Dream00227514021 (10/5): One of the BEST! - So let me just say — this is by far one of my favorite Hilton properties in California! The property itself radiates luxurious history and elegance. Centrally located in Beverly Hills, it’s a quick and convenient Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere you want to go. When you walk into the room, you’re greeted by a beautifully bright and inviting space. The room was immaculate, and we were welcomed with sweet treats and complimentary baked goods, aesthetically displayed on a decorative plate — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were also OUTSTANDING. Julia from Zampo was incredibly delightful and helpful with my phone order. I woke up feeling and sounding like death, and she graciously offered to have my order brought up for my husband and me to enjoy. She showed such compassion, even though it was not something the restaurant normally does. Her kindness truly reflects what the Hilton brand stands for. Lastly, I absolutely adore Guillermo, the bellhop. He was kind, careful, and incredibly helpful with our belongings. We were attending the Space Force Ball and had formal attire and other items with us. He didn’t just throw our things onto the cart or back into the car (he helped us twice!) — he handled everything as though it were his own belongings. And Drake from valet was also so kind and helpful! Thank you, Cameo Hilton, for making this busy registered nurse and her blue-collar military husband feel like a King and Queen ❤️
H4597SOandrewm (10/5): Great stay at this LXR - I had a very good stay overall. As a Diamond member I was upgraded on arrival and welcomed with a glass of champagne, which set the tone perfectly. The room was recently renovated, beautifully designed, and had a real luxury feel throughout. Breakfast was excellent — honestly one of the best I’ve experienced at an LXR property, with a strong selection and high quality throughout. If I’m being picky, the only downside was the service in the drinks reception area and around the pool in the evenings. On a few occasions we had to ask multiple times for drinks, and there wasn’t much proactive table service. With automatic gratuities included, it did feel like there was less incentive for attentive service in that area compared to the rest of the hotel. That said, this did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay, and I would happily return. A real highlight was the valet team — especially Christopher and Danny. They were outstanding and incredibly friendly, and it was great to meet a fellow Irishman as part of such a professional and welcoming team.

The maintenance guys were also great helping fix the AC in my room. I can say the staff members seem to care about their guests, and were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Johanna (5/5): Great facilities but 2 star service - Rooms are spacious, great design, nice pool, location is convenient. Beautiful hotel but staff is completely undertrained. Receptionist could not find my reservation at arrival, almost charged me again for the room at check in. As we had to move rooms in the middle of the stay they transferred only half of our bags. They seem to be making money of the valet parking which is 77 per night and have 4-5 people dedicated to that but they are short on staff at the bar. We ordered coffee from the bar one morning and someone decided to vacuum clean right around us at exactly that time (9am). Lastly they told us upon arrival that the pool was closed for renovation half of our stay but never mentioned it when I called the hotel in advance with questions about pool and parking.

The rooms are quiet, specious, clean and perfect for families or business travelers and the rooms offer a beautiful view of Beverly Hills. What most stood out though was the service! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to offer assistance and make sure I will well taken care of. I’m a very frequent traveler and highly recommend this property! Derrick valeted our car and Sam showed us where we could dine in the hotel and led us to check-in. The restaurant was very good! She didn’t just "check us in"; she went above and beyond to ensure our transition into the hotel was seamless and elevated. It is rare to encounter someone so intuitively attuned to the guest experience, and her attention to detail set a sophisticated tone for the remainder of our visit. As for the accommodations, the vistas are simply peerless. The views are a 10/10, offering a sweeping, cinematic perspective that serves as the perfect backdrop for a luxury getaway. The locations is just moments away from fox entertainment wow. I feel we may have underpaid this is beyond luxury! You will not get an luxury stay for this price anywhere else. If you are seeking a refined atmosphere where the staff is as impressive as the scenery, look no further. We will certainly be returning, thanks in no small part to the impeccable first impression curated by Chelsea.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to DESSY SOLANO, Front Office Supervisor. Thanks to her, all the негативные impressions were completely turned around. She didn’t just fix the situation — she transformed our stay into a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and level of service were exceptional. It is rare to meet someone who can so significantly change a guest’s perception of an entire hotel. Because of DESSY SOLANO, we can now confidently say that we are looking forward to returning to this hotel again — largely because of the level of service she provided. We truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and values such employees, as they are the ones who build the hotel’s reputation and create a genuine desire for guests to come back.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beverly Hills, from the lovely staff, the impeccable restaurant, and the most luxurious rooms, my stay was nothing short of wonderful. After having stayed at other hotels in the area, I can confidently say that there isn’t one that is comparable to the feeling of luxury and comfortability by Cameo. The general manger Sonesh is the best in the business and made our visit to LA one to remember. He is incredibly hospitable, and the way he cares for his guests is something that makes Cameo stand out from any other hotel I’ve visited. Huge thank you to Sonesh and his staff for one of the best weekends ever. Highly recommend!

