• Abdul (1/5): I would rather pay a bit more than living in this condition. This place is not worth the money. I know it’s cheap but th - Only thing is close to the station and to the Local shop other than that the place is it’s not nice place to live. The restaurants smell is coming to the property stink like a restaurant a smell of cheese. The place was the bed was really dirty. His stink like a restaurant. The deck from the restaurant is leaking into the hostel. The smell of cheese is everywhere I would. I would not live in this property ever again.

For muslim people, just a few step to Sultan Mosque. Recommend this property. Nothing.. All good for me..
• Cedrick (7/5): Okay - The location is good. It's surrounded with commercial businesses. Room is okay. It feels like it's mainly being used by people who work in the area. It looks sus when you come in. Somehow, I didn't feel comfortable around. People stay there long-term (I think) and they've been talking on the phone even during quiet hours.

• Zalmanoff (8/5): Descent value for price. - A/C was nice, beds were comfortable, nice location We didn’t realize this was a self-check-in property, with no staff on site after 5pm. We weren’t provided towels on check-in, and there was no staff, so we could not shower until the next day when we asked the staff for towels. No common area, but good value for the price.

Le type de public ? Que des hommes sans savoir vivre, qui allument la lumière à 23h et qui la laisse toute la nuit, ils ronflent comme si ils étaient seul. Mais le pire ? 4 FOIS ILS ONT OUVERT LE RIDEAUX DE MON LIT, pour je ne sais quelle raison. Je suis une femme et c’est clairement dérangeant ! J’ai dû bloquer le rideaux sous mon matelas pour être sure de ne pas être embêtée… Le « roof top » est constitué de faux gazon et de 3 chaises Les sanitaires sont communs, donc aucune intimité d’autant plus que les toilettes et douches sont minuscules, impossible de se changer sans être trempé.

• Maya (1/5): Extrem schlecht, Gestank war abartig! - Albtraum, dieses ekelhafte Hostel hat unseren Singapur Trip leider total zerstört! Wir sind nur in dieses Hostel zum schlafen gekommen und haben versucht in der Früh so schnell wie möglich wieder wegzukommen! Es stinkt überall so stark, die Betten müffeln sowas habe ich auf unserem 3 monatigen Trip noch nie erlebt, es steht altes Essen von anderen Gästen im Badezimmer herum und wir waren so froh wieder abreisen zu können! ZAHLT LIEBER EIN BISSCHEN MEHR, ALS DORT ZU ÜBERNACHTEN!!!!! alles

La salle de bain est salle et les toilettes aussi (je suis à mon 3eme mois de backpack et j’ai été étonnée pour Singapour) Des fuites de partout dans la salle de bain. Petit bémol aussi pas de salle pour être tranquille mais c’est un plus.

• Harvey (8/5): I would return :) - The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The showers were good too and the staff were friendly. The only thing is that the toilets were dirty a lot of the time, however that’s kind of the guests fault more than the properties as the staff are always working hard cleaning.
• Abdul Muhaimin (2/5): Just enough to get by if you are not concerned for the smell and limited bathrooms. - Place is close to the city, with a vending machine outside. The room itself is cool enough through the day and you may have some privacy and comfort dependent on the level of your bunk bed. I disliked the singular toilet on each floor, and it's tight and small. There are 3 shower units but the whole place smells like the fumes from the nearby restaurants so even if I showered I would already smell like food already.

• Foo Shen (4/5): Really cramped and small hostel but it's in the central area, - I liked that the location is central of Singapore and that it's near the bus stop. It was convenient to get to a lot of spaces. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby. The bunk beds were small and cramped. There wasn't a sitting area to get any work done. On top of that, I left my towel there and couldn't find it after. Not only that there wasn't anybody at the front desk. Yes, it was all automated but still it was cramped and uncomfortable.

• Rojalina (1/5): Ok - Location perfect. Toilet is clean . There was no staff at the reception counter, and I waited for more than 30 minutes. A man eventually assisted me, but he was not an employee—he was just another hotel guest. In addition, the room door kept opening and closing as people were going in and out, which made it difficult for me to sleep properly.

