Personale estremamente gentile e premuroso: ci hanno aiutato con le valigie fino in camera e anche lo staff ai piani è stato molto garbato. ​Attenzione al cliente: Ho gradito molto che abbiano esaudito la mia richiesta dei 4 cuscini alti. ​Dotazioni extra: Molto utile il phon aggiuntivo fornito in camera. ​Bagno: Bella la doccia spaziosa e i rivestimenti scelti. Manutenzione Camera: Le pareti bianche presentano strisce nere che andrebbero riprese. Una lampada del comodino ha mostrato un malfunzionamento (luce a intermittenza) dopo pochi minuti di utilizzo. ​Comfort e Spazi: La stanza è risultata più piccola rispetto alle aspettative create dalle foto. Il letto non era un vero matrimoniale come richiesto ma due singoli uniti, il che causava un fastidioso affossamento al centro durante la notte. ​Pulizia e Igiene: La struttura della doccia presenta incrostazioni evidenti (sopra e sotto) e lo scarico del lavabo è lento, causando ristagni d'acqua poco igienici. Gli scarichi andrebbero revisionati più spesso. ​Bagno : Il bagno è troppo buio per truccarsi bene (ci si accorge delle imperfezioni del make-up solo usciti dal bagno). Non ci sono appendi asciugamani per due persone ci siamo arrangiati con le cruccie dell'armadio. ​Colazione: Accettabile, ma l'assenza dei cornetti è stata una delusione e , nella sala interrata si percepiva un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta per almeno 15 minuti.

• Ahmad (6/5): - Adrianus Hotel ist eine umgebaute Wohnung a.d. 2.Etage rechts in einem Wohn/Geschäftshaus u. wird v. Navona Theatre Hotel verwaltet oder die gehören zusammen. Für die Anmeldung sollte man sich an die Rezeption v. Hotel Navona Theatre Hotel in einer Seitenstr. ca. 50m weiter wenden! Sehr enttäuschend fand ich, dass weder In der Beschreibung v. Hotel noch über EXPEDIA diese Tatsache keine Erwähnung fand. Nach der Wir müssten fast 20 Min. warten bis jemand sich über WhatsApp bei mir gemeldet und da war. Jedoch war sie sehr freundlich. Ferner muss der Gast mind. 10 Treppenstufen bis z. Lift hochsteigen und v. dort wieder 10 Treppenstufen (Lift und Etagen sind halbstöckig versetzt) Die Zimmer u. Bad sind echt TOP ausgestattet und sehr sauber, die Lage fantastisch. Frühstück ist mittelmässig und man muss dafür zu Navona Theatre Hotel ca. 50m weiter laufen. Frühstücksraum liegt im UG und daher nicht einladend.

• Georgios (7/5): Good stay in the heart of Rome ! - Α very cosy hotel in the best spot of Rome. Staff was very polite and helpful! Noise from the street,even though there was good soundproofing. There were renovation works in the building during our stay from 8 in the morning. We could not sleep. That was unacceptable.

• Phillip (8/5): Basic, but efective - The Adrianus is an annexe of another hotel 200 metres away. You check-in and have breakfast at the main hotel. The room is very comfortable and very clean. The shower is excellent with soap, shampoo etc... all provided. 3 sizes of towel are also provided and refreshed daily. The building is very old and has an antiquated 2 person lift. The main problem with the room is a lack of storage. There are no drawers, even bedside cabinets. There is one large cupboard with seven hangers and on shelf that also contains the safe. We had nowhere to put most of our clothes and had to live out of our suitcase. Breakfast was quite basic, but was all fresh. The location was superb with many restaurants and bars in the immediate areas. Be careful some are much more expensive than others with no discernable difference in quality or taste. 200 metres from plaza navona and 400 metres from the Parthenon. Although this may seem a bit negative, I would use the hotel again.

• Glen (7/5): Good - Superb location. Spacious and hot shower Bed was a little firm and left my back aching. There was also maintenance that started in either the room next door or above by 8am in the morning (hammer and drilling). 8am is usually fine but not when I’m on an escape away from my kids!

