• Siobhan (10/5): The perfect stay in Dubrovnik - The property is ideally situated approximately a 10 minute walk from the Old Town. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mario was a great host and accommodated our needs for check-in etc.
• Jaggesher (10/5): Perfect Home - * This home has multiple relaxing areas with stunning views, making it very easy to fully enjoy the scenery. * Conveniently close to all the main attractions. * The hosts were incredibly friendly and live on the property, so everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. * Sunset views. The only minor downside was that our apartment was on an upper floor and there was no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs could be a bit challenging. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

Very clean, comfortable, excellent location about 15 mins from old town. 5ish mins from a little market and 25 from the airport. The owner Dino greeted us on arrival and gave us the tour, and was excellent at keeping in touch. There is a safe in the apartment, great air conditioning and the terrace was lovely. Would come back again. No notes

Navdušeni smo bili tudi nad brezhibno čistočo in izjemno prijaznostjo lastnikov, ki komunicirajo v slovenskem jeziku. Dali so nam pristen občutek, da smo kot gostje resnično dobrodošli in cenjeni. The apartment was beautifully maintained, was well stocked with everything you need and offered stunning views of Lokrum Island. We enjoyed having both a balcony and our own private terrace, which made relaxing so special. Jasna,Luka and Mario were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and we absolutely loved the thoughtful touches – the welcome sign, delicious baked goodies and the bottle of Croatian wine really made us feel at home. Highly recommend Villa King for anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Some noise from local traffic, but you cant have it all, staying within walking distance to town☺️ Everything in the apartment was spotless, clean, modern, and fully equipped. Also we loved the big terrace in our two bedroom apartment. Mario was most welcoming, informing us on whats app on arrival. And Jasna was a wonderful hostess. We truly felt at home and most welcome. • KoushikS (10/5): Amazing stay and worth the money - Firstly, very thanks to Mr Gasper for his time & patience as we reached very late at night to the property and he explained all the details upon arrival. Property is very amazing, nice rooms, nice beds, nice facilities and nice views. Just a few mins car drive from all the attractions. We enjoyed our 2 day stay here and enjoyed dubrovnik city. Would definitely stay again here if we visit next time. Nothing much.

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles echt superschoon! Heerlijk ruim overdekt terras met eettafel en een zitje om een lekker drankje te drinken en werkelijk prachtig uitzicht. Ontzettend warm welkom geheten door de (familie van de) host. Flesje wijn en wat koffie en thee stonden klaar. Locatie voor ons perfect: precies in het midden (beide ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen) tussen het fijne strand van St. Jakob en het centrum van de oude stad.

There are 3 different apartments, each with varying bedroom space, 1, 2 and 3. (To note the Jacuzzi belongs to the one-bedroom apartment). The owners are situated on the same floor as the two bedroom apartment and were welcoming, helpful and delightfully pleasant. Would happily book the same apartment next time we visit. N/A

Inside, the comfortable bed and sofa bed, spacious shower, and nice little kitchen. The place has a washer machine as well. The Internet was good! The parking space was provided. The Tip: the GPS location is not exactly accurate, it is better to communicate with the provider via Whatsapp to get an exact location. We liked everything!

• Alison (10/5): Exceptional ! - Our host, Mario, was ultra attentive and accommodating. We had multiple requests for change in arrival and departure time and he was very flexible. We felt so welcomed with so many details explained and personal touches. There was a bottle of wine and pastries waiting for us with a welcome sign. Mario offered to deliver breakfast to our apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 teens so the queen bed plus 2 twins in another room was perfect. The place was very comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed.The shower was large and we had a washing machine in the unit. The bathroom is large and has a bidet. The A/C worked great which was much appreciated during a heat wave. The terrace/porch has spectacular views and was very private with lots of seating, like a 2nd living/ dining room. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town and the Ploce entrance to the wall, and 10 minutes to a local swim area, or the Banye beach. And free parking! It was absolutely perfect. It was perfect. Really. The host was incredible. 5 star service! For Americans, there is no dryer, as is common in Europe, but in summer our clothes dried overnight.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and the hot tub was a perfect bonus—especially after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and the city walls, which made it super convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. The host was incredibly kind, easy to reach via whats app, gave great instruction to how to access amenities in the room, tips for the town, and anything in between (he even left a booklet and map on the table to make sure all our questions were answered). Don't even get me started on the high quality of the apartment itself, it is all very new, very clean (towels, bath robes, blankets, body wash, hair cap and hair dryer provided). From how elegant the kitchen looked, clean the bathroom was to the perfect aesthetic from the living room to the gorgeous porch area. Very accomodating sitting outside after a long day of exploring dubrovnik) AND the hot tub!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. Wifi worked well, it was in a very safe place, and 2 keys were provided. It was about a 15-18 min walk away from the city which I personally didn't mind at all as there is a sidewalk along the main road so I felt very safe and felt old town to be very accessible. OH and 10 min walk away from the most recommended beaches which was great! Overall, highly recommend, if I come back to Dubrovnik I would stay here again!

