For the clean, spacious rooms with generously sized bathrooms and showers, the delicious breakfast, extremely courteous staff, and its centralized location, this hotel was a big part of our memorable stay and vacation in Greece. We would have no hesitation booking here again if we ever go back to Athens. Do yourselves a favor. Oniro City hotel is a winner!

From the time reservations were made, the Oniro City team was very responsive and helpful. They arranged transport services for us [4 times] to and from the airport. When I finally got to meet the team in person, they were friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a nice walkable and safe neighborhood in Athens. You will enjoy the Oniro City Athens.

- oray (1/5): - the location can't control the air conditioning in the room. it was extremely hot. the reception would only allow to run it for one hour but then it automatically switches back to heat. very uncomfortable sleep. the room is dark. the windows are in the bathroom that face a wall so no ventilation. per policy they can't let me control the climate in my own room. horrible experience.

- toon8 (2/5): 1 out of 5 Very disappointing experience - We stayed at Onyro City in Athens and unfortunately had a very poor experience, despite the hotel having some good aspects. The first room we were given was extremely hot it literally felt like a sauna. There were no view, and no way to get fresh air, which was probably the reason for the heat. Paying over 100 euros per night for a room like this is completely unacceptable. These rooms should not even be bookable. The bathroom design was also very bad. There was absolutely no privacy when someone was showering or taking a bath, the person in the bed could see everything. The bathroom was basically open to the bedroom with no door, which is very strange for a hotel. Who doesn’t want a little privacy? After two nights, we were upgraded to another room with windows, which was much better because we could open them and get fresh air. That was a nice gesture, and the staff in general were friendly. The breakfast was also okay. However, considering the price and how unacceptable the first room was, I cannot recommend this hotel. The first two nights were simply not okay. Over my ten years of traveling this is actually my first time thinking to walk out and just pay for a new hotel. I booked the cheapest room that’s right. But the room was still over 100 euros. Should you really need to buy a better room to be able to sleep?

- USAShrew (8/5): A few days - Nice hotel, ideal location and friendly staff. The only issue is I booked a room with very small windows. There was no natural light. The room was to warm, tried the aircon but its switched off over winter time, only the heat option was on. This gave me a headache with no fresh air. If I had stayed longer than two days I would have gone somewhere else.

The breakfast was very good with highly attentive staff supplying an endless stream of cappuccinos. Thanks for that. Highly recommend!

- Franco (10/5): Ottimo piccolo hotel nel centro di Atene - Ottimissimo hotel centrale. Intera nuovissima struttura costruita e arredata con gusto. Camere spaziose, ben arredate, confortevoli (letto comodo!) e fornite di tutto il necessario: accappatoi, asciugamani (molti!) e ciabatte per doccia, macchina Nespresso e varie cialde, bibite e snack. Wi-fi veloce. Per la mia camera avevo scelto una con terrazzino che si è rivelato una vera terrazza abitabile con poltroncine e tavolino. Colazione OK, piatti caldi (omelette, uova) preparati all'istante e non tenuti in caldo come di solito, vero espresso da bar italiano - ma ormai in Grecia molti hanno imparato a farlo bene. Grande attenzione al cliente, per esempio alla partrenza dovevo aspettare un po' dopo aver lasciato la camera e mi hanno offerto caffè e altro per l'attesa. Viaggio parecchio per lavoro e questo è uno dei migliori alberghi degli ultimi tempi. Insomma ci tornerò e lo raccomando a tutti, sia turisti - è centrale - sia business - ha un'ottima internet e il personale fa il possibile per dare meno fastidio possibile, per esempio rifanno la camera mentre uno fa colazione. Nulla!

La mia camera era una Junior Suite con molto spazio. Personale preparato, molto gentile e disponibile. La Junior Suite al piano alto, come da mia richiesta, che mi era stata assegnata era molto grande ma ne preferivo una con il balcone: me ne hanno mostrata un'altra ad un piano più basso e in pochi minuti me la hanno assegnata e spostato le mie valigie.
