Booked the Il Vizio restaurant initially as we had a late arrival but ended up dining there again as food and service was excellent (helps if you like sushi).

Our room was beautifully appointed and very quiet. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast offerings were delightful. My husband and I were very impressed. We would stay at this hotel again!

Aamiaisella oli kaikki tarvittava, valikoima ei ollut kuitenkaan mikään erityisen monipuolinen. Mainitsemisen arvoinen kahvi kuitenkin, oikein maistuvaa! Hyvä vedenpaine suihkussa ja hyvät kylpyhuonetuotteet. Viihtyisät aulatilat ja kiva baari. Sänky ja vuodevaatteet ihan ok. Huono äänieristys, viereisten huoneiden äänet kuuluvat läpi. Tosi vähän tilaa vaatteiden säilytykseen. Alueella ilmeisesti kovasti kalkkia vedessä ja se näkyi kyllä kaikissa kylpyhuoneen kalusteissa. Näyttää huonosti siivotulta kun kalkkia on kertynyt hanoihin ja altaaseen. Muutenkin kylpyhuoneessa kaikki vähän rempallaan, esim. käsisuihkun teline lähes irti seinästä. Palvelu vastaanotossa hieman ontuvaa.

The AC was not on and I couldn't breathe. Probably good if in town for a quick business trip - but not for a honeymoon. Staff was lovely and tried to be accommodating. We left after a day!

I would have probably arranged parking and travel slightly differently having known that in advance. The staff tried to convince me that it’s no problem since I’m young, as it would be relevant to the inconvenience of this situation. I should’ve checked myself obviously but the staff didn’t seem to be bothered that this may influence the plans or cause inconvenience, well.

Tamás (9/5): Amazing location, friendly design and overall helpful staff. - I liked that there were gluten free options available for breakfast as a regular thing, we didn’t have to ask in advance. I loved the location, as it was a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. When we had a problem with the door, there was staff that helped us fix it ASAP, at night! The receptionist staff didn’t know how to use the-apparently- new system. We had to check in twice because of that, and they tried to charge me for the room even though it was paid in advance, fully.

Markus (3/5): Gute Lage. Schlechtes Hotel. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist nicht freundlich und ziemlich langsam. Wir reisten im April und es war schon recht warm. Dennoch war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer zentral abgeschaltet. Auf Nachfrage wurde behauptet, dass zu dieser Jahreszeit der Betrieb von Klimaanalagen noch nicht erlaub sei. Diese Ausssage war unrichtig.

Anita (5/5): OK, until the end when I was charged with extra night due to your booking policy. - LOCATION is superb... Initially with opera group. I stayed on sxtra night, booked throgh you three nights. Had to return early and when I arrived for opera told hotel only TWO nights. Never told I had to cancel through you, so had to pay 3 nights.