• Avik (10/5): Lovely apartment to enjoy Dubrovnik. - The location was convenient - 15 minutes walk from Old town (or a 5 minute Bolt ride, which was quite easy to get). It was quite exquisite - the view was excellent, looking out on the Adriatic, and the layout was beautiful - a main bed room for us, and a pull out comfy couch for the kids, and a nice little breakfast table. We cooked breakfast, and the utensils were adequate to do that. There was a nice hot tub in the porch area outside to chill at. The host Gaspare was very helpful. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend it. Can't think of anything to complain about!

• Jane (10/5): Lovely place for a break in Dubrovnik. Great hosts and great attention to detail. - Generally a luxury feel. Wine, madeleines and a sweetly jar were an added bonus. Plenty of dishwasher and washing machine tablets provided. Mario was really helpful and Jasna really made you feel like her mission was to make sure you enjoyed your stay - thank you. Being really picky - there are trees that slightly block the view. This is clear from the photos on the website. The views are still amazing.
• Lynne (10/5): A beautiful, well maintained villa. Wish we had booked for longer - A beautiful, modern & clean apartment. With a lovely terrace and hot tub. 15minute walk from old town. Our host Gasper was amazing, full of knowledge and very helpful. Nothing. It was perfect!
• Yuval (10/5): Exquisite apartment a short walking distance from the old city of Dubrovnik - Exquisite apartment, designed to the last detail with everything we needed, jacuzzi was a great surprise, very comfortable, Great balcony overlooking the sea, 15 min walk to the old city saved us from moving the car and paying outrageous prices for parking. supper host - very kind and helpful, gave us great tips for touring Dubrovnik Nothing really
• Yiting (10/5): We really felt like home in this beautiful apartment! - It’s very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The property has a good assortment of appliances that we could make different types of coffee and cook some meal when we don’t feel like eating out. The view is amazing looking straight into the sea. The hot tub is a fantastic addition. N/A

• Tamara (10/5): Will exceed expectations on location, size, amenities, quiet and clean location. - Mario was in regular contact leading up to arrival. The property location is on the fringe of old town, quiet, private and secure. Convenient parking out front. The panoramic views, size and facilities are truly outstanding. We were greeted with home baked cakes and wine. Planning on returning nxt year and will not stay anywhere else. Nothing I didn’t like.
• Heidrun (10/5): awesome apartment for visiting dubrovnik - awesome apartment for visiting dubrovnik. extremely nice and helpful owners who thought of everything (coffee, wide assortment of teas, laundry pods and even tooth brushes!). the apartment is beautiful and immaculately clean with 2 beautiful balconies to spread out on! location is perfect with only a 15 min picturesque walk to town and has parking! loved our stay and the hosts! it deserves >10 rating! nothing. it was an awesome place!
• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Close enough to walk to the old city but far enough to be away from the traffic and cruise boat crowds.
• Hilary (10/5): Gorgeous, stylish, and immaculate vacation accommodation! - Immaculate, stylishly decorated, with lovely balcony space to eat breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine, and comfortable bedding. Mario was responsive and friendly, and left us a bottle of wine and tasty bakery goodies. It would be nice to have larger bath towels.
