• Daniel (8/5): - Waited until 4 days before my flight to Japan to book accommodations, I'm glad I found this place. Most of my time in Tokyo was spent on the eastern side so the location was perfect for me. The room was comfy and clean, the shower hot water temp and water pressure were excellent. Much needed after a long day in my feet. The amenities provided on the second floor were appreciated. Also my desk had an origami on it and a rubber ducky in the bathroom 🙂 All my staff interactions were kind and helpful despite the language barrier. The only downsides for me were the body wash in the shower and the pillow. The body wash dried out my skin a bit which usually doesn't happen to me, however it wasn't that bad and it was complimentary and cleaned my body as it was intended. The pillow was quite thick and had some sort of firm bean bag feeling aspect to the stuffing. Didn't ruin my sleep much or cause long lasting discomfort, but my neck would've enjoyed the option of a thinner pillow.

• Elodie (9/5): I would recommend this place. - Cleanliness: When I say clean, I mean spotless. You won't find a single speck of dust in the room after the cleaning staff has visited. A big thank you to them for their hard work! Location: Ideally located between Akihabara and Ueno Park, with several metro stations nearby served by the JR Yamanote line. Peace and quiet: Even though it's only a 10-minute walk from the busy areas mentioned above, I didn't experience any noise issues, whether from outside or from respectful neighbors on the same floor. 24/7 Reception: Very convenient if you need information or help. I didn't personally need it, but I noticed they provide essentials like tea, chopsticks, etc. Independence: You don't feel like you're being watched. The staff lets you go about your business and gives you plenty of space. There are also washing machines available in the hotel lobby. Surroundings: There is a 7-Eleven just a few steps away, as well as many restaurants and everything else you might need. I only had to contact the staff for check-in and check-out. The Room: I was traveling alone and I'm short, so the size of the room and bathroom was ok for me. However, if you are tall, you might find yourself bumping into things in the bathroom! Amenities: The room is well-equipped with a kettle, mug, glass, fridge, TV, AC/heating, hairdryer, pajamas, and slippers. The window cannot be opened: I really missed being able to feel the fresh air or hear the sounds of the city from my room. I imagine this is for security reasons, but perhaps the hotel could consider future renovations to allow the top of the windows to open, for example.

• HUANGCHI (9/5): - 價格來說在上野地區相對划算,離便利商店近，附近巷弄也有特色的餐廳與居酒屋，而夜間不會吵雜。 櫃檯人員對於借東西以及寄放行李的服務態度也十分良好。 房間略小，展開行李箱就佔滿走道。沒有除濕及空氣清淨一體的機器。上下電梯都必須在2樓櫃檯層停下來，有點花時間。
• Shaken (10/5): - Идеальная чистота в номере. Персонал вежливый. Отель располагается в 7 минутах от станции Уено и в 10минутах от центра Акихабары. Рядом есть кафе и рестораны где можно вкусно поесть. Для фанатов аниме и электроники это место просто рай. Все было идеально хорошо.

• HongJun (10/5): - 게이세이 우에노 역에서 도보로 이동 가능하기때문에 스카이라이너 이용후 빠르게 숙소에 도착 할 수 있고 관광지 이동땐 jr 오카치마치역으로 가면 더 수월하게 이동할수 있었습니다. 기본으로 제공되는 물은 없지만 밖의 자판기나 편의점보다 싼 금액으로 2층 로비자판기 에서 물을 살 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 아키바가 가까워서 좋았습니다 . 두번째 이용이지만 다음번에도 도쿄에 가게 되면 또 이용할것입니다. 2층이 로비라 숙소로 올라가거나 내려갈때 어쩔수 없이 엘레베이터가 2층에 멈추기는 한데 약간 귀찮은거 빼고는 딱히 없었습니다.

• Tsung-Han (9/5): 地點超讚，空間不錯大，周邊購物相當方便，要去上野等大站也是走路幾分鐘就可以到(如果沒有不小心踏入購物中心的話XD) - Check in 時員工超讚，很耐心的帶我們一步一步操作機器。 地點超讚，往北就阿美橫商店街，在更北邊就到上也站，往南就秋葉原，周邊採買東西或者是要出發去其他地方遊玩都是相當方便。 沒有飲水機，也沒有礦泉水，不確定水龍頭的水能不能直接飲用，若可以的話則建議要提醒一下說可以直接飲用。 廁所空間有點小，在裡面拖個衣服都是相當不方便。

• Emanuele (10/5): Memorabile - Struttura incredibile, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. A pochi minuti a piedi da due fermate della metro è un’ottima scelta per muoversi in modo comodo ed efficiente. A pochi passi dall’hotel è presente un 7 Eleven e Family Mart.

• Rachelle (9/5): Great location to get around Tokyo. - The hotel was generally very clean, maybe few stains on the wall. The bathroom is small, but organized and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only bad thing about our room was the firm mattress and pillow wasn’t comfortable at all.

It was a great location, with コンビニ right nearby and Akihabara only a short walk away. Various stations were also close by. A previous customers cosmetic item (some cream) was left under my bed, so the cleaners may need to check under the beds more often. Everything else seemed fine though!

• Tim (9/5): An unpretentious hotel to spend the night after a long Tokyo day - It's a business hotel, no bells and whistles. A place to sleep and freshen up after a day of exploring Tokyo. What more do you need? The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the two weeks I spent here were surprisingly quiet despite the location. Many public transportation options are right around the corner and Ueno has a lot going on at night as well. Can't recommend this hotel enough. The bathroom had a small towel rack attached up on the wall opposite the toilet which made standing up a little bit of an acrobatic maneuver if I didn't want to hit my head on it, but aside from that I didn't find the one person room I stayed in to be particularly cramped as a 185cm tall guy.
