• Áron (4/5): Olcsó, szerény elvileg 4*-os (gyakorlatilag 2,5*) szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel. - Nem turistaövezetben található nyugodt külvárosi szálloda a központtól 30 percre (metroval) - állomás 100 méterre. Olcsó, helyiek által látogatott étteremek, kávézók a közelben. A szálloda alapvetően lelakott, könyörög a felújítás után az épület. A szobák tisztaságára ennek ellenére nem lehet panasz. A reggeli kiábrándító volt: választék, minőség és mennyiség. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, de tehetetlen volt,

• Ian (6/5): - The staff were lovely the breakfast was very substantial the shower was strong the Wi-Fi was fair. If your room is on the roadside the shutters did well to keep the noise out although there were a little bit broken was nice. Unfortunately there was no hot drink facilities within the room there were two bags and paper cups in the foyer but that did not come with any milk or sugar so it was fairly bleak no kettle either the air conditioning wasn't allowed to be turned on due to local regulations however the temperature of a needed some sort of coaling system no fans were offered. There were many including things like the toilet seat all of which were functional but it doesn't allow to give the hotel a high rating.

• Sofia (5/5): - Poca cura nelle finiture, gli zoccolini erano rovinati, il pavimento pure, la pulizia non era meticolosa per non parlare del fatto che due interruttori della luce nella stanza fossero rotti e nel momento in cui abbiamo fatto presenta la cosa ci è stato consigliato di usare quelli a fianco del letto, sicuramente una soluzione ma mostra poca cura, anche il bagno non era nelle condizioni migliori

• Hamit (1/5): - I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room window was broken, the room had not been properly cleaned or serviced, and overall everything was in very poor condition. Location was not important to me, but the low standard of facilities—especially for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars—was surprising and disappointing. The level of service and amenities was absolutely not consistent with a 4-star hotel. The situation was so unacceptable that I decided to leave immediately after check-in and change my hotel.

Materasso comodo Tutto sta nel fatto che è un 4 stelle ma è una struttura talmente vecchia e non rinnovata che sarebbe un due stelle. Assenza di frigo, pressione dell’acqua bassa, tavoletta del water di plastica, nessun bicchiere, sporcizia tra le due finestre e non solo. Signore delle pulizie la mattina che sembra che ti debbano entrare in camera dal rumore che fanno fuori dalla porta (insonorizzazione assente - dall’interno, perché i rumori della città si sentivano ma non troppo). Sicuramente tutti i gli hotel etc…sono penalizzati dalla tassa di soggiorno altissima di milano…quindi per il prezzo non mi lamento, ma ho pagato poco, vedo che la mia camera può arrivare tranquillamente sopra i 100 e non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Nav tālu no centra, ja nepieciešams sabiedriskais transports, tad tas turpat blakus. Raksturīgi Itālijai, bija pašavakas brokastis, bet badu aizlāpīt varēja :) Kafija garšīga.

Месторасположение хорошее возле станции метро и персонал очень хороший

• Massimo (1/5): Hotel da incubo - Unica nota positiva: il personale. Esperienza agghiacciante. Questo hotel viene classificato come 4 stelle, ma sinceramente fatica a raggiungere il livello di una pensione di periferia. La pulizia è semplicemente inesistente. Sporco ovunque: stanza trascurata, arredi vecchi e rovinati, polvere su tutte le superfici. Il bagno è stato il punto più basso del soggiorno: tazza del water già sporca all’arrivo, bidet pieno di peli pubici, serranda rotta, accessori danneggiati e pavimento talmente lurido che camminandoci sopra con un asciugamano la parte sotto è diventata nera. Una scena davvero disgustosa. I cuscini erano completamente sfondati e inutilizzabili, ho dovuto piegarli per riuscire a dormire. La coperta aggiuntiva sul letto dava chiaramente l’idea di non essere stata igienizzata e di essere già stata utilizzata da altri ospiti. Sensazione costante di scarsa igiene e totale mancanza di cura. Zona scomodissima: parcheggiare è un’impresa. Ma dopo aver visto le condizioni della struttura, il parcheggio diventa l’ultimo dei problemi. La situazione era talmente inaccettabile che ho rinunciato persino alla colazione, per non peggiorare ulteriormente l’esperienza. Soggiorno da incubo sotto ogni aspetto. Se tenete minimamente alla vostra igiene, al comfort e alla dignità di un soggiorno in hotel, state alla larga. Milano offre infinite alternative: fate qualche chilometro in più ma evitate questo posto. Mai più.

Совершенно не понимаю, почему у него такие низкие оценки — соотношение цены и качества здесь просто идеальное для Милана (платила около 60 евро за ночь). Основные плюсы: Расположение: До метро идти буквально 3 минуты, а не 10-15, как пишут в некоторых отзывах. Очень удобно добираться. Чистота: Да, мебель не самая новая, но в номере чисто, всё аккуратно убрано. С горячей водой никаких проблем не было. Тишина: Читала про плохую звукоизоляцию, но при закрытых окнах я вообще ничего не слышала, спалось отлично. Завтрак: Для этой ценовой категории завтрак очень приличный. Был выбор: яйца, мюсли, йогурты. Кофе из автомата — стандартный, как и в большинстве отелей такого уровня. Уровень: Возможно, это не 4 звезды в их классическом понимании, но крепкие 3 звезды или даже 3+ точно.

Camera e bagno con dimensioni adeguate e molto puliti. Graziosi i colori delle pareti in camera. Belle le arcate e le soluzioni cromatiche dei pianerottoli. Letto matrimoniale ampio e con materasso riposante. Muri della camera con evidenti segni di usura e con macchie. A mio avviso da ritinteggiare. Rubinetteria in bagno con evidenti segni di usura, cromature opacizzate. Il soffione della doccia non era regolabile in angolazione e con evidenti incrostazioni di calcare. Non era presente il frigobar. Non c’era un bollitore. Temperatura in camera appena appena adeguata per le mie preferenze. Orario colazione (07:30) un poco tardi, a mio avviso. Illuminazione artificiale della camera da migliorare e potenziare.

• Paolo (5/5): Personale cordiale ed educato, la quarta stella è un po' fuorviante. Posizione eccellente. - Molto vicina alla stazione metro, e all' ospedale san Raffaele. In alcuni punti é un po' fatiscente, nonostante si vede che negli anni abbiano investito nel rinnovo dei bagni ed alcuni arredi, la struttura è vecchia ed ha bisogno di un restailing generale soprattutto finestre letti condizionatori e pavimenti.

Just full on false advertisement. - It was close to the subway to get a quick exit It was dirty, run down, breakfast was minimum, air con didn’t work and rooms were incredibly warm that I was sick with the heat, there was 1 plugs socket in the room I honestly don’t think I’ve stayed in a worse hotel. How this is a 4 star is beyond me. It’s a complete false advertisement with the pictures and when questioned about this the staff say that’s not really the hotel.

No fruit , no fresh juice , nothing to be happy with It’s not worth the price at all . Need repairs and new furniture. Bathroom floor always full of water after tabling shower .
