Quartier vivant très proche des quartiers touristiques Un petit sèche linge ou un fil à linge passerait bien au vu du climat à Dublin 🌧️ ☀️

• Steph (4/5): Logement vétuste et sale, mauvais rapport qualité-prix - - l'emplacement est correct, pas loin du centre-ville - la cuisine n'est pas trop mal équipée, même si elle lave-vaisselle aurait été pratique pour un hébergement de 7 personnes - la grande chambre est correcte - nous avons loué l'appartement pour 7 personnes, mais il était clairement trop petit pour héberger autant de monde - les deux lits une place sont extrêmement inconfortables, ce sont des vieux matelas à ressorts. - les deux couchages en plus sont en plein milieu de la pièce à vivre ce qui n'est pas clairement indiqué sur les photos. Ce sont des couchages très rudimentaires. - le rideau du salon est un voilage, qui ne proteste pas du tout de la lumière, impossible de dormir correctement dans le salon sans masque. - l'hygiène globale de l'appartement était très douteuse : il y avait des poils et des cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans les draps. - la salle de bain principale est vieille et crasseuse, les joints sont jaunâtres. - dans l'ensemble cet appartement est vieux et vétuste, extrêmement cher par rapport à la qualité de l'hébergement. - l'accès se fait par une boîte aux lettres qui se trouve dans un garage à une autre adresse, ce n'est pas du tout pratique. - l'autre nous a communiqué les informations pour récupérer les clés à la dernière minute, après que nous l'ayons contacté, pas du tout en avance comme c'était indiqué.
• Dawn (1/5): Avoid staying here - Nothing really Lift not working. Smells of cigarettes smoke, wasn’t clean, beds VERY uncomfortable, water pump going all night- noisy - location undesirable
• Diane (1/5): THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND FOR THE MONEY I PAID I AM REQUESTING SOME SORT OF A REFUND FOR SUCK - There was no breakfast offered. There wa absolutely NOTHING we liked about this property. The booking was horrible, There was a water leak, water coming up through the floor, there was a great mold smell, there was mold on the back of the curtains in the living room. We complained but had to stay in it that night but he offered to give us another unit the next day. We couldn't move into the other unit until 3:00 the next day because it was rented that night. That unit was one floor up, he never offered to help us move. That unit was clean but NO HOT WATER. There is something about the hot water there, we did what the instructons said but still no hot water. We took cold showers, we texted him to ask what to do and he still has never answered my text.

• Rog (8/5): Excellent host, location and value for money 🤗 - Nigel was a first rate communicator. Video and clear instructions about how to enter property. Regular communication and excellent recommendations. Nigel was so accommodating he let us know we could check in early. Super host. Clean, modern, spacious apartment. So central to everything 👍🏽 Unfortunately the 1hr boost hot water meant that not all 6 of us were able to have a hot shower 🙁 Fire notice and evacuation procedures need to be displayed in the apartment (apologies if they were and I didn't see them)
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent all the way. Great spacious apartment. Comfortable for 8 guests. Great location with Dublins main attractions a short walk. Nigel even helped with early luggage drop off. Airport bus stop just 2 mins and Great pubs and multitude of ethnic restaurants on doorstep. Would recommend.

• Holly (6/5): Spacious apartment with responsive host and good security - could benefit from additional updating - Host was pleasant and professional. He quickly took action to resolve concerns. Care has been taken with security... there are 3 points to swipe in with the key fob and several locks on the door. The apartment is very spacious and there is a nice big living room, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and good size bedrooms. Bedroom and living room decor is contemporary. Couches are like new and large. There is an electric fireplace in the living room, which was very cozy. Also a good sized table with four chairs for eating. Tea kettle in the kitchen. We were a bit taken aback by the neighborhood. It's not a very nice part of town and streets are crowded and businesses are run down. There are a lot of people loitering around right outside the entry door due to there being a popular restaurant next door (which could be considered a plus as the food was good, haha!). We were also disappointed with some outdated and 'nearly broken" things, such as a towel ring that was barely hanging on by a screw thread, outdated shower and kitchen decor, and toilets that had to be flushed repeatedly to work.
