- Kyle (10/5): - For context, my husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels outside the US, and I would rate this hotel among the best! Outstanding customer service and amenities, and very “green”—from QR codes for all menus plus a (small) room credit if you don’t use housekeeping for the day. The food was delicious whether you at poolside or at their fine restaurants. And I’ve never seen a fitness center so large at a resort! They have a unique way to get to the beach, with an elevator that takes you down to the platform and you can jump right into the sea! There are pathways that you can walk into town and lots of little parks along the way. Absolutely recommend this hotel highly!!
- Sandra (8/5): - The hotel is very stylish and modern. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The outside garden areas and swimming pools are very well kept and there are plenty of sunbeds. The food standard and choices were excellent. The only small 'gripe' I have is that it's very difficult to get drinks at mealtimes. At breakfast, there are no juice or tea/coffee machines. You have to get a waiters attention and order your drinks. This wasn't too bad in the morning and at lunchtime but not great in the evening if you wanted a glass of wine with your meal. I'm not sure if it was because I was a solo diner but I felt I was always having to seek someone out to order a drink. It might ber better to apply the same system as the beach/poolside where you ordered a drink via a QR code and it was swiftly delivered to your sunbed.

I'm also not one to leave reviews often, but after years of experiencing their exceptional service, I feel compelled to share my experience. In the recent years, I've found it increasingly difficult to discover a hotel that offers real value for money. Akra Antalya is a true gem in this regard. I've been a returning guest for 6-7 years, initially for short trips with my partner, and for the last 3 years, it has become a family tradition where we meet with close relatives who lives in Turkey. Beyond the stunning Mediterranean views, the sea and excellent location, the quality of service is genuinely 5-star. The staff is well-trained, professional, friendly, and helpful, showing meticulous attention to detail. The variety and quality of food at every meal are superb! Another impressive feature is how the hotel caters to every age group without feeling like a crowded, kid-dominated resort. Our family's ages range from 3 to 70, and no one has ever felt left out. Most importantly, they have consistently maintained this exceptional level of service year after year, in my experience, a standard that is unmatched not only in Antalya but across all of Turkey. This year's renovations, particularly the new elevator to the beach, have made the experience even more enjoyable. Akra Antalya has become part of our family memories. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any type of traveler.

- Florian (8/5): - Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont tout simplement délicieux, avec beaucoup de choix et toujours de la place pour s’installer confortablement. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’endroit est globalement reposant… si on fait abstraction des nombreux corbeaux et surtout des chats qui se promènent partout dans la propriété. C’est assez surprenant au début : certains viennent réclamer de la nourriture, et il arrive même qu’ils montent sur la table pour en voler directement ! Si tu es amoureux des animaux, ça peut être un charme de plus. Sinon, ça peut vite devenir un peu gênant pendant les repas.

- Afreen (6/5): - The stay was mostly good. Staff was friendly, but we did encounter some staff that were not courteous to Hijabis. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and the rooms were nice but compact. Pretty close to old town and Hadrians gate. The property caters heavenly to the partying crowd though. The first night there was a Deloitte office party going on with extremely loud DJ music that was very audible even on the 7tb floor till 12 am at night. They didn’t turn it down even when we asked. So expect loud music and revelers late into the night. The pool was great. Don’t order room service food cause it wasn’t that good. Overall, would recommend for a relaxing experience except for the nightlife. You can ask for a room away from the garden cause the sound was heard a little less there.

From slipping my Gold Member privileges, to literally harassing me in public as I walked off after signing for a few soft drinks to be billed to my room, to the inability to serve cutlery properly; Topped by disgraceful communication to my driver as he looked for a parking spot to drop me off - with a Guest in the Vehicle, To an absolute let down when my daughter forgot some bathers in the balcony, claiming there was nine there after taking 5 hours to attend to my request to have it ready for collection. This place is utterly pathetic and not even by the farthest of stretches deserving of their cost. Anyone who asserts the contrary has never been in a decent Hotel!

Only downside is that before it was renovated you used to get small extras, eg: free drink on arrival, little extras left most days and now there isn’t.

As someone who eats gluten-free, I was blown away by the artisan desserts and the many gluten-free options at the breakfast and dinner buffet. The food was incredibly fresh and changed up daily, which kept every meal exciting. Staff were great, and everything felt relaxed and easy. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Our airline lost our stroller but this hotel was able to provide us with a stroller free of charge. The checkout process was really fast and smooth as well. - Angela (10/5): - Wow! What an incredible property. So very well taken care of both inside and out. Staff are in abundance and so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Two large bottles of water are complimentary every day. Breakfast is vast, you will not be struggling for something to eat! I’d highly recommend include breakfast with your stay. There’s a few restaurants and a cafe within the hotel as well as a barbers, shops and a doctor. The gym would put all mainstream gyms to shame. Fully kitted out with the latest Technogym equipment and it’s huge! There’s also a sauna & steamroom, an indoor pool and four outdoor pools. Views from this hotel are of the sea and mountains. Room sea views are wonderful and the walk to the old town is just 50mins or 10mins by taxi. We used Ubers a couple of times and also walked. Main Street in front of the hotel has lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Perfect location. Well done Akra! We’ll defo be back.

Our room was spotless and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. Upon arrival, we were delighted with a complimentary bottle of wine and some fresh fruit. Since it was my friend’s birthday, the room was decorated with balloons, and we even received a beautiful cake delivered on the special day; a truly thoughtful touch. We opted for the all-inclusive package and were pleasantly surprised by the food. Far from being boring, the menu was frequently updated with a variety of fresh salads, delicious protein options, breads, and soups. The desserts were not only visually stunning but also absolutely delicious. I treated myself to a visit to the nail bar on the first day, where the staff were warm and friendly. We also enjoyed the spa, hammam, and pool facilities, all of which were very clean and inviting. One of the highlights was the jazz show, featuring excellent performers. We also spent some relaxing time at the beach. Since we’re not strong swimmers, we preferred lying on the rocks to enjoy the waves. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Antalya. Well done, Akra keep up the great work!

Breakfast buffet is amazing with great choices, hotel has multiple restaurants and every night there is social entertainment club with music. Staff is very friendly and hardworking, and I want to mention specifically Mehmet Erkan in the reception who was very helpful with everything. AKRA is very beautiful resort and you will love it. The hotel is VIP property.