Enrico2309 (10/5): beverly hills life - My wife and I stayed for the easter weekend. we were given a room facing the hills at the 9th floors. the view was wonderful and the balcony is a great feature for the room. great location! very close to many different shops and restaurants. easy to either walk or just get on an uber/taxi. right behind the hotel there is a garage which allows you to easily and conveniently (2 hours free and $ 21 for the day) park the car if you don't want to spend the steep price of the valet parking ($77/night). the bar is wonderful and they make good cocktails. we also had breakfast at the restaurant and the quality was great. I recomend this place if you would like to spend a few days relaxing in a central location of los angeles.

From Guillermo at the valet stand to Oduwa and Dessy at the front desk, we received pleasant and efficient service at every turn. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and clean. The atmosphere felt sophisticated but not stuffy or pretentious. We had appetizers and drinks in the lounge and had a lovely experience. As for location, it is perfect for getting to all parts of LA. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in LA.

From start to finish, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel itself looks fantastic following its recent remodel; it’s stylish, modern, and impeccably maintained. The rooms were exceptional—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s bar and restaurant. Both spaces are beautiful, vibrant, and offered great service, making them perfect spots to relax and unwind during the stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its leadership. I’d especially like to recognize Sonesh Mool, Area General Manager of the Cameo Beverly Hills. Several months ago, I briefly met him, and during this stay he not only remembered my name but personally welcomed me back as a VIP. That level of attentiveness and genuine hospitality is rare. I travel weekly and regularly stay at high-end hotels, and I can honestly say he is the best general manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, especially considering the value the hotel offers. I didn't grab the names of the valet but each of them were amazing. I arrived Wednesday and left Friday because I only flew out for Dodgers opening day. I was in and out so much it but each time the gentlemen were amazing. Personable, professional and just incredible. My bag was heavy but I didn't have to touch it. arriving or leaving because they met me each time an closed me in. The front desk staff, Jared and Devenia (spelling) were just amazing. Coming from the East Coast and staying in a many of Hilton's, this staff was one of the best I have ever encountered. Housekeeping (please forgive the spelling here as well, Odeewa, Dessy an the wonderful woman who came with my breakfast both mornings (sorry her name escapes me. I was exhausted from trying to do 1000 things in 2 1/2 days) Was also just the sweetest. She didn't even blink when i had my wig just sitting on the chair. The view was spectacular and the food was great. The only thing that I didn't like was leaving. My firm has and office at 10100 Santa Monica BLVD. I told them all about Cameo and that they should definitely recommend them to clients that may be visiting. I can't wait to go back. To they higher ups that are reading this, give everyone a raise, bonus or something! They deserve it. Thank you all for everything.

We checked into the Marriott around the corner and there was mold in our “pure wellness” room which is supposed to be hypoallergenic. We both have a chronic illness triggered by mold. We got out of there within 20 minutes because Edugie picked up the front desk phone at 1am and found me a room immediately. And it was cheaper! Thank you Edugie for saving us! I wish the pool was open but we have plenty to do!

What stood out most was how the renovation elevated the overall experience without losing the charm of a smaller hotel. The hotel has a really nice boutique feel and is located on a quieter street, which made it feel relaxing while still being close to everything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and we really liked the modern style of the room. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was perfect since it was just a short drive to Rodeo Drive and other areas around Beverly Hills and LA. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re visiting Beverly Hills.

The decor and details are stunning. The Peruvian restaurant is amazing, and the morning coffee there was a perfect start to the day. This place truly feels like a home away from home whenever I visit LA.

