• stamatios (3/5): Απογοήτευση - Τοποθεσία Καθόλου παροχές! Ταξιδεύουμε συνέχεια και συνήθως στο Μιλανο αναζητούμε διαμερίσματα για διαμονή. Ήταν το πρώτο διαμέρισμα μετά από χρόνια όπου δεν υπήρχε καν ένα μπουκάλι νερό! Ούτε μηχανή του καφέ! Αν είναι δυνατόν στην Ιταλία χωρίς μηχανή espresso!
• Alexander (10/5): - Великолепное расположение. Из окна вид на Дуомо (главный собор города) и церковь св. Стефана. В шаговой доступности травмвайные и автобусные остановки, продовольственный магазин (карефур-экспресс). До центральной площади и собора минут 5 ходьбы. Там же и метро. Трамвай №1 (и метро М3) идет до центрального ЖД вокзала. Сотрудники офиса дружелюбны и готовы помочь. Самое приятное впечатление. Надо быть готовым к тому, что это не пятизвёздочный отель. Что, собственно, и нормально при такой цене. В субботу и воскресенье смотрителя-привратника внизу нет. Поэтому зайти внутрь дома, чтобы получить ключ от квартиры, можно лишь дождавшись, когда кто-то выйдет. В нашем случае это произошло практически сразу, как мы подошли к двери, и проблем не создало. По этой же причине после check-out оставить в доме багаж невозможно, надо ехать в офис, адрес которого указан при регистрации. Нам это тоже не создало особых проблем. Хозяева требуют строго соблюдать правила разделения мусора по сортам: бумага к бумаге, платик к пластику и т.д. За несоблюдение этого правила и попытку выбросить мусор самостоятельно или невовремя (?) привратник жалуется владельцу дома, после чего тот присылает возмущённые письма с фотографиями. Надо учесть, что отопительный сезон начинается с 15 октября, до этого может быть реально холодно, и лучше сразу оговорить наличие дополнительного одеяла и пользоваться кондиционером на обогрев. Да - комары есть и доставляют неудобства. Но есть фумигатор.
• Muhammet Ali (9/5): Overall, everything was fine. It would be great if there was a coffee machine in the apartment. - The location is great, and the rooms are spacious. I asked them to pay attention to cleanliness. They were very helpful. On the day of departure, it was nice that they stored our luggage at their centre near Central Terminal. On the first day, we couldn't open the front door. Even though we followed all the instructions, the front door wouldn't open. They tried to help us, but they couldn't open it remotely either. Fortunately, someone came out from inside and we were able to enter the building. It would be great if the front door could be opened with a code. We were able to get the key to the apartment without any problems. There is a mosquito problem in the house and throughout Milan, so it is essential to carry mosquito repellent spray.
• Mogree (1/5): Will not go back - Communication about the keys was sent late I got there hoping to meet someone but there wasn’t and I had to ask assistance from neighbours to try call the owners. Only then I realised keys were there and it required code to unlock. Fortunately neighbours were very nice and helpful The house was very dusty on the floor, couldn’t walk bare foot. • Yessuwork (9/5): It was excellent and the team/ host were super nice and responsive.. mathewe, Emanuel & Ana - The location was excellent. Here were coffee shops, restaurants and two super markets walking distance making it convenient plus it behind duomo cathedral making it the perfect location for Al, the shops and restaurants.
• Mariann (8/5): - It’s very safe, clean and very close to Duomo di Milano, Piazza di Duomo and Vittorio Emanuelle. Reminder, please fix the bathroom sink, very slow draining. Thank you.

• Carla (6/5): - The property was great but completely INFESTED with mosquitoes. There was clearly guests before us that had tried to take care of them. Their smeared on the wall. Laying down at night you hear them buzzing by you only to wake up with tons of bug bites. It is terrible for someone who’s highly allergic to them.

• Adriana (4/5): Hay que ir a una estación lejos para buscar llaves - La forma de entrega es terrible nos tocó desplazarnos a la estación de tren estando en la puerta de la casa a recoger las llaves . El checkin es muy tarde y además encontramos ropa interior en el piso de los anteriores inquilinos Incomoda la forma de obtener el acceso y además muy costoso para lo que es . Tiene buena ubicación a pocas cuadras del Duomo de milano
