The service was top notch from check in to check out. The front desk staff, concierge, and room service team were all wonderful and incredibly lovely throughout our stay. A special thank you to Marie and Kevin for ensuring we had such a memorable experience and were so well taken care of. Your hospitality meant everything to us. Thank you as well for the thoughtful touches for my husband’s birthday, from the unique bow on our room door to the beautiful balloon presentation in our room. - Stay27871297774 (10/5): Lovely stay at Hotel Vernet! - My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Hotel Vernet May 2026. The location is excellent, walking distance to many major attractions and the Champs Elysees but on a quiet side street so very little street noise. We felt very safe in the area of this hotel. We were in an executive suite which was lovely. Very clean room, comfortable bed, many pillows, big fluffy towels, nice shower with a separate tub. The giant modern wooden doors between the bedroom and sitting room and to the bathroom were beautiful as was the overall art deco- modernistic decor of the room. The commode was in a separate potty room from the bathroom which was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. The morning breakfast was very nice too. This is a small boutique hotel and may be a bit busier during the week when business travelers come in. We were upgraded to the suite. The first evening when we came back to the room there was a bottle of bordeaux wine, glasses and nuts with a welcome letter from the hotel manager, it was a lovely surprise. The only slight negative is the mini bar frig does not get things very cold. We would definitely stay here again. BTW across the street is an outstanding restaurant- L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Etoile - Champs Elysées. The hotel concierge suggested this restaurant and it was outstanding.

- vickysethb (10/5): First Class Hospitality - From the first, Vicky and I were made to feel welcome and well cared for. The staff arranged for a car and driver. Michael quickly ferried us to the hotel where several of the staff (soon to be friends) greeted us and whisked us to our lovely third floor room. Vicky and I celebrated our birthdays here; look at the photo to note the attention paid! The location is ideal, just a few blocks from arc de triomphe and ave George V. Atmosphere was perfect for settling in to Paris with an incredibly attentive Concierge called Hugo. Each and every recommendation for food, where to go and how to get there was spot in. The GM, Stephanie and her team continued the high level of relaxed attention coupled with gracious sensibility. Excellent value for the cleanliness and high quality of the public spaces, guest room and food. We will be back!

We celebrated my husband's birthday in Paris and they had balloons and champagne in the room at arrival. Bathroom is gorgeous and had both tub and shower. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Chapeau bas to Hugo the concierge for great recommendations. We also used their chauffeur service for a fee from and back to the airport which was amazing. Can't wait to go back to Paris and will definitely stay there!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful hotel filled with warmth, elegance, and incredibly kind staff. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, impeccably decorated, and created such a comforting atmosphere. Truly, this may be the best hotel experience we’ve ever had in Paris. The hospitality stood out immediately, one of the staff members even ran up six flights of stairs after he accompanied us to the stunning, golden elevator that led us to our suite. From the soft, luxurious beds and the well-laid-out room to the two balconies, premium amenities, exquisite toiletries, and even multiple plug-in adapters thoughtfully placed on the desk, every detail was considered. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our short but special two-day stay in Paris. Thank you, Hotel Vernet, for your exceptional hospitality and for making this weekend one we will never forget. This is truly a hotel that should never be overlooked. The location is superb: One block over from the Champs Elysees, but on a one-way street so quiet you'd never guess what was one street over. The welcoming feeling from EVERY staff member envelops you the moment you enter the lobby. The breakfasts are superb. The room is ;aid out beautifully and the tub is to die for. Can't wait to come back.

Рум сервис, еда которую принесли, было не вкусно, казалось бы как можно испортить пасту но они смогли. В номере даже нет бокалов для вина, хотя отель 5 звёзд. Не тянет этот отель на 5 звёзд. Был в этом же отеле 5 лет назад, тогда понравилось больше, наверное запросы были ниже.
