• yvonne (9/5): Lovely apartment near florence train station - Excellent location between train station ( to arrive and leave florence ) and car rental for drive out to tuscany , near river and walkable to all main sights Comfy beds, lovely Italian furnture Good communications with host Good eateries nearby Italian and kebabs Toilet and shower at opposite sides of bedroom bit inconvenient, need to bring chair near to put your clothes for shower. Would be good to have rail / wall hooks nearby Slightly complicated key system ( 3 keys )

• Jose Ignacio (7/5): Pequeño pero muy bien ubicado para disfrutar de la ciudad y poder moverse por tren. - La ubicación muy buena, a un pequeño paseo del centro y junto a la estación de tren. Había varios supermercados alrededor donde hacer algo de compra. El apartamento cómodo y con lo necesario para disfrutar unos días. Muy amables en la entrega de las llaves y disponibles para cualquier problema. El apartamento consta solo de entrada, habitación con ducha, cocina y aseo, nos faltó una zona donde estar en el mismo para descansar (tipo salon). No había para hacerse ni un cafe, solo infusiones. Tampoco algo de aceite o vinagre.
• Sheila (10/5): Perfect for stay in Florence. Loads of character - It was amazing - a quintessential Florence apartment - loads of character and superb location to walk into central Florence. Everything we needed was at the flat - good instructions to get in and out. Nice and clean and tidy.

• Qwetzi (9/5): Fun in Firenze - The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and quality linen. We were met by Giulia, who explained everything clearly. She was very kind and helped carry our luggage up the stairs. It's great proximity to the station and the centre an easy walk. Maybe the area seems a bit shabby, but not threatening.
• Jürg (8/5): Spacious apartment & bad communication - The location is good because it’s near the railway station. It’s a spacious apartment that has all you need. Quiet place. The communication was disappointing. We sent our personal data and the arrival time in advance, even twice. The woman who welcomed us, was really unfriendly at the beginning. She even wanted our ID again and said that we didn’t notify her about our arrival time. I have never experienced something like that before.

Hosts were helpful with check-in and sightseeing tips. The washing machine is in an area which opens up across the floors above. A bad odour comes from this space

• Jordan (9/5): Great location and Host - Really nice place. Close to everything. Host gave us lots of good recommendations and was very responsive. Just the very mildest “old” odor and the mattress could be better. Neither bothered us a bit though. Would definitely still recommend.
• Ruzanna (10/5): Where definitely one can stay during stay in Florence. - The location is excellent. Hosts are also very responsive, friendly and really nice people. Should say that the house much more comfortable than in the photos. It’s near the central station and also it will take only 5-10 minutes walk to go to the center. So definitely will return to this place during my next trip to Florence Keep in mind that in Florence you barely can find a super fancy modern house.
• Kei (9/5): Superb - Although the flat is on the first floor without lift, the contact person waited in the flat upon our mentioned arrival time and kindly helped to pick up a suitcase to the flat. I found that the sink stopper cannot be raised by the mechanism behind the faucet in the afternoon. I messaged the contact person, and she found the handyman to fix this on the next day. The flat is clean. There is a cooking place and washing machine.

• Uyen (10/5): Quaint and charming apartment - Lovely and charming property, close to all the major sites (almost everything was within 15-20 minutes walking distance), quiet from the outside noise of the streets, spacious for a solo, couple, or trio of travelers. Margharita was helpful and gracious, meeting up with the keys to check in and offering good advice for my stay. The apartment was on the second floor but there was no elevator which was fine with me but may be problematic for someone with physical limitations. There was a washing machine to use but no dryer and it took 3-4 days for a pair of jeans to dry completely on a drying rack. The shower was literally 3-4 steps from the bed; the sink, toilet, and bidet were in a separate area, not problematic, just a little quirky. Overall, a good value and I would definitely book this apartment again. There were a number of small restaurants and mini markets nearby. Close to SMN train station and the local tram. Apartment looks just as pictured. The neighbors must have had a small gathering out on their balcony on a Friday night and were noisy up until midnight. The apartment was dark since it is located interiorly but considering the age of the building and the little amount of time spent there, this was not very important to me.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The shower was very modern. Everything was clean. The location is perfect, super close to the train station. I will stay here again when I come back!

• Futaba (8/5): Very good - Close to the SMN train station, less than 10m walk. We love to walk, and everything is in walking distance. The apartment is nice and cozy, Being able to cook was definitely a plus for us. They also have a washer. Well equipped and thoughtful. I can do without air freshener and strongly scented detergent used for sheets/towels as I'm sensitive to chemical scent (not owner's fault - I didn't think to warn them). If you are sensitive to smell and considering to stay, perhaps you can ask the owners if they can skip the air freshener?
• Daria (9/5): Cosy and comfortable place to stay in Florence - It's very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, literally 5-6 min walk. Also not very far from the historical center - maybe 15 min walk so location is great. There are couple of supermarkets around. The apartment is beautiful. Host welcommed us when we arrived and was very helpful. Kitchen is small but well-equipped if you'd like to cook. Apartment is a little bit dark but if you come only to sleep over, it's ok. Shower is separated from bathroom (toilet, etc.) itself which was a little bit unusual for us.
