train station ($5). Then walked 15 minutes to the apartment hotel. This place was a big surprise! Full kitchen and the city view was fantastic. There was a mini market about 1/2 block away and a grocery store (Deco) about 4 minute walk. There was also a metro train station about 5 minute walk which connected to the main train station. Everything was convenient and the location is kinda in the middle of everything. Pay attention to the email you receive. The property manager was kind and communication via WhatsApp was prompt. We went on ventures each day and got back late each night. The building is very secure. We walked a lot but had the option to take the train since it was so close. We ventured all around and enjoyed walking through the city visiting sites and neighborhood Piazza’s. Restaurants, shopping, gelato, sites, and The hop on hop off bus stops all close by. Good time.

- Scott (6/5): Not a hotel, but very affordable! - Do NOT attempt to walk to it from the train station, despite the claims you can. The area outside the station is rough to say the least. It is more like an apartment and the gentleman who runs it is quite fair and helpful. It had good amenities inside and was very spacious for the price.
- 586sheris (8/5): Lovely place to stay! - The location is close to main attractions. The staff went the extra mile and made us a breakfast the day we left because we left earlier than it was served. We stayed on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs. Request a lower floor if stairs are a concern for you.