• GUILHERME (8/5): Boa experiência! Algumas ressalvas - Quarto muito bom, confortável, espaçoso e organizado, nota 10! Ponto negativo é que é um “anexo”, a recepção e o café da manhã ficam no outro hotel da rede, bem perto. Localização é boa! A região não é silenciosa, mas a janela do quarto é bem acústica e resolve muito bem. Como existem muitos bares, tem muito lixo nas ruas internas, isso incomodou.
• Arthur (8/5): Overall we had an excellent stay in Rome and hope to come back soon. - The location was excellent and near all the sites we planned to see. The room was kept very clean and service was excellent. The room was upgraded and comfortable. We were provided with fresh towels every day along with a house coat. Internet service was good. The room had a closet but no other place to put your clothes. There were no drawers to put your clothes. We had to keep them in our suitcase. There is an elevator but it only goes to two floors. It is very small and used mainly by staff to haul cleaning supplies. We had to carry our bags up and down 4 sets of stairs to get to our room. With 50 lb. bags this can be a challenge for seniors. On easter week the crowds we large in Rome. The partying outside continued until early in the morning and the noise level was high. Our room was reasonably sound proof and this did not present an issue.

• Lornamm (8/5): Would stay there again. - Location was fabulous, convenient for everything central, the staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning service was excellent, comfortable beds, good shower. We had an interior room (4) so it was quite dark and no view. Renovation work going on next door so quite noisy in the mornings - not the hotel's fault obviously, but woke us up.

• Anit (7/5): Stay was OK other than the irritants mentioned - Breakfast was adequate with sufficient choice. but if you are leaving for an early morning flight, they provide dry packed items. The day before our departure, at about 2030 hrs I checked why the packed item was not delivered. The person on duty mentioned that he had no intimation of keeping packed items ready. Thereafter, he put together some items and delivered to our room. We expect better communication between the teams servicing guest. However, in other maters, except check in process, things were OK. Check in process was horrific. The property does not have a check in desk. In fact if you arrive directly, you cannot even enter the property and would have to stand on the street outside. You have to contact Navona Theater Hotel and the number given on booking.com is +390668211350. When we arrived, we contacted this number. After ringing repeatedly, we were dismayed to hear the fax tone. After a struggle for over an hour, I finally sent a E-Mail to the property. Meanwhile after struggling to locate the Navona Theater Hotel, I arrived there to find that the check in desk was unmanned. Actually the lady at the desk had set out to the Adrainus Hotel in response to my mail. After some time she came back and thereafter my check in process started. The actual number the lady shared with me is +390668892821.
• David (10/5): Clean, stylish and well-equipped room, with a staff that truly goes out of their way to help. - The room was extremely clean and stylish, and very well equipped. The location is great and really speaks for itself. Best of all, though, Giuseppe and Marco went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming and made the visit a pleasure from start to finish.

• Eleonora A (6/5): - O check não é feito no local e sim em outro hotel distante , zero de informações sobre isso , o prédio é antigo e o elevador para entre as escadas fazendo com que vc puxe suas malas pela escada , o quarto dentro é bom , limpo mas as janelas externas não fecham ficando assim super barulhento
• Bill (9/5): Very nice place with the perfect location in central Rome!! - The room was very comfortable, plenty of space, and a nice bathroom (very nice shower...quick hot water and fast drain). The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Not only were the front desk staff great, but the housekeeping staff were always so friendly and just wonderful people. The only real part that I did not like was the wifi. When it worked, it was great, but it was inconsistent (goes in and out often...I don't think I had consistent wifi for longer than 10 minutes at a time). Thankfully, I didn't need it much on this trip, but for those needing it often, you may want to discuss with hotel about possible solutions.

• James (10/5): A Great Time - Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were happy to take our bags at 7:30 am in the morning when we arrived. Everything was clean and worked exactly as expected. The location is amazing. Close to lots of sites and heaps of restaurants to choose from. Make sure you right down the actual check in address before you go. I assumed it would be within sight of the hotel but actually it's around 2 short corners.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich. Leider fehlt es in den Zimmern an Dingen wie ausreichend Haken für Jacken und Handtücher, Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig. Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hof, in dem im EG ein Restaurant betrieben wurde. Eines der drei Fenster war einfach verglast und alt, so dass man durch die Gegebenheiten des Innenhofes das Klappern von Geschirr hören konnte als säße man daneben. Man gab uns ohne Probleme ein neues Zimmer, welches zur Straße hinaus lag, in der sich Bars, Restaurants etc befinden. Diese ist bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sehr belebt. Man hört trotz geschlossener Fenster und Ohropax laut Musik und Stimmen. Die Türen / Wände innerhalb des Hotels halten nicht viel an Lärm ab. An der Party aus der Nachbarwohnung kann man akustisch teilhaben, man hört jeden Gast nachts zurückkommen oder das Haus verlassen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Since we got upgraded, we ended up staying in the Hotel used for check-in. It was a large and stylish space with everything we really needed. Also, the breakfast was included and was quite substantial. Would definitely stay here again.