• Federico (9/5): - Good location, Whatsapp staff very helpful every time. Comfortable bed and space. I didn't use the kitchen space so I can't say anything about it. Very recommendable if u need a place to stay for a few days and know the city. Close to bus and train station. -

Number of beds weren't listed and I wasn't expecting such a large room of 28 beds. Most stayers were local male workers so wasn't the typical hostel vibe and I did feel slightly uncomfortable as a young solo female traveler. Could have done with more hooks in the shower.

My opinion, you should have ladies and men’s toilet & bathroom separately not mixed. One floor should be for ladies and the other floor for men. Also why is there a cctv in the toilet ??

• Bryan (9/5): Très bien pour dormir pour le prix mais prévoir clairement des bouchons d'oreilles. - Dans le quartier arabe donc très culturel avec beaucoup de resto proches. Très propre autant le lit que la douche etc, self check-in très rapide. Peu chère par rapport aux autres. Des gens qui ronflent à mort j'ai jamais vu ça ;(. La population est très différente des autres hostels que j'ai fait, plus vieux donc on peut difficilement rencontrer des gens pour sortir. Un peu loin du métro, 10 min à pied environ. La mosquée juste à côté à un muezzin qui chante très fort dans tout le quartier à l'heur de la prière (je m'y attendais pas x) ).
• Verified traveler (4/5): Creepy staff and shady verification process - The identification process is very shady. When you arrive, they will ask you to send pictures of your passport to some unknown WhatsApp number. There is a small curtain in front of the bed, but the staff often rips it open without saying anything and peeks in, this happened multiple times and daily. Imagine if you were naked and someone just comes and peeks in without saying anything. Not nice, really unpleasant... I tried to talk about these to them but it was useless, they don't understand that they are doing anything wrong.
• Julie (7/5): Convenient, cheap, clean dorm beds - We stayed overnight in Singapore on the way to Thailand. We wanted somewhere close to the airport, clean and basic. Our priorites were met. Important to contact the hotel by Whatsapp in order to get entrance to the hotel and find your room. We arrived about 6:15pm. No-one in the reception area. We logged on to their Wi-fi outside the hotel ( instructions in your message and on the door), retrieved our code to enter, then looked at our message for Bunk room and bed allocation. The beds were very comfortable, clean, night light, privacy curtain. Shared showers and toilet - basic but clean and hot water. Each bed has a lockable locker that easily fits carry-on luggage. Caught a Grab taxi using hotel wi-fi (like Uber) - 50% of cost of regular taxi. Overall, our needs met for an in transit stopover.

• nakrob (6/5): - Everything about the hotel was worth the price. The surrounding area had many restaurants, making it very convenient. The hotel was clean, and the bathroom was great. However, the check-in process was still quite poor. I understand that it's a self check-in system, but there were no staff members available to explain or provide any guidance. When I arrived, there were many guests standing around, confused about how to check in. Everyone had to figure it out on their own, which took a lot of time.
• Ben (8/5): Very good - Good location, good AC. Easy self check in. Good hosts who care about their guests. They preformed a Covd check on a sick guest Too many beds and people in each room. Doors are loud. 2 toilets for 20 people.
• Yavuz (7/5): You can be comfortable while you are at the hotel and you will not have to worry when you are outsid - Bed was comfortable and facilities was clean. The lower cabinets and the door were making a lot of noise. Felt can be placed inside the lower cabinet and the door can be oiled.

• Serdar (10/5): Perfect starting point to meet people and explore Singapore - The location is perfect, Singapore is a very walkable city with great public transport connections. Kampong Glam is one of the most authentic neighborhoods in the area. If you like to meet people and if you're on a budget this place is a gem. The roof top gives you a view you wouldn't be able to get anywhere else in Singapore - overlooking the Sultan Mosque. It's not the property it's the guests. Since it's a budget hostel you get people you don't respect the rules which create small issues like noisy people and messy people. But I never lost my sleep. Also make sure to ask for a towel, blanket and pillow if it's missing. Since this is a hostel you need to make sure you take care of your stuff yourself. The staff is very approachable.
