I was going to start singling out some staff members, but I couldn't even do that because they were all just so nice and professional. The spa was very relaxing, the gym, and the pool area were clean and beautiful. The members' lounge was just on a different level, the food, the staff, the service was on point. Nice limo service around town. The staff are well trained and represent the hotel brand with professionalism, Afterall it's ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Wi-Fi on the hotel property could have been stronger; it kept going in and out when outside the reception area.

Had to wait for room even arriving after 3pm. Kicked out the seventh day at noon sharp deactivating our access cards, even after asking for late check out(!). Construction in front not advised. +1500 USD bill for kids basic laundry. 2 broken elevators, long waiting times to use them. Crowded. Not good room smell

Descrivere la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale che si è, letteralmente, fatto in quattro per rendere indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno, è cosa ardua. Vorremmo ringraziarli uno per uno ma valgano alcuni nomi a rappresentare tutto lo staff. Il sorriso di Miss Glenn e la delicata, e affettuosa, ironia di Mister Jacob hanno reso deliziose le nostre serate, già allegre, con il Singapore Sling e con la clamorosa sorpresa di arancini degni della migliore tradizione siciliana.

77th (10/5): - ואוווווו. היינו בהרבה מאוד בתי מלון אבל המלון הזה ברמה שלא הכרנו. חדר מרווח ומאובזר. ניקיון כמה פעמים ביום. צוות המלון עוזר בכל שאלה וארוחת הבוקר מדהימה .העיצוב של המלון משאיר אותך ללא מילים. הכל היה מדהים.

Nina (10/5): Highly recommend for an amazing stay. - We very much enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. It is a beautiful property and the staff were very attentive. The harbor view was amazing! The breakfast was impressive with a huge selection of hot and cold items. Location is perfect for exploring on foot! There is construction across the steet. It did not impair our view of the harbor and it did not wake us in the early hours. But it is not scenic! The Ritz is expensive, but you know that when you make the selection.

Die Waschtische sind in die Jahre gekommen (Beine haben sich vom Tisch gelöst und der Stopfen der Badewanne lies sich nur mit langen, stabilen Fingernägel öffenen und musste mit einem Gegenstand offen gehalten werden.

Propreté 10/10 Le personnel est : 10/10 Ma chambre est près de l'ascenseur, c'est très bruyant la nuit. On entend très bien les bruits de l'ascenseur . Ca nous a réveillé plusieurs fois . Fenêtre simple vitrage, un peu bruyant le soir (bruits de voiture) Un tableau sur le miroir dans la chambre, bizarre comme déco. Car le reste de l'hôtel est d'excellent goût.

Mobile17923622292 (10/5): Location and Luxury - We came to Singapore for the Marathon so th location of this hotel couldn't be better. The rooms are a little tired when compared to other Ritz Carlton Hotels however the people and service more than compensate for this making it an amazing memorable experience. In particular Violet Tan who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome in the Lounge. Her attention to detail and service standard is clearly appreciated as she greeted all guests like old friends. Will be back for sure .
