• Javoxir (7/5): - Good staff, helpful especially Ukrainian woman. They offer free water coffee and tea at reception. Nice bakery nearby, markets and metro station. It was cold in the room, ac didn’t work for heating and I slept in my coat. Room needed to be renovated there are lots of scratches etc. And the door is too thin, I heard every voice and soud at the corridor outside

• Tina (8/5): Toller Aufenthalt in sehr gutes Lage. - Super Lage, nur wenige Schritte von der Metro entfernt. Sehr nettes Personal und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Bäcker in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

• Violetta (10/5): Рекомендую даний готель. - Чистота в номері. Гарний вид. На рецепції пані Лідія була дуже ввічлива, і допомогла нам. Щиро вдячні їй за професійну допомогу. В готелі гарний сад де можна в тиші випити каву. Поряд магазини/ кафешки і ресторани. Готель рекомендую.

• Pzione (10/5): Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, świetne położenie, własny ogród, cisza i spokój - Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, ciche otoczenie - nasze okna wychodziły na ogród. Doskonałe połączenie metrem - w odległości 3 min drogi na piechotę jest stacja, z której w ciągu 15-20 minut można się dostać do głównych atrakcji Paryża. Bardzo podobał nam się przestronny pokój na najwyższym piętrze z dużą łazienką. Drugi wynajęty przez nas pokój dwuosobowy był dużo mniejszy, znajdował się na parterze i miał ładny widok na ogród. Śniadania były dość smaczne. Pokój dwuosobowy na parterze był dość ciasny. Korytarz hotelowy na parterze początkowo nie był zbyt czysty i nieładnie pachniał, ale po kilku dniach pobytu problem zniknął.

• jonathan (8/5): - We have stayed here before so no surprises but being on the 6th floor when the lift is the size of a single wardrobe was challenging and my wife would only use the stairs. as we are in our 60's we probably wont book again due to this but we love the area and will look for a suitable alternative which is a shame as the staff are so welcoming and breakfast is excellent . The bathroom in particular the shower over the bath.

• Paulette (8/5): Bueno bonito y barato - Me hospedé 1 noche aquí y el desayuno es muy completo, estaba incluido en mi estancia, me cobraron $30 euros por entrar a las 8am a mi habitación y está bien es razonable es el precio que te avisan antes de que llegues ya que el check in es a las 3pm, mi habitación estaba en el último piso (4) y no tenía ascensor pero si quieres habitación con ascensor si tienen otra opción disponible, yo preferí esa habitación porque era más grande, camas cómodas, habitaciones limpias, te reciben con agua, té o café en la recepción, fueron amables al momento de comunicarnos ya que mi inglés no es muy bueno y no hablo francés, se esforzaron por hablar español conmigo, sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo a quien quiera hospedarse ahí, por el precio es totalmente conveniente está a solo pasos del metro no alcanza a ser 1 cuadra Mi habitación no tenía ascensor y estaba en el piso 4, me ofrecieron una habitación con ascensor pero era mejor la habitación sin ascensor

• HEITOR (9/5): Ótima acomodação! - Localização extraordinária: pertíssimo do metrô porém em bairro menos turístico. Supermercados, lojas e padarias por perto. Quarto confortável, chuveiro bom. Funcionário muito educados e atenciosos, com menção especial ao Sr. Fethi! Apenas uma observação, e não uma crítica: o hotel é um pouco mais antigo, mas isso não nos afetou em nada!
• Natalia (9/5): Lovely place , welcoming people and metro straight down the road literally 2 minute walk so easy access to all areas of - I liked how there was a beautiful garden straight down through reception . A wonderful white and isolated area behind the buildings where you can go out for smoke , coffee or food . My sister and I ate some food the in the evening and it was a nice unwind to the evening with a cool smooth breeze and nature around . I think it’s quite common in French hotels as it’s not the first time but it can get a little noisy in the room due to contrast water pumping - from flushing the toilet , showing etc . However you get used to it but if you’re a light sleeper it might disturb you for a night or two . Other than that no complain this really isn’t one too as you can’t except complete silence from a hotel especially in a visit city where people come back late .

