• HELENE (2/5): - L’emplacement Quand nous sommes arrivés les travaux de la salle de bains n'étaient pas finalisés, nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'utiliser les toilettes et la douche la première nuit...alors qu’il faisait 35 degrés. . Le lendemain matin pour prendre les douches il n’y avait pas d'eau chaude... La vaisselle était salle. Les toilettes avaient été utilisés juste avant notre arrivée et la chasse d'eau n'avait pas été tirée... Nous avons demandé à être dédommagés mais nous n'avons eu aucune réponse à notre demande

En general bastante bien En la cocina no hay cafetera, ni unas cápsulas de café , como dejan en casi todos los apartamentos. Y un fallo, por si no lo saben los propietarios, es que al encender la luz se pone en marcha el extractor de humos y hay luces que no se apagan.

• Cecilia (10/5): Lindo, limpio, completo, silencioso, disfrutable! - El departamento estaba en muy buen estado, la cocina totalmente completa y como nos quedamos varios dias eso era necesario para poder cocinar alguna cena. La calefacción excelente, la limpieza tambien y la ubicación tambien. Es una zona céntrica pero muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. Me gustaría tambien resaltar que es seguro, no sentimos nunca sensación de inseguridad en la zona aun volviendo de noche caminando. Lo recomiendo muchisimo. Solo sugerencias de mejoras. La bañera es peligrosa, porque tiene una mampara de vidrio y es resbalosa la superficie, nosotros viajamos con una niña y un adulto mayor y nos parecio algo que podría generar un accidente, que teniendo mucho cuidado no sucedió. Y una cuestión muy personal, a mi las almohadas me parecieron muy finitas, se podrían mejorar.

• tania (1/5): Fotos enganosas não correspondem à realidade bastante má! - Não consegui gostar de nada pois tudo é tão antigo e usado e nada confortável, infelizmente sinto me enganada, nada corresponde às fotos, a Booking deveria estar mais atenta e não permitir este tipo de situações, pois não se engana ninguém! A minha experiência neste alojamento foi bastante decepcionante. O apartamento não corresponde de todo às fotografias apresentadas no Booking. Nas imagens parece moderno e bem cuidado, mas na realidade tudo está muito antigo e bastante desgastado. O mobiliário está em mau estado, especialmente o sofá, que é extremamente desconfortável e visivelmente danificado. A casa de banho é muito antiga, com sinais de ferrugem no lavatório e na banheira, e a sanita não funcionava corretamente. Reportei a situação, mas fui informada de que estava tudo “normal” e que bastava carregar bem na descarga, o que não corresponde à verdade, pois tive mesmo de recorrer a baldes de água para conseguir utilizar. Além disso, a presença de alcatifa nos quartos e até na cozinha é algo bastante desagradável e pouco higiénico. Sinto-me enganada, pois o alojamento não reflete minimamente o que é anunciado. Não recomendaria este espaço a quem procura conforto e qualidade, e considero que a descrição e as fotos deveriam ser atualizadas para refletir a realidade.
• Rachel (2/5): Do not recommend. Overpriced and shabby. - It was a 7 minute walk to Victoria. It was very shabby. The curtains didn’t hang correctly. The bathroom was desperately in need of updating. The shower was weak, approximately 12 tiles were cracked or coming away from the wall. The toilet hinges were broken and it didn’t flush well. The WiFi was very slow so we just used data. The kitchen was ok but has carpet on the floor which must be hard to keep hygienic. It was not well equipped to cook meals. The sheets on the bed were not big enough so kept needing to be straightened. The windows are actually on Vauxhall bridge road and is very noisy. The owner was rude and let himself in without knocking.

The appartment showed in the photos in booking site was very different with the one we stayed in. The bathroom was very old and almost ruined so as some furniture inside the appartment. The kitchen was with very basic equipment. Although there was a WiFi in the appartment , the speed was very very low and practically was unexisted. When we arrived the owner gave us wrong directions for finding our apartment and when I asked him through Viber he was unpolite.It took us around one hour to find our appartment because he had given us wrong number without never apologise for that. And the worse of all was when I asked him through Viber if the water is drinkable. Take into account that he knew that we were a family with 3 kids!!!! He answered me that this is not an urgent question(!!!!!!!!) and I should not bother him through Viber for such things!!! So I sent a message in booking and he answered me politely because of course his answer was through booking.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities met all our needs. The location is a huge advantage – close to the main attractions of London, yet the area is მშვიდ and safe. Public transport is within a short walking distance, which makes sightseeing very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and very professional – quick responses and help whenever needed. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in a great location. We would happily return on our next visit!

• Greta (5/5): Overall, the apartment may work as a short-term place to sleep due to its location, but it does not meet expectations in - I stayed in this apartment for a couple of days while visiting London. It is located in the Westminster area, close to Victoria, which is definitely the only real positive aspect. The neighborhood is convenient, quiet, and well connected, making it easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is very dated and poorly maintained. It feels neglected and not properly taken care of. Cleanliness was a major issue: the apartment was quite dirty and generally left to run down. It is not a place where you would feel comfortable living, only suitable for sleeping. Assistance was minimal. Apart from receiving basic information about check-in and check-out, there was no real support. When I asked for additional information, I never received a response. Another downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbors, which was quite disruptive and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

• James (9/5): Neat, compact and modern - Very well located and decent value for money considering it is only a 5 minute walk from Victoria station. The flat is modern and clean with excellent showers and bathrooms and the kitchenette was well stocked. It was great having a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave as well. We were a family of five which was a bit of a squeeze with one of us having to sleep in the centre of the kitchen area. The basement flat we rented would be ideal for two couples. There were about 7 or 8 steps going down to the flat from the ground floor and no handrail, so that could be a litte tricky for elderly people. From the photos on booking.com I was assuming we would be higher up. We would have preferred this, but the place was illuminated well and each room had a window looking up.

Même si les équipements sont présents, ils commencent à dater et présentent pour certains (canapé-lit) de sérieux signes de fatigue. La vaisselle est également incomplète (4 assiettes pour nous 5).

No se preocupó de que me llegara antes ni de asegurarse de que yo le diera el ok de haberle recibido. El apartamentos está muy mal mantenido, esta sucio y con muchos muebles rotos. Las camas son incomodisimas y se notas todos los muelles. Ni tostadora ni el microondas han funcionado. Además eramos 6 huéspedes y había 5 toallas y no muy grandes.
