• Karim (1/5): - L’emplacement de l’hôtel était plutôt bon, car il se trouvait au centre de la ville. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas été accueillant et le service n’était pas bon. La chambre était très petite et ne correspondait pas aux photos ni à la description lors de la réservation. Elle était sale, le lit était sale et la salle de bain aussi. De plus, le service n’était pas satisfaisant pendant la plupart des jours du séjour.

We stayed for three days, and for two of those days there was no hot water. The staff showed complete negligence and lack of care for the guests. For this price, there are many much better hotels in Istanbul. Do not be misled by the photos. We were a large group and rented about 10 rooms. All of them were in terrible condition. Some people from our group left the hotel after only 20 minutes. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us any money, saying that we had already entered the rooms. Of course we had to enter the rooms to see them, but the attitude of the staff was shocking. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were damp, smelled of moisture, and the mattresses appeared to be moldy and very old. We stayed for three nights, but during two of those days there was no hot water at all. When we informed the staff, they did nothing to fix the problem and showed very little interest in helping the guests. We were a large group and booked around 10 rooms. Every single room had serious issues and was far below acceptable standards. Some people from our group decided to leave the hotel after only a few minutes because the conditions were so bad. Despite all these problems, the hotel refused to refund any money. Their excuse was that we had already entered the rooms, which makes no sense because of course you need to see the room first. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Nissrin (1/5): Lo pero del mundo que podeis reservar - Este hotel es una estafa, la recepción y el hotel están en dos lados diferentes , aparte esto no es un hotel , el señor de la recepción es un presimo no sabe trabajar me hablaba con la comida en la mano y se negaba a hablar conmigo en otro idioma que no sea su idioma , me ha tratado fatal , aparte el hotel no tiene ni tele ni sala de desayuno está lleno de animales , huele a lavabo es una cama como las del hospital , y esta súper mal situado . No hay nada que me haya gustado porque no he dormido en ese hotel he entrado y he ido a buscar otro hotel el mismo día no he dormido allí no un día no me quedado ni 10min , es el peor hotel es peor cosa que he visto

• Paulina (1/5): Serdecznie polecamy dopłacić te 200 zł więcej za inny hotel, bo ten to jeden wielki scam. - Tylko i wyłącznie lokalizacja i wygodne łóżka były na + tego "hotelu". Hotel składa się z 3 kompleksów. Po meldunku w obiekcie zostaliśmy umieszczeni w innym hotelu niż rezerwowaliśmy, a warunki tam to był totalny koszmar...odpadające kafelki w łazience, smród kanalizacji zagłuszony kadzidłami, brudny sedes, czarna od brudu fuga pod prysznicem, zaplamione poduszki, obdrapane ściany, plamy wilgoci i odpadający tynk (pokój sprawiał wrażenie jakby zmieniono w nim tylko pościel). Po konfrontacji z obsługą recepcji usłyszeliśmy, że jest to pokój "STANDARD", jednak po nacisku z naszej strony i porównaniu stanu pokoju który nam przydzielono z tym ze zdjęć ze strony booking.com udało nam się przenieść w końcu do hotelu The Laila (w nim jednak było nieznacznie lepiej). Tam pokoje na pierwszy rzut oka wydawały się znacznie w lepszym stanie jednak od razu co nam się rzuciło w oczy to brud... Łazienka w stanie opłakanym - jak na "3 gwiazdkowy" hotel (tak samo brudny sedes i czarne niedomyte fugi czy płytki na podłodze). Tu znowu pokoje były brudne... Na ścianach były plamy (jakby coś na nie wylano, zwłaszcza przy łóżku), ogromne wiszące pajęczyny, brud w szafie i półkach, a na podłodze robactwo. Pokoje nie spełniały zapewnionych na stronie udogodnień jak np. czajnik, sprawna klimatyzacja, czy widok na miasto (okno wychodziło na ścianę kamiennego ogrodzenia, cegły ułożone pod nią i drabinę..). Gdyby nie to, że po długiej i męczącej podróży nie mieliśmy już sił i ochoty szukać innego hotelu, prawdopodobnie nie zostalibyśmy w tym obiekcie. Podsumowując - zdjęcia to scam, żałuję że rezerwując pobyt nie sprawdziłam opinii na google (te na booking.com były dobre); obsługa na recepcji nie jest zbyt sympatyczna; istnieje możliwość że nie zostanie się przydzielonym do tego hotelu, który się rezerwowało; jest brudno i brakuje podstawowego wyposażenia pokoju hotelowego jak czajnik - nie polecamy pobytu w tym miejscu który na stronie ma 3 gwiazdki (to ostatnie to chyba jakiś nie śmieszny żart) :) *zdjęć niestety nie zrobiliśmy a szkoda

