• Jas (1/5): Nightmare stay at Ciel - bed infested with bed bugs, no working AC - Location was good - centralised easy to access the sites Bed bug–infested beds. I woke up with severe bed bug bites all over my legs, which is extremely alarming and completely unacceptable. The reception area is also very small and uncomfortable. In addition, people who are not staying at the hotel are using the lifts to access the rooftop, causing congestion and long waits—we often had to wait several rounds before being able to get in. On top of that, a couple who were traveling with us and staying in another room had no working air conditioning for two consecutive nights. Despite reporting it, the technician was unable to fix the issue, and they were told the hotel was fully booked - no other room provided. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

• Christina (6/5): - Location was really good, staff were very friendly and helpful The bathroom was really small, no windows and the shower had only a small glass door on the side, so the bathroom was flooding every time we tried to take a shower. There was also a dirty sock which did not belong to us behind one of the pillows on the small sofa. On the second day, we left the room and left the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door as we did not want staff cleaning our room. Because of that we have left our clothes and personal belongings scattered around the room. When we went back to rest and shower (as we had to leave in about an hour for an appointment), we saw that our door room was opened and that technicians were in our room, fixing the a/c. I appreciate that the a/c may have needed some maintenance but they went in our room with no notice, and as mentioned our things were scattered in the room since we did not anticipate anyone entering. On top of that, we were in a harry and we needed to shower and get ready to leave but it took them about 20-30 minutes to finish. The staff were apologetic about this.

• Etel H. (7/5): - The location was perfect and very convenient. The third bed was not a sofa bed but an actual bed, which was very comfortable. However the double bed was tired and not very comfortable. The room size was also good for 3 adults. We also really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room. The cleaning overall was good and well maintained. The lack of closets and storage space in the room created quite a bit of chaos, especially since we stayed as 3 adults. We had to use our luggage as a closet throughout the stay. There were also no shelves in the bathroom to place our personal items. Additionally, the windows were very dirty and not soundproof, which affected the overall comfort of the room.

Es wurden Marmorplatten gesägt während der Siestazeit, was eigentlich gar nicht geht. Der Bauarbeiter hat mich nach Anmahnen sehr harsch behandelt. Es kann nicht sein, dass ein Hotel ein Zimmer vermietet, wenn zwei Zimmer weiter renoviert wird mit Lärm!

• HOMAN (10/5): - 飯店位置非常好，捷運站出來走五分鐘就到了，附近非常多餐廳，超市就在旁邊。 很推薦飯店早餐，用餐的地方在六樓跟頂樓，可以看得到衛城，一個人10€真的非常划算又好吃。 飯店可以寄放行李真的很棒。 淋浴的水都會噴到馬桶上面（因為浴室真的太小了）。 房間門的隔音較差，有人經過或是在走廊講話都聽得很清楚。 飯店離教堂很近是優點，但缺點是教堂敲鐘的聲音也聽得見（每個小時敲一次），其實戴個耳塞就好了。

We had to use our towels to avoid water flowing to the whole bathroom. Also elevator was the same for the roof restaurant and for the rooms so during nights the line for the elevator was very long.

The lack of shower doors made our bathroom a lake after 4 people having a shower and it was damp till the morning. We had to use the towels on the floor to keep the water in control

The bathroom didn’t have much space to set the toiletries. Also I would have loved a space in the shower for my soap, shampoo and conditioner (other than the floor).

• Leda Faye (8/5): - Location is great, walking distance to almost all of the attractions. Monastiraki shopping and restaurants are in its doorstep. Their trash bins are too small esp that you cannot flush any toilet paper in the toilet bowl. I don't need to have my room made up everyday but I had to this time so the housekeeping can empty out the trash bins.

• Claire (7/5): - Très bien placé pour la zone, roof top avec belle vue. Il faut ne pas oublier que la cathédrale sonne régulièrement, avec les fenêtres mal isolées cela peut être compliqué. Service super lent au roof top alors que pas complet. Pas de télécommande dans la chambre, réponse donnée, téléchargez vous l appli.
