- Karin (10/5): Incredible stay in Johannesburg. - Property is stunning. Check in was smooth. Staff absolutely could not be more polite and professional. EVERYONE seemed to go out of their way to make sure you were happy and had everything you needed. Food in Nova Bistro was outstanding. Views from our room were spectular. To be completely honest, the only thing we could even nit pick was maybe have steak knives a little sharper. In other words, there is really nothing about this property not to like.

The restuarant staff was very friendly. Room service was on point. The complimentary checkout time until 12h00 Upon checkout, we waited for a while for a porter.

- Scott (10/5): Very good - The hotel is very impressive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant was also delicious. We booked with Sipho, who is the hotel driver, a tour of Johannesburg which was amazing and one of the highlights of our trip to South Africa. Whilst we didn’t use a lot of facilities the outdoor pool and surrounding areas were very pleasant. The reception had issues with check in and our transfer back to the airport.

- Anthonia (6/5): - The hotel was very neat and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I did get a room on day 2 I was happy with the condition and the service offered throughout my stay. I had issues with booking via Booking.com, as the hotel had overbooked due to an event. When a room became available via Booking.com and I successfully completed the booking it was then cancelled by the hotel. This meant I was left without a room on day 1. This was extremely inconvenient.

Also good location for airport and central Joburg—has a relaxed feel and a calm place to stay. Upper floor rooms are really huge - much bigger than in pictures with nice views. Good vlue if paying in USD or GBP … It’s a really nice hotel but the staff needs to be trained to get some of the small but important things right (see below) the hotel gets the big things right but Small requests for things like soap or cutlery in room took a long time to come. also front desk doesn’t always seem to be communicating with other staff on things like whether gym is open or business centre closed or if allowed to walk on golf course or if a table for large party is booked for dinner . info in the room didn’t reflect actual situation on a public holiday and desk staff didn’t always seem aware of changes leading to confusion and many requests and calls to confirm
- Raymond (10/5): The staff are this hotel's best asset! - Hotel facilities were good, but it was the staff which made our stay so good - they could not do enough to make us welcome and to enjoy our stay. Access to the spa area and pool could have been easier - there were no ramps to the lower hotel level (we had a wheelchair user)
