• Irina (1/5): Extremely dirty - - Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding my stay in Milan on November 15–16 at Chiossetto House. The apartment I received was completely different from the one shown in the photos on Booking. When I arrived, the place was extremely dirty and in unacceptable condition. I contacted the host, but he was rude and told me that if I didn’t like it, I should leave. In addition, I was not informed beforehand that there were video cameras inside the property, which made me feel unsafe. Because of the poor conditions, I had no choice but to leave the apartment. Despite this, the host marked my reservation as a “no-show,” even though I was physically there — the apartment was simply uninhabitable. I then had to search for another place to stay, in the rain, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this case, as the listing was misleading and the situation caused significant inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your help

Host preciso e solerte Alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili: interruttori delle luci in posizioni non ottimali, doccia nella vasca non protetta. Si bagna facilmente per terra
• Della Torre (8/5): - Se viene messa la tendina della doccia in bagno è perfetto. Posizione ottima, stanze grandi, pulite e divano letto già montato. Ero convinta ci fossero due bagni, perchè non avevo capito ci fosse una stanza singola separata a parte. Forse può essere chiarito meglio.

• Iacopo (9/5): Esperienza eccellente. Viaggiando per lavoro, probabilmente tornerò! - Posizione eccellente (a pochi minuti da metro S.Babila) e qualità prezzo altrettanto! Proprietario gentilissimo, ha soddisfatto tutte le richieste. Tutto perfetto. Manca la doccia ma la vasca è ampia e non crea fastidio salvo casi particolari. Aggiungere un asciugamano in più può tornare comodo.

• francesca (3/5): Almeno le dotazioni base, temperatura- asciugamani - phon - La posizione è sicuramente comoda per andare in centro a piedi ed il check in molto facile, il gestore molto disponile per risolvere la questione freddo. L'alloggio non è dotato di split ad aria calda ma solo di riscaldamento condominiale, pertanto non c'è autonomia di temperatura, il giorno in cui siamo stati faceva molto freddo e il gestore ci ha dovuto portare delle coperte in più, perchè non erano neanche a disposizione. Asciugamani in dotazione solo i teli doccia. C'è solo una vasca con doccino, quasi impossibile farsi una doccia. Il Phon ha una presa che non si può in filare in quella presente e non ci sono adattatori nell'appartamento, impossibile asciugarsi i capelli. Neanche il sapone per le mani ed un solo rotolo già iniziato di carta igienica.

• Sandra (7/5): Buena ubicación pero caro calidad-precio - Bien ubicado, fácil acceso a cualquier hora, comunicación rápida, estaba limpio y zona tranquila. Tiene cafetera y nevera, había azucarillos, tés y dos cápsulas de café. No había alfombra en el baño ni toalla de manos, solo dos toallas grandes y un rollo de papel higiénico. Solo estuvimos una noche y echamos en falta cosas básicas como había jabón de platos, servilletas… el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba pero con el del salón enfrió todo. No está mal pero un poco anticuado y teniendo en cuenta el precio, nos resultó caro calidad-precio.

• Cristina (7/5): Week end di musica classica a Milano ( madre figlio) - La posizione strategica, la facilità con il check in Era mediamente pulito, ma si poteva fare di meglio,scopettone del water sporco,ditate sugli armadi, e bustine del te non monodose ...tuttavia cucina attrezzata, bollitore e macchina del caffè con cialde monodose molto gradite a disposizione, lavastoviglie,lavatrice....letto e lenzuola pulitissimi! con Qualche accortezza in più sarebbe un 10 pieno. La critica è per migliorare, torneremo sicuramente e speriamo di trovare migliorie! È stato comunque un buon soggiorno, grazie

• Aleksandra (4/5): Disappointing - 1. The location was great. 2. Decent wi-fi. 3. Coffee maker and a mini-fridge. 1. The room was extra small, with the only window facing inner parts of the house and getting almost no light, day and night being felt the same. 2. The in-house lighting was poor and uncomfortable. One light from my apartment was also managed from the other apartment, so sometimes the light was switched on in the middle of night by someone else. 3. There was only one electric socket near the head of the bed, and it was occupied with a reading lamp. 4. The water supply was weak in the shower, especially for the hot water. 5. There was someone's hair in the shower as I checked in. 6. The host asked for extra 30 Eur in cash for the late check-in, which was an unpleasant surprise. All in all, the value for money is just not fair for this apartment.
• Zdravko (4/5): A "tired" apartment that wasn't even clean - The owner/manager was fine and offered to contact him if we need anything. He also met us before the official check in time and gave us the keys. Free coffee capsules. Just about everything else... The bed and mattress were horrible and they didn't even qualify for recycling let alone to sleep on them. Dirty... The first night there was no hot water. Getting the wifi to work through a QR code which couldn't be scanned was a challenge.

The windows overlook the backyard, the view is terrible, there are air conditioning units on the balcony, which are noisy when the neighbors turn them on. It is impossible to open the window and air the room because of the constant noise. Cleanliness is fine. The staff is also good. Did not like that it was impossible to leave luggage after checkout.
• Cristina (9/5): we love are stay in chiosetto and i highly recommend the place. - we stayed for 4 nights and the location of the apartment is in the center you reach piazza duomo by 12 mins walk or take metro in San Babila station for 6 mins. the apartment is clean although we waited for about 30 mins because it is not yet cleaned. kitchen facilities are all working air condition, washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher. wifi is working. Bathroom is spacious but does not have a shower curtain.
