- Claire (9/5): Great hotel in a convenient location - The one bedroom apartment was spacious and the balcony was useful in the morning and evenings. The sky bar has great views. The staff could not be more helpful. Everyone on the team was really lovely. Good air con, good location for us, the restaurant and food were also nice.

- Victoria (8/5): Nice place away from busy centre - Big room with a couch, kitchen and full sized fridge. Location was nice by the lake but note that it is quite far from the old town. Great shopping centre close by. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but it was fine and the service was prompt. Not as many western options as other places.

- Nathaniel (9/5): - Emplacement calme avec vu magnifique du roof top et proche du lac. Personnels ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et cuisine non équipée impossible de faire a manger. Chambre familiale pour 4 seulement 2 verres, tasses ,assiettes ,couverts. Le portier est plus serviable que l'accueil de l'hôtel.

- TOSHIKO (10/5): - 湖がよく見える部屋でした。ホテルも清潔で、スタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応してくれました。朝食は眺めの良い屋上でも食べることができ、メニューは少ないながらも味はどれも絶品でした。観光客が少ない地区ですが、歩いてすぐに市場やチェーン店の飲食店もたくさんあり便利でした。ホテルの目の前の湖を歩きながら散歩らカフェで美味しいコーヒーも飲めます。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。

- Joseph (10/5): - What an excellent hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet. Zero street noise and no karaoke. The staff was also excellent, very friendly and we will be coming back.

From the wonderful service and hospitality, the quiet room, the lovely breakfast with view, the comfortable beddings, lots of storage, the 24/7 front desk, the short walk to the lake, everything. The location also worked for us. We stayed in the family suite facing the lake with a large bakcony, and enjoyed having lots of light and view of the lake during the day and quiet nights with very limited noise coming from the street thanks to good windows. Wonderful find with high quality standard. Not the typical cheap tourist place. We will be back.

- BYUNGCHUL (10/5): - 1층에서 세탁기를 돌리고 방에들어가서 잊어버리곤 한참뒤에 와서보니 제빨래가 건조기까지 돌려서 차곡차곡 개어져있었습니다.마치 엄마가 해놓은것처럼. 아마 호텔스탭이었겠죠. 어느날 방에 에어콘이 안되었습니다. 즉시 더 크고 좋은 에어콘이 되는방으로 교체해주었습니다. 그다음날 호텔매니저같은분이 큰접시에 여러과일을 세팅해서 주었습니다. 전날의 불편함에 사과드린다면서요. 밖에잠시 나갔다오면 몰래 청소를 해놓습니다. 설겆이부터 시작해서 널부러진 제옷가지들은 개어져있었습니다.

- Shuvendu (1/5): Nightmare - Location A) I booked executive suites, which were stinking. Had to open all windows and doors over 30 minutes when outside temperature above 40 degrees. B) the breakfast is included but poor. Very limited and not at per quality C) the fruits are stale and even banana s are refrigerated. They are discoloured and clearly lost food value D) even the shoe polisher do not have cream there E) Toiletries are pathetic. Even the soap slice is so thin that broke into pieces when tried to open the wrap. F) i booked executive suite, so called a suite with kitchen, which only have dishes and microwave… they have induction cookers, but no utensils…no cooking essentials. Clearly one can only heat up but nothing else… cutleries are limited so in you have a child, carry your own… G) finally, the attitude of staff. I booked much ahead… closer to date was not sure about travel so requested cancellation waiver…. They received , read, but no courtesy to respond with yes/ no. When called in the morning, they were disappointed to hear we are coming and said we had your waiver request and was not sure you wil be coming… but never bothered to answer. The lacklustre professional attitude. Booking . Com can verify this.

- Melissa (10/5): - While a bit away from the old quarter, it was nice to try a different location in Hanoi. The lake was beautiful and we found good restaurants and shopping easily. We stayed just one night before heading north, but our room was clean, large and comfortable, with excellent staff service. The sky bar restaurant is overpriced and was extremely smoky, but breakfast was good. Overall recommend the stay here!

- Azizah (10/5): Excellent - The accommodation was very practical for group travellers. The amenities provided were very practical and useful for us. The rooms are modernly design and very clean. The location of the hotel is near to city center. Staffs are helpful and quite accommodating. Too less choice for breakfast.
- Vincent (6/5): Pleasant - Booked an airport taxi with them that didn’t show up. The staff kept lying about the arrival time, keeping us waiting for no reason. In the end we booked our own car, being late at the airport. Also rooms are not very clean and the club on the rooftop is noisy. Can’t recommend this hotel

Due to that you have to be very careful with taxis (bad experience with GRAB taxi) Despite of big sign "NO SMOKING" in rooms, there were some smell of cigarette smoke
