• Donna (6/5): Frustrating to use the facilities due to lack of information! - There was no “luxury” as described in the booking reference. The furniture was worn, the bed uncomfortably low to the ground. On our arrival we had no hot water! As it was dreadfully hot, there was no mention of the unit not being air conditioned.The maid was cleaning an hour after our check-in. Not acceptable! The light switches were impossible to use!The gates at the entrance would prevent the occupants leaving in an emergency, a fire, or such. The gates clanged and banged upon entrance or exit and a nearby resident said she was awakened every night a half dozen times or so. Another comment is that there were no instructions given for using the washer. no coffee maker, no usually provisions such as salt, pepper, oil. Not a value for the money!

Pudimos lavar la ropa y colgarla en el tender y se secó de la noche para la mañana. Mercado a 50 m abierto hasta altas horas de la noche. Que las luces en las habitaciones tenían un sistema distinto al tradicional y nos llevó tiempo entender cómo se prendían y apagaban las luces y los extractores de los baños.
• EMG76 (7/5): - Ubicación, limpieza. No hay cafetera, no hay aire acondicionado. El ventilador que hay es tan pequeño que no da aire. Las cortinas del salón dejan entrar toda la claridad por lo que quien duerma ahí... Las que tuvimos que dormir en el salón era como estar en una sauna. No hay cucharas de café, ni suficientes cubiertos para las 8 personas. A los vecinos no les hace gracia que sea un apartamento turístico.

• Jenkinson (9/5): Brilliant location, great accomodation, all you need for a break in London - The location was brilliant for central London and the immediate area has amazing places to eat, with local buses and the tube all within minutes of the property. The windows could be opened and it was exceptionally quiet ( except for the Friday night) so good nights sleep. We had some problem figuring the heating and the light switches are the most bizarre ever, but both of those are minor, especially as we managed to turn the heat down after a few attempts. Very clean apartment. Regency Cafe is brilliant , and do walk down the street Strutton Ground for some tasty street food and community spirit. Nothing in our experience. It was all just what we wanted. Also - very random cutlery ( hardly any teaspoons and loads of forks!) and no indication of how to recycle, but none of these are dislikes, only comments!

Il est noté établissement de luxe mais absolument rien pour cuisiner. Sèche cheveux à moitié complet . Gel douche 1er prix. Même pas de cafetière pour se boire un café le matin obligé d aller au café du coin . Autant aller à l’hôtel que dans cet apt ou rien n’est possible . Franchement à revoir pour le prix .

• Kelly (6/5): ‘Comfortable but basic’ would be a more appropriate description - To start with the positives- Great location, just over 5 mins walk from St James’ Park tube station, very secure gated apartments, clean, good amount of wardrobe storage and bathroom shelves allowing you to unpack clothes and toiletries. Regency cafe just next door providing excellent breakfast. Pubs, grocers, supermarket within a few minutes walk. ‘Luxury’ it is not. Basic linen and towels, no hand towels, kitchen not fully stocked, no tea towels, scissors, peeler, pizza cutter, not enough pillows Cheap blinds which are not black out and do not function effectively when windows are open. Unfathomable light switches with no instructions Also no instructions for heating controls The en suite shower is tiny with no shelf for toiletries and the sink is so small you cannot wash your face without sending water all over the floor. TV signal not great, managed to watch programmes on iPlayer ok but live TV wasn’t functioning. I would say ‘comfortable but basic’ would be a more appropriate description. It suited us fine but had I set my heart on a luxury experience I would have been disappointed.

Nulla di complimentary (caffè, the, ...) e materiali di consumo come asciugamani e carta igienica erano a stento sufficienti per 5 persone.

• Sandra (8/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - Spacious apartment in a great location. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The complex that the apartment is in was secure and the area was quiet. Good communication from the host and no issues during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again. The apartment was very warm, which is not a complaint, but we struggled to figure out how to adjust the heat - we opened the windows though and were perfectly comfortable. You only get one key which worked for our family group but could prove difficult if you all want to separate. We made use of the sofa bed which again was perfectly comfortable but while we found duvets/pillows in the storage part of the sofa there were no covers on anything. Fortunately a wee hunt around meant we found some clean sheets and pillow cases to use. There were clean towels for the bathrooms but no tea towel in the kitchen which seemed odd as they provide washing up liquid and cloths. No real hardship though as we popped out and got some kitchen paper to use.

The sofa bed is tired and could do with replacing considering it’s where people sleep it’s a little bit Yik. The apartment is warm which would be nice in winter but is too warm at night.