It is rare for me to feel truly impressed anymore and even rarer to feel moved. The Cameo Hotel did both. From the moment I arrived and was welcomed with a glass of champagne, I knew this stay was going to be different. There is an intentionality here that you can feel in every detail. The renovations are immaculate and world class. The design is elevated yet warm, the art is thoughtfully curated, and the entire property feels like a sensory experience. Even the scent of the hotel is memorable. The rooms are exceptional. The beds are out of this world comfortable, the bathrooms are pristine, and the water pressure, such a small detail, is absolute perfection. You can tell that every decision was made with care and with the guest in mind. The restaurant and bar are just as impressive. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully executed. The drinks are crafted with precision and creativity. It feels intimate, refined, and effortlessly luxurious. What truly sets this place apart is the service. It was warm, genuine, and seamless in a way that feels increasingly rare. Nothing felt forced, just attentive, kind, and elevated hospitality from start to finish. Robin at the front is an exceptional host. He uses luxury language, combined with warmth and is over accommodating, and I cannot appreciate him enough. He made me feel extremely welcomed. I have stayed at many luxury hotels throughout Los Angeles, and without hesitation, this will be my preferred location moving forward. It feels like a hidden gem that is on the verge of becoming the place to stay in Beverly Hills. This was more than a stay. It was an experience.

I checked out early morning due to some meetings until the afternoon. They stored my bag and I asked if they had a place I could shower and change later in the day if I went for a run when I came back. They said they do not but would figure out how to make it work. 2 hours later I received a text saying they extended my checkout until the time I needed so I could shower after my run. That only worked because the room was still available, but then doing it proactively was fantastic. Shout out to Oduwa for being so caring.

remygraceyames (10/5): quintel, great job! - i’d like to leave a huge compliment for the gentleman named quintel, he truly went above and beyond for us. not only did he assist with valet parking so smoothly, he also helped bring all of our things down to the lobby with the kind of professionalism and warmth you don’t see every day. his service was exceptional from start to finish. quintel was attentive, patient, and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. i also work in hospitality, and people like him make a hotel experience stand out. thank you so much, quintel! you did an amazing job and we appreciate you greatly.

davidnB5766AP (10/5): Great stay at Cameo over the Holidays - I live in the neighborhood but I had never before visited Cameo. I had a four night stay. As the weather was bad I stayed in the hotel most of the time. First, the staff was awesome: Erick, “Q”, Chelsea, the hostess of the main restaurant during breakfast (African American woman with curly hair) and every valet who brought my car around! The food was tasty and I thought the room had a refreshed, classy design. My only negatives would be I thought my room (and the valet charge in particular) may have been a little expensive and there was very loud construction immediately above my room (906) on the first day of my stay (12/22) while I was trying to work.

Ldybug16 (10/5): Great renovated hotel near Beverly Hills - Beautiful hotel with newly renovated guest rooms and spaces throughout the building. In a quiet area just south of Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills. Drake on the bellman and valet team was simply the best! He took such great care of us during our stay! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Eddie and Sam made it extra special, going above and beyond with their recommendations and excellent service. Can’t wait to be back!

I’d especially like to recognize Rain and Chelse at the front desk. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made me feel immediately at home. They set the tone for the entire stay and represent your property beautifully. A special thank you as well to Blake at the bar and his assistant—their energy, precision, and conversation added a unique rhythm to my evenings. It’s rare to find a bar team that understands both atmosphere and discretion so well. The Cameo became more than just a place to stay—it was a space where I was able to fully immerse myself in my creative work and make meaningful strides. That’s something I don’t take lightly. I’ll be returning to Los Angeles in February for additional projects and look forward to spending more time at The Cameo. It’s quickly become my preferred home base in Beverly Hills. 228anyssag (10/5): Great Stay - My fiancé and I stayed here this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary and spend time with family for the holidays, and wow — this place did not disappoint. The room was beautiful and surprisingly spotless. I especially loved the bathroom lighting, such a small detail but it made a big difference. Chelsea the concierge welcomed us right away and was so attentive, especially with our last-minute needs. She also gave us great recommendations for wine and dining nearby, which made our family time even better. I’m really glad we chose to stay here and we’ll definitely be back — hopefully we’ll get to see Chelsea again soon!

mike76hk (10/5): Cameo Hotel great place to stay in Beverly Hills! - I recently stayed at the cameo Hotel in Beverly Hills. I must say the hotel is a great place to stay and things have changed drastically for the better. The staff were amazing, they were helpful, polite, and so friendly. The cleanliness in the hotel was top notch. I would say this is a great boutique hotel to stay at when you’re in Beverly Hills. The hospitality/management has definitely changed for the better. I highly recommend staying at this property

After a long day of travel, this overnight stay was exactly what we needed. Robert and Oduwa were truly amazing—so kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Even though our stay was short, the experience left a lasting impression and will absolutely bring us back. Highly recommend!