• Samaneh (7/5): Great location and clean hotel, but room issues and noise were disappointing. - The hotel itself was clean, the location was excellent, and it was very close to the metro station. There were also many restaurants and cafés nearby, which made everything very convenient. Most of the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. But our experience started badly. We had booked a double-bed room with my partner, but we were first given a room that was already occupied. After that, we were moved to another room with separate beds. One staff member told us he would later change it to a double-bed room, but that never happened. In addition, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms, which was sometimes disturbing.

• Radostin (9/5): Great place to stay in Paris - Although in first glance the hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, the place is close to the metro and bus stops convenient to get to the main sight seeings in the downtown. Check out the lines M12, C, 1 bus 39, 62. All the staff guys are very polite and helpful! We'd like to thank them very much! The only disadvantage of the location- its too noisy from the subway line. A recommendation to the information given prior reservation: Its good to give clear information for the breakfast option initially. If some customer prefer to add breakfast on the reservation, would be good to be clear visible and easy to order in advance.

• MARIA JOSE (8/5): Bien - Tener agua, café e infusiones en la recepción. En la habitación también tenías la posibilidad de hacer infusiones. El desayuno estaba completo con agua, zumos, cafés, infusiones, fruta cortada y algunos días frutas enteras, además de cosas dulces, diferentes panes, cosas saladas: quesos, jamón york, huevos, salchichas y bacon. (El café no nos gustaba.) Teníamos 4 habitaciones bastante aceptables de tamaño así como los baños. Nos cambiaron las toallas todos los días. Eramos un grupo de 8 personas y la habitacion triple estaba en un edificio anexo, hasta ahí todo bien, pero había que subir 3 pisos sin ascensor lo que para subir y bajar las maletas es un incordio.

O quarto tem um cheiro ruim pelo carpete antigo utilizado e a limpeza achei que deixou a desejar. Cama boa, espaço tbm ok. Ar condicionado com aquecedor parecia que não funcionava! Os atendentes embora não falássemos muito bem inglês nem francês, foram solícitos porém no primeiro dia que chegamos achei que fizeram pouco caso. Vale uma observação para o Senhor que mudou provavelmente depois os funcionários que era muitíssimo simpático, educado e cordial. Cheiro do quarto

• Finja (1/5): VORSICHTIG BETTWANZEN!!! - Nettes Personal und die Lage VORSICHTIG BETTWANZEN!!!! Während unseres Aufenhalt kamen uns schon Blutspuhren auf dem Bettlacken und kleine Insekten im Zimmer komisch vor. LEIDER haben wir uns nichts mehr dabei gedacht. Stellt sich raus, das Zimmer war mit Bettwanzen überseht!! Zuhause angekommen haben wir überall auf unserem Körper juckende kleine Quaddeln bekommen, die bis jetzt noch anhalten. Das Hotel hat nach unserer Mitteilung NICHT reagiert und lässt uns einfach stehen. NICHT BUCHEN, wenn ihr keine Bettwanzen haben wollt.

• Bernadett (8/5): Kb. 20-30 perc tömegközlekedéssel minden látványosság könnyen elérhető. Boltok, éttermek a hoteltől 2-3 percre. Reggeli - Kiváló helyen, 12-es metró Concention megállótól 2 perc sétára. Hátsó szárnyban kaptunk szobát, ami kicsit már felújításra szorulna, de a pár éjszakára megfelelő.

Staff Amin, acho que escreve assim, foi extremamente cordial, educado e nos atendeu muito bem. Café, água e chá a vontade Falta limpeza no chão dos quartos e banheiro. As camas não possuem cabeceira, diferente da foto da reserva.

• Mikhail (7/5): A good hotel in Paris for a short stay to explore the city - It's a nice hotel, relatively close to the city centre. One of the great things is the metro station nearby, which helps to explore Paris and the surrounding cities. The breakfast was okay, maybe a bit repetitive due to the low selection. The sound insulation isn't great, you can hear the doors squeaking and your neighbours coming in and out. The furniture is a bit old and shabby, but nothing too critical. Overall, a good experience for 5-6 nights with minor complaints.
