• Claudine (10/5): Loft exceptionnel dans un emplacement de choix. - Très grand appartement, très bien situé très près du quartier espagnol, la rue commerçante Toledo et d’une station de métro. Très grande terrasse. Communication facile avec l’hôte. Tout était correct. Pas eu assez de temps à Naples pour bien en profiter.

Местоположението му е перфектно, намира се на главната улица, точно до метростанция Толедо и на пешеходно разстояние от основните забележителности на Неапол. Има прекрасна тераса с гледка. Нямаше достатъчно консумативи, като тоалетна хартия, сапун, таблетки за съдомиялна машина. Би било добре те да бъдат съобразени с броя на гостите и дните на престоя им.
• Anne (6/5): Bel appartement, pourrait être exceptionnel si un peu d’attention était mis pour l’équiper et pour accueillir les visite - Sa situation exceptionnelle. Sa taille (grand appartement) , sa luminosité, ses balcons Le sous-équipement: des tables de nuit dans une seule chambre (sur 4), pas une table ou meuble dans les chambres pour poser des objets , pas d’allumettes ni d’allume-gaz à la cuisine, pas d’explication sur le tri des ordures, pas de tablettes ni de rebord dans les salles de bains pour poser un verre à dents ou un savon, etc. Lumières faibles à la cuisine. Chasse d’eau d’un des WC qui fuit. Propreté très relative (salles de bains, vitres salon). Personnel d’accueil (Romina) peu agréable, ne donnant aucune explication . Rue très bruyante, et pas de double-vitrage, donc chambres bruyantes aussi
• Karlheinz (8/5): - Large spacious flat in the center of Napoli. Nicely decorated and renovated.Excellent terrace and views. Great location. Had washer and drying rack. The 1/2 bathroom smelled musty and the flushing didn't always work, so it was unusable. The kitchen ceiling lights didn't work. The 3rd bedroom had a bed, but no where to hang clothes or a bedside table and lamp. If you want a quiet location, this is not the place as you are in the heart of Napoli.

Example: water Parking could have been better or more information available. Additional towel option could have been provided. Shortage of toilet paper and no paper towels provided.

• Paul (8/5): Amazing location, great space in the beating heart of Naples - It's a great apartment, spacious, with an incredibly central location. We were a group of 4, but it could easily host 6 or more. The location is superb, except for the noise in the evenings. Light sleepers beware! We stayed when Napoli won the football. Three days of chaos followed, with all-night partying, right by the apartment. We all suffered from a lack of sleep. This was good luck for Napoli, but bad luck for us. However, in general, having stayed here twice before, the weekends are very noisy in general. Overall, the apartment is lovely. However, it does lack certain essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. If these were added, it would make a stay smoother and more comfortable. The kitchen needs more cooking basics, such as chopping knives and boards, utensils, glasses, and cloths. The dishwasher needs servicing. The bathrooms lack bins, toilet roll holders, hooks, and a decent shower head in one of the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, but it would be good to have a wardrobe in every room, plus bedside lamps. Little things, perhaps. But they could make a huge difference to a stay.!
• Anna (8/5): Weekend break with friends - Fabulous spacious loft apartment. Very comfortable and well fitted out for self catering. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the shopping area, bars, and restaurants and don't mind the constant buzz outside. Great balcony space too. Very comfortable beds.. Only one hairdryer between 4 of us and inadequate toaster, otherwise difficult to find fault.
• Graeme (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Naples, loved every minute, the property is a quiet retreat in the heart of the madness ! - Great location, city centre right above subway, great views, comfortable beds, spacious, The caretaker Romina was fantastic for handing over And keeping in touch, nothing was too much hassle - very much appreciated. No issues at all.
• Paul (9/5): Spacious and contemporary apartment in the beating heart of Naples - A great base to explore Naples from. The apartment is spacious, light, and comfortable. Super terrace with fabulous views. It's great for a group of 5 or 6. It is in the very centre of Naples, so evenings and nights can be very noisy. A few issues we had with equipment were speedily sorted. One point to correct on the description. There are only 2 bathrooms. The other is a toilet only. The other thing is that not all bedrooms had a wardrobe or a rail. But, as a whole, a great apartment. Looking forward to returning soon!

• Linda (9/5): Wonderful location and great apartment! - The location of the property was brilliant just near the metro. It felt very safe and secure. Being on sixth floor, the lift worked well. The apartment itself was large, bright with wonderful views. The balcony was wonderful wrapping itself around the apartment. Very comfortable beds and two new sofas. Kitchen was generally well equipped. Rimona was very helpful with booking our taxi for departure and sorting other issues. The apartment had just been beautifully refurbished and missed the final fittings in the bathrooms - towel rails, soap dispensers, bath mats etc. Kitchen cooker was not connected and no washing machine - however these two things were sorted during our stay. (I think they just ran out of time before our stay!)

• Nat (9/5): Beautiful view from spacious top floor apartment - Beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Our car transfer was able to drop us off very close to the apartment and it was easy to wheel our full size suitcases to the building. Just be aware that, like many apartments in Italy, there is a flight of stairs before reaching the lift. We did struggle when using the key on the outside gate (could not remove it) but thankfully a helpful resident showed us the extra gentle technique and it was no problem after that; maybe other guests could also benefit from this if it was included in check in? Unfortunately the floors were really really dusty! I think the cleanliness could be improved. An additional optional extra that would have been appreciated is clothes washing tablets/liquid for the washing machine.

• Tony (10/5): My Loft in Naples is a fantastic choice for staying in Naples - Excellent location on Via Toledo, very spacious apartment, fantastic view, nice balcony, close to the Toledo metro stop, stores and restaurants We had heavy rain one night and rain leaked into one of the bedrooms.
