Er was 24/7 receptie en het was onwijs schoon. Wij raden dit hotel zeer aan en zullen hier zeker weer terugkomen.

I love the staff at the reception! The cleaning was terrible! Every day, they forgot to bring us water, and I complained about it every day, so I had to go downstairs at 00:00 to get more water. The cleaning was poor, and no one cleaned the floors under the beds or the table. They stole my manicure scissors (I don't know why, as the packaging was still on the table), and when I looked for them, I found dust bunnies under the bed and in the corners. I also forgot a white shirt in the room. I threw it on the bed to put it in my suitcase, but I didn't notice it on the white bed. I called the hotel, and they said they would look it over and call me back, but no one called me back. The next day, I called and wrote in the mail, but there was no response. I called a third time, and they told me to write in the mail again, and they promised to respond and call me back. But they didn't! Apparently, the maid also took my shirt, just like she took my scissors!!!!

On entering the room we were so surprised by the welcoming balloons and complimentary macarons left for us to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room is very stylishly appointed and the bed was so comfortable just what we were hoping for after 30 hours of travel. The location is also excellent close to many restaurants and public transport.

- Henriet (7/5): - Locatie. Douche werkte niet (alleen handdouche te gebruiken, ook na melding hiervan). Krappe badkamer. Had een kamer met balkon gereserveerd, maar kregen zonder mededeling een junior suite. Deze was wel een stuk ruimer, maar had geen balkon om op te zitten (reden om dit hotel te boeken). Aangezien het geen mooi weer was om buiten te zitten, hier geen melding van gemaakt.

- EYÜP (5/5): ROOM CLEANING COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. - Being in the city center was an advantage for us, and the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel made us even happier. We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room where we stayed for 3 nights. We used the same sheets throughout our stay, and the bathroom towels were also the same. When we explained this situation, they offered us free breakfast for one day.Room cleaning could have been better.I should also mention that I had requested a room with a balcony for my reservation, but I was given a standard room.

Unfortunately we had a small issue with the air conditioning, however the staff handled it with exceptional kindness and professionalism, making sure we felt taken care of. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, and we’d especially like to highlight Mounir and Michelle for their outstanding hospitality. They were super helpful throughout our stay.

Qualité du vitrage des fenêtres : malgré la chambre qui donne sur la rue, aucun bruit dans la chambre. L’ascenseur (lent et unique) qui nous a valu de longues minutes d’attente. Insonorisation des murs (vers les autres chambres) pas au top. Chambre exiguë malgré qu’on ait choisi une chambre supérieure.

- Alujevic (9/5): - NH Paris Opéra Faubourg – Ein absoluter Volltreffer im Herzen von Paris Unser Aufenthalt im NH Paris Opéra Faubourg war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute einfach perfekt. Das Hotel liegt in der Rue La Fayette – zentraler geht es kaum! Unzählige Cafés, charmante Boutiquen und hervorragende Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, und die meisten touristischen Highlights von Paris sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besser kann man die Stadt kaum erleben. Schon bei unserer Ankunft fühlten wir uns – auch als Deutsche – sofort herzlich willkommen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Monsieur Mounir und Madame Isiwat, die uns vom ersten Moment an mit außergewöhnlicher Herzlichkeit empfangen haben. Generell war das gesamte Team im Haus superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen, war man stets offen für einen Smalltalk und begegnete uns mit großer Geduld und echtem Interesse. Diese persönliche Atmosphäre hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet – eine gelungene Mischung aus modernem Komfort und Pariser Flair. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Balkon zur Straße hin: Mit einem Kaffee in der Hand das lebendige Treiben von Paris zu beobachten, war einfach unbezahlbar. Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: sehr reichhaltig, qualitativ hochwertig und ausgesprochen lecker. Es fehlte an nichts und der perfekte Start in jeden Urlaubstag war garantiert. Alles in allem war dieses Hotel für uns ein absoluter Volltreffer. Lage, Service, Komfort und Atmosphäre hätten wir uns nicht besser wünschen können. Unser nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits für nächstes Jahr vorgemerkt – das sagt wohl alles! 🇫🇷
- Maribel (5/5): Una Madrileña - Hotel limpio desayuno regular no saben hacer un huevo frito al final desistir de que los huevos fritos porque eran para la basura. Las almohadas muy muy muy muy incómodas muy duras y muy pequeñas. Está lejos de todo lo único bueno que tiene es que el bus turístico está unos 500 m te coges el bus turístico y te subes si te bajar donde quieres y no tienes que andar mucho y también está al lado de los alfa almacenes al fallé por lo demás normal ya sabemos pero NH como los Meliá son hoteles caros, demasiado caros para lo que ofrece habitación pequeña yo cogí una habitación superior y casi no te puedo dar ni media vuelta son tan tan pequeñas que a veces te sientes agobiado. Aparte de eso todo bien Que está lejos de todo, está en una zona buena, pero no sé en qué

- M652MGmarijas (10/5): Excellent experience at NH Opéra Faubourg - I had a wonderful stay at NH Opéra Faubourg. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. The reception team was very polite and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to Milo from the breakfast team, who was exceptionally friendly and made the mornings even more pleasant. The location is perfect, making it very easy to explore the city. I would happily stay here again.
- Coenraad (10/5): Another perfect stay - I have been staying at this hotel on my annual trip to Paris for many years now. The hotel was completely renovated in 2025. The room was cosy but well appointed, with luxury bed and bathroom linen. Opened onto a small balcony, which was nice for fresh air. The location is just perfect - walking distance to Hausmann Blvd with its upper-end department stores and the Palais Garnier, and about 300m from the nearest Metro station. The variety offered at breakfast is unusually large. Tasty and well presented. I'll be back next year.

Nos hicieron un up grade de habitación dándonos una suite y nos regalaron el desayuno. Todo un detalle! Nada

- 304lucg (10/5): Excellent location - very friendly personnel - The hotel knew about our wedding anniversary and showed it with a personal attention and a free upgrade. Very much appreciated. Location of hotel was excellent ( from gare du nord, restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions). Breakfast area very small but it had everything you needed. Elevator slow and tiny for size of hotel. Personnel very friendly.

- apkmmp (10/5): Ten days stay experience - Found this to be centrally located in a very good location, close to cafes, metro and other locations. Morning breakfast are a savour before starting for a busy day. Hlema at the kitchen was very helpful with our custom requests.