• Shazia (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing The Hotel was a huge risk to health and safety due to the poor maintenance and mould growing everywhere. The communication was very poor we did not get what we paid for and what was in the pictures was completely different. There was lots of broken fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, bedrooms and throughout the communal areas which made our stay and our children suffer. The floor felt like it was going to collapse and the table also was broken and held up against the wall.

Cuando YA TENIA EL DESAYUNO CONTRATADO. seguimos discutiendo y finalmente sacan a una familia de la habitación de 4 para meternos a nosotros y casualmente ya hay la de 3 y la de doble. Eso si, sin limpiar. El desayuno…. De 8-10. 8,30 y no tienen nada preparado. Tienen un descontrol q ni se enteran ellos de las reservas. Las dan al mejor postor. Si llega alguien y da más dinero aunq tú tengas reserva te la lían. Cada vez q se pasa x recepción hay alguien discutiendo x lo mismo. Luego son 3 edificios. A saber cual te Toca. Están al lado pero la instalaciones no son las mismas. Estás en el centro eso es lo único bueno. A 2 min de la mezquita azul. Suerte si vienes aquí

Sábanas llenas de manchas, sangre, olor a mierda, en el portal nos encontramos como 4 sofás todos olían a basura, por lo visto hacen las habitaciones con lo que pillan en los contenedores. La habitación parecía improvisada y no era la que nos tenían que dar.

• Abu Hadi (1/5): Der schlimmste Aufenthalt, den ich je hatte - Die Lage des Hotels ist ok. Erstens: Wir hatten vor einigen Monaten eine Suite für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern gebucht und waren bei unserer Ankunft überrascht, dass keine Suite verfügbar war und stattdessen zwei separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt worden waren. Zweitens herrschte keinerlei Sauberkeit, da die Zimmer unsauber waren, die Laken und Kissen voller Menschenhaare waren und unangenehm rochen und trotz Beschwerden nicht gewechselt wurden. Drittens ist die Zimmerausstattung sehr dürftig und die meisten Dinge funktionieren nicht: Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, der nicht kühlt, einen kaputten Fernseher usw. Außerdem gibt es absolut keine Gläser, Löffel oder sonstiges Ess- oder Trinkgeschirr, sodass die Gäste gezwungen sind, gegen Aufpreis zu frühstücken. Viertens ist das Hostel sehr schwer zu erreichen, da es in einem sehr tiefen Loch liegt und der Auf- und Abstieg sehr anstrengend ist (nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen, Kinder und Kranke). Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen, da es in der Nähe viele modernere und viel besser ausgestattete Alternativen gibt, deren Preise sehr ähnlich oder vielleicht sogar günstiger sind. Es war die schlimmste Unterkunftserfahrung, die ich auf all meinen Reisen gemacht habe.

• Seyed (1/5): The worst experience in hotel Leila - I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay that I booked through your website, Booking.com. According to the amenities listed on the hotel’s page, tea and coffee-making facilities were supposed to be available in the room. However, there was only an electric kettle provided, with no tea, coffee, or even cups to use. When I requested a glass cup for tea, I was told that none were available. Regarding breakfast, we were informed that it would be served between 8:30 and 10:30 AM. However, when we arrived at 8:45 AM, most of the buffet was already empty. When I asked why, the staff rudely responded that we were late and the food had run out. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable

From the 3 hotels, Laila is in the worst shape (the photos are from there), mold, everything is barely holding together glued with this tape, they didnt invest in the roof, up there are only these tin roof covers so when there are dozens of seaguls it sounds so loud like the hotel is about to fall on your head and it makes it impossible to sleep, I was awake every day around 5,6. The other hotel is better (I think Reina), but still its not finished (no tv in the rooms, no heating). I am definetly not coming back here ever again :(
• Sheril (1/5): Not great - They switch us to another building when we went for checkin and it's a normal tactic used in turkey by hotels taking booking from online platform more than their capacity and then contacting customers outside the platform to switch the location to another hotel nearby.

The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and was c - I don’t like anything and I want a full refund, until now I am not getting even 1 dirham.
