• Nanan (7/5): C'était bien dans l'ensemble. - La lumière dans les escaliers ne fonctionnaient pas certains soirs. Et pendant la réservation il m'a été dit qu'il y avait un canapé dans la chambre et à l'arrivée ce n'était pas exact. En lieu et place du canapé promis, il y avait un petit lit.

• Gizem (7/5): - The place is enough for 2-3 day vacations. It is cheap for Rome, even if it is a bit far away from the very central locations, we reached with a bust to everywhere. The area made us feel a little unsafe. There was a photo of a thief at the entrance.

Aproape de mijloace de transport (metrou sau bus - 5 minute), aproape de câteva magazine (Penny), aproape de gară (15 minute). Se putea merge până la Colosseum pe jos (aprox.20 minute). Prin urmare o locație excelentă. O comunicare bună cu Paolo, administratorul. Nu a fost căldură în cameră, dar ne-am descurcat cu aerul condiționat. Mi-ar fi plăcut să primim din partea cazării și niște șlapi de unică folosință.

Bed was good. the room was a cold on arrival, no heating beside the a/c which has some odour problem in heating mode. One night we were without hot water. The bathroom has issues - mirror broken, hair dryer working only for a few seconds. Maintenance not sufficient. Not consistent with rating described. The last night we were left without bathroom towels and we had to find ourselves some in the common area. The lighting shown in pictures was not available. Overall not consistent with the shown rating. We asked for cancellation of first night but we got no reply from the owners.

• Vida (3/5): Sehr enttäuschend und die Bewertung „fabelhaft“ trifft absolut nicht zu!! Sehr eklige Toilette!!!! - Gute Lage Das Zimmer war total dunkel und eng, die Toilette war eine Katastrophe! Es gab zwar einen ganz kleinen Lift im Gebäude, aber man durfte den nicht verwenden und musste die schweren Koffer selber hochtragen. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht. Total alter Fernseher auf dem man nicht einmal YouTube oder Netflix schauen konnte. Wenn man kein Klopapier hatte, sollte man selber in den Laden gehen und sich eins kaufen, weil keiner mehr vorbeischauen wollte Der Service war sehr schlecht! Wenn man etwas benötigt hat, hat der Besitzer der Unterkunft einfach ignoriert, nicht auf Nachrichten geantwortet und nicht abgehoben!

• Slavoljub (8/5): Recommended accommodation - Accommodation is located in a quiet street but just a few steps of a very good coffee shop, some nice restaurants and not far away from a train station. We explored the city by walking and this place was well located. Toilet was cleaned daily (it was well done) and beds were fixed on the same schedule. Towels were provided and replaced as needed. Water cooler is available in the common area as well as the iron, some paper cups and clothes rack. Nespresso machine and a fridge were available in the room which was great. Despite cleaning lady maintained well beds and toilet, dust under the bed and on top of the closet was not cleaned for a long time. We lost an earring and tried to look around so we faced piles of dust. Water dispenser was available but not refilled last two days. Coffee capsules were not provided but it would make impression much better. Box of 10 capsules is max 5€ but the property rating would be increased significantly. Pedro, our contact for accommodation provided entering instructions but stopped communicating afterwards despite we tried to text him for the official confirmation after we have noticed that the cash for city tax was taken on a second day.

Oda klimayla ısınıyor, Aralık ayında üşümedik ama çok da ısıtmıyor yani kısa kollu yetersiz olabilir. Hostumuz pek ulaşılabilir değildi. Mesajlara pek cevap vermedi. Sorduğum şeyler o kadar acil değildi ama daha ulaşılabilir olsa daha güvenli hissettirirdi. Bir problem yaşamadık, uzunca bilgilendirici bir mesaj attı ama sonrasında pek ulaşamadım. Konumu gezilecek yerlere uzaklık olarak iyiydi metroya yakındı, kolezyuma yürüme 15 20 dakika, ama pek de güvenli hissettiren bir muhit değil akşam vakitleri. Dikkatli olmak lazım.

• Yulia (10/5): - The guesthouse is located near the train station in a quiet, pleasant area. There are many bars, cafes, and shops nearby. The center of Rome is within walking distance. There's a metro station nearby. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room. The common area has a hot/cold water dispenser, a kettle, a microwave and an iron. Bags can be left in case of early or late check-in.

Ж/д вокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы, внизу на улице несколько кафе с выпечкой, кофе и напитками, рядом много небольших супермаркетов, до Колизея 20-30 минут пешком, до Ватикана - 1,5 часа энергичным шагом, сама улица красивая, чистая, тихая и зеленая. В номере, несмотря на то, что он был небольшой, есть все необходимое для душа, плечики для одежды, сейф, холодильник, кофеварка с капсульным кофе, приятное комфортное одеяло! В маленьком коридорчике (для общего пользования) утюг, гладильная доска, посуда. Персонал очень дружелюбный!, номер чистый!, окно выходило во внутренний дворик, ночью без шума! Хозяева очень гостеприимные и внимательные!, Несмотря на то, что наш заезд был поздно ночью, проблем с размещением и устройством никаких не возникло! Этот отель очень подходит для посещения нескольких замечательных и волшебных дней в Риме и удобен для дальнейшего передвижения по Италии. Рекомендую! Огромное спасибо!

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

O apartamento apresentava cheiro de mofo e estava bastante sujo, principalmente em relação à poeira acumulada sobre os armários, no controle remoto da televisão e nos quadros. As cortinas pareciam nunca ter sido lavadas. No geral, a experiência não foi satisfatória. Pelo valor de quase 500 euros por 3 dias, definitivamente não vale a pena, pois o conforto e a limpeza não correspondem ao preço cobrado.

Vermieter (nie gesehen) hat Fragen schnell beantwortet. Die Übergabe der Zugangsdaten zum Zimmer auch problemlos. Schade dass es auch hier - wie meist in Italien - kein deutsch oder zumindest englischsprachiges internationales TV Programm gibt. Die Unterkunft hat sich dem allg. hohen Preisniveau in Rom angepasst, war vergleichsweise aber noch oK

Тем более когда просят прислать паспорт. Однако опасения были излишними. По факту это многокомнатная квартира, переделанная под апартаменты. В каждом номере санузел. Общий коридор. Паоло или Паола хозяин ( ка). Общение онлайн. Площадь 14 м2 вместе с санузлом. А не 21. Зачем врать!? И уважаемые хозяева: помойтесь сами под вашим душем, прежде чем пригласить гостей !!! Это невозможно. Лейка висит бог знает как!! Это крик души.

• Georgia (5/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε αρκετά ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντα στο σταθμό μετρο mazzioni.το δωμάτιο είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες Όταν φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε ενα μπέρδεμα με το δωμάτιο το οποίο διευθετηθηκε άμεσα απο τον υπευθυνο. Η είσοδος του κτιρίου και η άνοδος μεχρι το δωμάτιο είναι αρκετά παλιά.
