• Ann-Elise (8/5): Vi bruker gjerne dette hotellet igjen. - Frokosten var veldig variert og bra. Beliggenheten er super. Hyggelig resepsjon. Har bodd på tre forskjellige hoteller i Queensborough Terrace, og dette er det beste! Første natten ble vi vekket av leven i etasjen over kl 06.10 på morgenen.. Det viste seg frokostsalen var over oss, og de gjorde klart til frokost. Det hørtes ut som om alle møblene ble "slengt" i gulvet, dratt hit og dit. Det holdt på til kl 06.45 og da satte de på et eller annet som ga en voldsom dur! Jeg gikk opp og snakket med en dame på kjøkkenet og hun sa det var vifta over komfyren, altså begynte de å steke! Vi klaget i resepsjonen og fikk tildelt et annet rom, de viste forståelse. Like bra dette rommet.

• Sudeshna (9/5): A lovely, comfortable and well-located hotel in London — perfect for a short city stay. - The Byron Hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent, especially for travelling around London, and the room had a pleasant, calm feel. The staff were helpful and the overall stay was very convenient and enjoyable. There was nothing major that spoiled the stay. If anything, the room size felt a little compact, but that is quite common in London hotels. Overall, it was a good experience.

• Lars (6/5): Good hotel with great location - Great location close to both Paddington station, two tube stations and plenty of restaurants. Our two rooms looked were nice. We had problems with the heating. The temperature went down to 15 degrees during the day and night. One room had problems with noise from neighbours. But the other one was quiet. The breakfast was simple but good.

Front door was locked at least 3 different times as only 1 front desk worker is there it seemed. Had to wait a few minutes in the cold each time.

• LOUMB (10/5): Υπέροχα - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν τέλειο. Άνετο δωμάτιο και καθαρό. Το πρωινό τέλειο και η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Στα 200μ. ήταν το Hyde Park, στάση λεωφορείων και σταθμοί του μετρό. Σε μισή ώρα με το λεωφορείο βρισκόσουν στην Trafalgar Square, στο Big Ben και στο Κοινοβούλιο.

• Tracey (10/5): Excellent and I would highly recommend to others - Our room was small but it had all the comforts that you need. I loved the location to Hyde Park, eateries and train stations. The breakfast each morning was great with a lovey hot breakfast available. All staff greeted you with a friendly hello and the room was very clean and serviced well everyday. Mostly I loved the beauty of the motel itself and my lovely view or the street behind from my window. Nothing, would stay here again and recommend to others.

Нас разбудило конкретное и громкое шуршание, причем оно затихало, если мы начинали разговаривать. Как только мы затихали, шуршание продолжалось. Утром мы обратились на рецепшн с данной проблемой, но нас посчитали, чуть ли не за сумашедших. Вы же не видели мышь? Значит ее нет. Но когда мы уже уехали и по приезду раскрыли чемодан, то пакет с орехами, который в нем изначально лежал , оказался прогрызен, что подтверждает факт того, что мышь была! Так что все впечатление от отеля было изначально конкретно испорчено!

Es wurde nur das Bad geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Der Boden wurde während 5 Tagen nie gereinigt. Bei den Fenstern zieht es so richtig rein.

• Kimberly (9/5): This hotel is a good value with friendly staff - Check-in was easy at this hotel. It was fully booked and we arrived from our flight very early. We stashed our luggage, completed the paperwork and left. Thankfully our room was ready early and they messaged us. The room was comfortable and spacious with a great bed, and a small but powerful and hot shower. Instant coffee in the room should be replaced with the ability to make a real cup of coffee. Other than that, no complaints.

Veel telefoontjes met ze gedaan geen oplossing gevonden en reacties droogde op. Laatste keer via Booking.com. Maar ga direct naar het hotel scheelt geld voor mij en het hotel.

A random alarm went off once waking us at 4am and again another day about noon. Staff said someone was using the shower and too much steam. Both times this was not the case.

The view from the window was towards the dirty wall. Lack of daylight. Heating system didn't work. It was +16 in the room (end of April). They gave us a portable heater that helped but refused to give us a normal room claiming the hotel is fully booked. Will never use this hotel again!
• Ana Carolina (8/5): It is worth it for the price, location, and comfort!! - The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to Bayswater Underground Station. I stayed in a room on the second floor, and the lighting was amazing!! I stayed in a single room, which, although small, was very well equipped and suited me perfectly! The breakfast was quite basic, and I missed having more variety. It is worth being careful not to take a hot shower with the bathroom door open, as one morning the fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. because of this. In addition, it would be worth upgrading the room televisions to provide access to streaming services.

• cengiz (3/5): Bir daha tercih etmem - Konum olarak harika çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlüler ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar:) Kahvaltı çok kötüydü domates bir çeşit peynir bol yağda kızartılmış yumurta ve domuz ürünleri vardı. Peynir de domuz etinin yanına dizilmişti hiçbir şeyi yiyemedik. Haşlanmış bir yumurta ve bir dilim ekmek temin edilmesini talep ettik ancak olamayacağını söylediler. Hiçbir şey yiyemeden otelden ayrıldık. Dışarıda 3 sterline çok güzel kahvaltı yapılacak yerler vardı. Oda aşırı küçüktü. Isıtma ve klima merkezi sistemdeymiş ve bozuktu odada Nisan ayında olmasına rağmen gece donduk. Resepsiyona bildirdik ancak tam çözülmedi ve montumuz ile yattık.

• Marzena (9/5): - Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, zarówno w recepcji, jak i w jadalni. Pokój wygodny, czysty i cichy, z przestronną łazienką. Łóżka bardzo wygodne i odpoowiednio szerokie. Fantastyczna lokalizacja (dwie stacje metra w pobliżu). Śniadanie obfite i smaczne. To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i chętnie skorzystam przy kolejnej wizycie w Londynie. Nie wszystkie gniazdka funkcjonowały, zwłaszcza te do ładowania telefonu. W łazience jeden uchwyt na ręczniki był wyrwany ze ściany i tylko wetknięty spowrotem, ale już nie dało się na nim powiesić ciężkiego ręcznika. Można by poprawić dbałość o planetę i nie wymieniać codziennie ręczników jeśli gość nie sygnalizuje takiej potrzeby. Wiele hoteli już tak robi.