• Katarina (8/5): - The apartment was nice with the great location near to Westminster Abbey. I received very detail instructions with photos on how to find keys for the apartment, much appreciated. The A/C in the bathroom did not work and it was very wet there all the time.

Non mi è piaciuta la non presenza di uno staff,tant'è che abbiamo fatto segnalazione di una perdita dietro il mobiletto del bagno senza avere avuto una risposta. Inoltre nell'appartamento si sentivano odori poco gradevoli.

• Sébastien (9/5): - L'emplacement, idéal pour tous les déplacements et visites à Londres. 5 minutes à pieds de Big Ben et des entrées de métro. Juste en face d'un petit pub sympa, 2 minutes d'une supérette et d'un café qui propose des breakfast typiquement anglais. L'immeuble est propre et très calme. L'hôte est très facilement joignable, disponible et agréable. Immeuble complètement non fumeur, nous étions prévenus après avoir réservé. On a évidemment respecté, et on est allés dans la rue à chaque fois qu'on voulait fumer une cigarette. Il faut juste l'accepter. Une cafetière, une senséo ou dolce gusto seraient un plus.

We didn't have any in person interaction with staff. We booked for 6 people, 2 of them slept in a sofa bed. Beds were correct, not extremely comfy. Clean and conveniently located. The apartment is in need of a bit of TLC and the lights system is really confusing

• David (9/5): Muy buena elección - Un apartamento muy limpio, con muy buena ubicación y con todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar algo para las cenas y desayunos. Éramos 8 personas y pudimos estar perfectamente los días que nos alojamos en el apartamento. Para recoger la llave te mandan unas instrucciones muy bien explicadas y detalladas de donde tienes que recoger las llaves para acceder al apartamento. La persona encargada de estar en contacto era muy insistente en saber la hora de salida del apartamento. La hora de check in es a las tres y la de check out a las 11.

• Jeffrey (9/5): Nice apartment. Easy spot in Westminster - Good location. Easy to check in and out. Overall good spot and easy booking to stay Only one key is a bit tough with a large group but being able to use the same key drop helped.

• Ellen (6/5): Ok, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. - De ruimtes Er was maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 nachten, de lichtschakelaars waren erg vervelend, het was bloedheet met automatische verwarming. Non-stop alle ramen open moeten hebben. Weinig keukengerei .

• Mira (6/5): It was decent but could find better for this price. - It was a great location and super quiet. There were two functioning bathrooms which was great. It was near popular landmarks and it was pretty okay overall. There was a lot of black mold in the bathrooms. It needed to be cleaned better. Also some mold in the bedrooms around the windows. The bed in one of the bedrooms was broken, there were signs of the owners trying to nail it but it kept on breaking. Not very comfortable to sleep on these beds. Needs more kitchen appliances.
• Ricky (8/5): - Clean, tidy, amenities, safe. The heating could not be adjusted and therefore the flat was very warm. Too warm in fact.
• Yolanda (10/5): Genial para ver el centro de Londres - La ubicacion ,el barrio ,la comodidad… El dueño nos cambio el alojamiento el dia antes y me provocó inseguridad.Le pedi unas fotos del interior y no me contesto,pero el apartamento estaba genial. Me hubiera gustado que nos hubiesen permitido dejar las maletas en el alojamiento.

• emma (7/5): nel complesso buono - appartamento grande, eravamo in 6 e la presenza di due bagni ci ha aiutato molto. cucina fornita di lavastoviglie e lavatrice e tv. appartamento molto caldo, forse troppo. presentava anche prese usb che ci hanno facilitato avendo pochi adattatori. vicino è presente un piccolo market e a 5 min a piedi un supermercato. abbiamo avuto poche asciugamani, solo una media a testa che per 5 giorni è davvero poco. abbiamo provato a lavarle e asciugarle nella lavatrice ma il programma dry non funzionava. sarebbe stato utile anche qualche cuscino in più. NON abbiamo capito come è possibile che la stessa chiave apra cancello esterno e interno, portone e appartamento... ci chiedevamo se potesse aprire tutti gli appartamenti del palazzo. forse un po caro, ma in linea con i prezzi a londra
• Sandra (9/5): Great location for first timers to England. - The property is spacious, modern, clean and provides easy access either by walking or public transport to major attractions. Like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, Big Ben and the theatre district.There’s cute pubs across the road and around the corner, Tesco express and plenty of places for coffee. As first time visitors England, this location was perfect. The washing machine combined with the drier was hopeless. None of our washing dried😩
