Aisha (9/5): الموقع ممتاز - موقعه قريب من كل شىء امامه سوبر ماركت وعدة مطاعم بجانب الفندق ومول صغير ومحلات المساج ومشى دقيقتين للوصول الى مترو هناك قسمين في الفندق قسم مبنى القديم وقسم المبنى الحديث وكل اثاث الفندق تم تجديده مؤخراً الاثاث جديد ومرافق الفندق نظيف والموظفين متعاونين وجود مصعد واحد فقط للقسم القديم وبط في الصعود والنزول الفطور بسيط جداً ولا يوجد اي تجديد او تنوع

Mohamed (5/5): الفندق من حيث المرافق والموظفين جيد بستثناء موضوع المصعد، لكن يجب مراجعة الية النزلاء وخصوصا الهنود لانهم مزعجين جدا - اولاً يوجد مصعدين احدهم معطل منذو مدة طويلة وايضاً طوال فترة اقامتي ،، وعند سالهم عن متى سيتم اصلاحه يقلون انهم بصدد تغيره ،، مما تسبب في تاخر وتكدس الزبائن في الطلوع او النزول ايضاً تصرفات من بعض الجنسية الهندية او البنقلاديشية في حجز المصعد لفترات زمنية طويلة أثناء الصعود او الهبوط لحين اكتمال تجمعهم او مزاحمة العوائل او النساء داخل المصعد للمرة الثانية أعاني من إزعاج الغرفة المجاورة من الجنسية الهندية ،، وقد أبلغت الاستقبال اكثر من مره ولكن لم يتجاوب النزلاء الهنود. فهم لا يراعون إشارات عدم الازعاج في الغرف المجاورة ناهيك عن الأصوات المزعجه في الغرف والممرات وفي حالة بكاء الأطفال يخرجونهم للمرات دون مراعات لنزلاء الاخرين وايضاً يقفون في الممرات بين الغرف ليتحدثو بصوت عالي ومزعج رجال او نساء مما يسبب ازعاج شديد

Badar Ibrahim Alhamdani (6/5): the stay was really good the only bad thing was the receptionist attitude - clean & good location the only thing which I didn't like is the receptionist attitude during the check out, she was very bad person, I was standing in the queue and western couple standing behind me so when my turn came, she raised her hand in my face to stop me and she called the couple behind me to serve them first even though she knows I came first.

Sergen (7/5): Overall a good stay. - The Hotel rooms are very modern. We had Half Board - Half Board you have a few things on the Menu. we have chosen Pizza and it was so tiny. You are not allowed to ask for more. We were not even given a drink in half board. The worst half board experience ever in my life. This coming from a 5 star hotel is actually very worrying.

Another problem is that there is only one working elevator in each building, which causes delays when going to your room each time.
