• Nicola (10/5): - Appartamento ideale per famiglie con bambini. La casa è completamente arredata per cucinare, lavare e asciugare vestiti. Tutto perfettamente funzionante. Con i costi della città è sicuramente un grande aiuto. Connessione WiFi perfetta per la tv e i cellulari, per risparmiare giga. Posizione ottima per bus, metro e camminata. Il quartiere è tranquillo.

• Giuliani (10/5): Una grata sorpresa - Venimos haciendo un tour por varios paises y nos parecio el apartamento más hermoso de todos. Es mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Super cómodo, limpio y conectado con los puntos importantes de la ciudad. Un golazo!

• Sarah (9/5): Excellent Value for a great location and apartment - Location was fantastic, apartment was excellent value for money and host was very helpful when we needed to reach out. Just slight amend to the description of where to find the key lock as we didn't see it and ended up calling the host (who was very helpful). I'd just amend to say that it's attached to the bottom step railing but was probably me just missing it!

• Claire (10/5): Perfect location and equipt for 6. - Location was great and felt safe, accommodations perfect for our family of 6 with enough plates and dining seats, 2.5 baths was amazing, property was warm in winter and all was very clean Beds weren’t my favorite, and someone chatting outside late at night setting off security light outside bedroom window
• Joleen (8/5): - Die Lage war perfekt. Nah an U-Bahn und Busstation, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes. Man hatte mut drei Personen gut Platz. Drei Bäder waren optimal. Beide Betten waren eine Katastrophe. Das eine Bett hatte ein Loch, sodass man nicht zu zweit drin schlafen konnte. Die Betten sind sehr unbequen. Es roch leicht feucht.

• Denisse (10/5): Beautiful, comfy apartment. - Location , nearby from Subway station and bus station. And convenient store for groceries and 20 mins walking from buckingham palace. One of the beds needs a new mattress
• Coucheiro Limeres (7/5): - La ubicación y la cercanía de una parada de metro, desde Heathrow es poco más de una hora y directo en metro ya que la parada está cerca. Puedes ir andando a zonas como Hyde Park y St James Park. Hay 3 baños, lo que hace fácil compartir con otras personas el apartamento. Tienen buena calefacción y la casa está caliente cuendo llegas a la tarde para cenar, pero por la noche se pasa algo de frío porque las ventanas no aislan bien. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. En el baño pequeño no tenía opción de estantes para colocar los enseres personales. Es un sótano, cosa que no se menciona en ningún sitio. Las ventanas no cierran bien y el frío entra directamente encima de las camas. La terraza está muy mal cuidada. La moqueta estaba bien cuidada pero si tienes alergía al polvo genera mucho y puedes sentirte algo incómodo.

• Stephen (6/5): - Location was good There is a strange noise that comes through the property in the second bedroom that was reported. A video was sent to the contact and the issue was never resolved. Some instruction for the washer/dryer would also be helpful. The shower curtain also needs to changed as it has black mould on it.
• c (6/5): Locatie top maar appartement kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken - Super locatie dichtbij metro Veel schimmel in badkamer. Geen goede ventilatie en de bedden aan de kleine kant en matras voel je de vering.

Soggiorno spazioso, con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni (uno grande e uno di servizio), un'ampia zona soggiorno e anche un piccolo giardino privato. Molto pulito e offriva anche tutti i servizi necessari. SI trova in un'ottima zona, tranquilla e ben collegata tramite metro e bus. Il bagno principale (unico con la doccia) si trova all'interno di una delle due camere da letto. Siamo arrivati all'appartamento un'ora dopo l'orario del check-in e all'interno abbiamo trovato una signora che stava terminando la pulizia a nostra insaputa. Ma comunque il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

La douche difficile à découvrir comment mettre en marche. Le lave-vaisselle ne laves pas bien. Le manque de luminosité naturel. La légèreté de la serrure de la porte d’entrée. Elle ne se ferme pas avec un tour de clé, donc l’appartement n’est pas sécurisé.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Pleasant stay. - We have had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and cosy. It had everything we needed. In the closet there were additional towels and toilet paper. Situated in a basement, which makes it pleasant and cool during the hot days. With a very nice patio. The flat is situated very close to Victoria Station and the Buckingham Palace, 20 minutes on foot. Within the walking distance there are bus stops, tube station, shops, bakery and restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful. I can truly recommend it. The only thing I would replace is the bathtub curtain. The glass curtain would be much appreciated. Thank you.

• Jessica (10/5): A little gem, would definitely return! - Fantastic location, clean and had everything you need. Added bonus that we had some outside space as we were lucky enough to have sunshine! Transport links are excellent! Loved that although we couldn't check in early, we were able to drop cases off while we got to exploring! We loved our stay!

• Caoimhe (8/5): Excellent location, excellent host and a hidden gem! - A great stay in a wonderful location. Two stops away on the underground from the city centre. Lovely restaurants and bars in the Pimlico area only a 5-10 minute walk away. A girls trip of 6 of us and the availability of three bathrooms to get ready in was amazing. The kitchen area was large and spacious with all the appliances you could need. The pull out bed is a bit worn and not the most comfortable-however we expected that when booking.
• Yvonne (7/5): Good - Location Clean and spacious A man opened the door and entered the apartment with towels etc on Sunday morning, looking to put them into the bedrooms while we were still there! We were not aware that there would be people entering the apartment at any time during our 2 night stay! Could not get the TV to work easily!

• Andrea (6/5): Good location, good space, missing some basic necessities/comforts. - Good size for family of 5 (2 little kids slept on pull out sofa). Located short walk to tube. Washer/dryer combo was good. There should be a light at the exterior door. So hard to see going down the stairs and unlocking door at night. One of the shower doors had been broken at some point before our stay and not fixed properly, making it a little unsafe. The mattresses were SO uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in them. Pillows are also very hard and flat. As others stated you don’t not get a refresh of towels so each person needs to use their towel for the entire stay (we were there a week). Last thing is there are no hand towels to dry your hands in any of the bathrooms or dish towels in kitchen. There were also no paper towels. We ended up buying some and leaving them there for next guest.

Liked that there were enough bathrooms to accommodate five people. It would have helped to have some directions for using the on demand hot water system for those of us unfamiliar with it.
