• Vered (7/5): - Located very close to the train station from the airport and that is the only advantage of the location. The walk to the old town and the entertainment center is long. Walking at night in the area is not so pleasant

• MARGARITA (10/5): Hotel muy agradable al lado de la Ostbahnhof - Me gusta ir al Motel One Haidhausen y voy regularmente por varias razones: La cadena ya me ofrece mucha garantía. La proximidad a la Ostbahnhof, que sin ser el mismo centro de la ciudad, está a dos paradas de metro del centro. La amabilidad del personal y la disponibilidad para ofrecerme el checkin antes de la hora, que siempre llego bastante temprano. La zona de lobby/bar es muy agradable a cualquier hora del día, tanto para un café como para una cerveza o una copa de noche. Echo de menos una tetera/cafetera en las habitaciones.

• Frank (7/5): Für ein Wochenende gut geeignet. - Bahnhof dank Busverbindungen schnell zu erreichen. Lage an einer stark belasteten Kreuzung grenzwertig, hatten aber ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Gute Fenster. Kleines aber sauberes Bad. Gutes Frühstücksangebot mit BIO-Produkten. Hinweis auf NICHT täglichen Zimmerservice gab es erst an der Rezeption beim einchecken! Zimmer für 2 Personen und mehrere Übernachtungen knapp bemessen, knappe Ablagen. Einer lebt immer aus dem Koffer.

• Barbara (8/5): Rundum ein perfektes Wochenende! - Das Frühstuck war gut, über Spiegel oder Rühreier hätten wir uns gefreut. Die Lage nahe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt. Es hat alles gepasst für uns.
• Alberto (10/5): A Monaco per la festa di primavera nel weekend del 1 maggio 2026 - La modernità sotto tutti i punti di vista, l’ascensore super veloce (ero al settimo piano), la pulizia della stanza, il wifi super veloce. Anche la posizione era ottimale, pur non essendo in centro; l’hotel era vicino alla stazione Ostbahnhof e a circa 500 metri dalla stazione della s-bahn che in due fermate porta in centro. Anche il check out è stato super veloce, bastava lasciare la chiave in un’apposita ampolla e si poteva andare via direttamente. Consiglio vivamente. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche alcuni ristorantini di cucina internazionale. Nulla in particolare. Diciamo che se preferite essere in pieno centro probabilmente non sceglierete questo hotel. La zona alla sera è un po’ buia, ma personalmente l’ho trovata estremamente sicura.

• Teija (10/5): Would stay again - Friendly staff, great and varied breakfast, clean room with a nice view. Especially the bed was exceptional, it was so comfortable. Also the pillow options and the blanket were great and very cozy. Easy to reach the city centre with a bus. A kiosk very close by and enough restaurants in the proximity. There’s a 400 m walk to the nearest grocery store and metro station. Not bad, but felt longer when exhausted. :)

• Dominic (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip nach München völlig in Ordnung, vor allem bei Konzerten im Technikum! - Zentrale Lage zum Technikum, Parkplätze direkt am Hotel Das es Probleme mit unseren Zimmern gab, wir als Familie auf unterschiedlichen Etagen Zimmer beziehen mussten, es keinen Eigenen Frühstücksraum gab, sondern das Frühstück in der „Bar“ aufgebaut wurde, was sehr beengend ist und teilweise niedrige Sitzpositionen zur Folge hat.
• Monika (7/5): - Die Sauberkeit und Ruhe! Ich finde, der Name "Motel" passt überhaupt nicht, weil man sich nicht auf einen Garagenplatz verlassen kann. Dies wäre aber bei einem Motel, das sich besonders an Fahrzeughalter wendet, naheliegend. Ebenso habe ich es auch in Aachen erlebt.

• AngieCG (9/5): Comfy as every other motel one - The staff was really kind and helpful, not only at the check-in, but also during our stay. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and once the windows were closed, it was very quiet. Parking was very easy ince we asked. The location is great, as it is close to the Ostbahnhof and to a nice neighborhood close by. The cleaning lady did the cleaning while I was using the room, and left the bathroom very smelly. Also, I think that there was a problem with the drain at the shower, because there was a bad smell coming from it, so we couldn't leave the bedroom door opened.

• Sascha (10/5): Wir waren rundum glücklich. - Obwohl das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Strasse liegt ist es extrem ruhig. Habe noch nie so dicke Schallschutzfenster gesehen. Diese zeigen Wirkung und es ist sehr leise im Zimmer. Die Lage zum Werksviertel ist super. Von der Altstadt ist es dementsprechend etwas weiter entfernt (jedoch zu Fuss auch in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreichbar).

• Olesia Sbitneva (9/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location - close to the station and city center (we like walking, so it was no problem). The place is new and cozy, with a nice terrace and a comfortable lobby bar. The room was as expected - everything clean and comfortable. It’s tricky to connect your Apple device to the TV. There’s only an HDMI cable option - and honestly, who carries one while traveling? :-)

• Roland (8/5): Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung. - Die zentrale Lage sehr nah am Ostbahnhof und nah an unserem Arbeitsort in Haidhausen war optimal. Die Matratzen der Betten waren sehr gut. Die Kissen im Bett waren zu dick. Das Frühstück war gemessen am Übernachtungspreis etwas dürftig. Die Dusche war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Bien pour un séjour pro - Le petit déjeuner est très basique et relativement onéreux au regard des produits servis. L'emplacement est peu commode. Le caractère peu aimable de certains membre du personnel, notamment au moment des vérifications du petit déjeuner le lundi matin.
• Austin (9/5): - Es liegt in der nähe vom Bahnhof. Es gibt auch vielen Restaurants in der nähe. Die Heizung oder Klimaanlage war zu warm für mich, und ich hatte alles ausgeschaltet und das Zimmer gelüftet, aber immer noch ein bisschen zu warm.
