Irma (5/5): De service had beter gekund, aar misschien heb ik gewoon pech gehad. - De kamer voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Bij aankomst bleek de stad, rondom het hotel afgesloten vanwege een event. Ik heb een lange tijd gezocht en rondgereden om bij het hotel te komen. Uiteindelijk de Urk ergens in een garage geparkeerd en gaan lopen. Bij aankomst bleek dus bovenstaande, een event. Bij de balie lag een routekaartje, het was attent geweest wanneer dit van tevoren was gedeeld. Het had mij een uur gescheeld. Op donderdag kreeg ik het verzoek om in te checken en mijn voorkeuren door te geven. Mijn voorkeuren waren een twin-bed en een badkamer met bad. Bij aankomst bleek er een douche te zijn. Dat is natuurlijk geen probleem, maar wanneer ik gevraagd word om een reservering en er wordt geen rekening mee gehouden dan voelt dat niet fijn. Bij de balie, bij aankomst heb ik aangegeven dat schoonmaak niet nodig was, deze twee nachten kan ik zelf de kamer op orde houden. Ik heb echter de eerste ochtend bij de receptie gevraagd om een doos tissues, deze was leeg. Dit zou geregeld worden. Na een lange dag in de stad moest ik daar weer achteraan. Ik trof de balie onbezet aan. Al met al heb ik het gevoel dat er niet genoeg geluisterd wordt naar de gasten, niet naar mij in ieder geval. Het hotel is mooi , de kamer prima, maar qua service kan er wel één en ander verbeterd worden.

Olga (8/5): Very nice hotel overall - I liked pretty much everything. The hotel is clean and modern. The bar next to the hotel is also excellent and serves really good cocktails. The breakfast was disappointing and definitely not worth the extra money. I'd recommend eating elsewhere instead. The gym is also very small - basically, they just have one treadmill, and that's pretty much it.
Jakub (9/5): Jestli jedete z ČR vlakem, doporučuji - + v blízkosti stanice metra U1 a S-Bahnu (z Hbf ideální hotel, vlak jezdí co 3 minuty) + pokoj velmi útulný (sice okna byla u železniční tratě, ale vlak jste spíše neslyšeli) + jedna matrace byla spása + pokoj celkově působil moderním dojmem + vynikající snídaně - hotel byl neskutečné bludiště (chození přes recepci, pak přes garáž nebylo zcela reprezentativní) - cesta na snídani vedle kolem zázemí personálu, od kterých se táhl kouře po celém patře (celkově ale hotel skutečně stojí za to využít)

Wir wurden um 23 Uhr dann auf die Straße geschickt nach 5 Stunden Fahrt und das nur weil wir keine Kreditkarte hatten

Bilge (8/5): - Otelin yeri çok merkeziydi. Metro istasyonuna yürüyerek 3 dakika mesafedeydi. Birçok mağazanın bulunduğu Kurfürstendamm Caddesi'ne de çok yakındı. Yürüyerek birçok yere gidebiliyordunuz. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahat gelmedi. Onun dışında başka sevmediğim bir şey olmadı.

Angelika (5/5): Im Seitentrakt nicht noch einmal. - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Zimmer zur Bahnstrecke! Man musste durch die Garage über lange Wege in den seitlichen Trakt. Man erklärte uns, dass Standardzimmer nur noch dort sind. Steht jedoch nicht, wie uns gesagt wurde, im Internet, oder bei Booking. Käseauswahl beim Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und nicht schmackhaft. Hat etwas nachgelassen im Vergleich der letzten Jahre. Schade.
Lilja (8/5): Heel chill hotel op een om et pubers te verblijven, comfortabel maar niet overdreven opgeklopte luxe - De kamers waren goed, de bedden lagen prima en de sauna was fijn. De locatie is top, je loopt binnen een paar minuten naar Savignyplatz waar veel leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes zitten en je op de trein naar het centrum kan stappen. Ook de ku'dam is op loopafstand waar je goed kunt shoppen. Wat ik ook heel fijn vond is de Tiergarten redelijk dichtbij, dit is een groot park waar ik een aantal keer heerlijk heb hardgelopen. Bij het inchecken ging het niet helemaal soepel, we hadden twee kamers geboekt voor 5 personen in totaal, op 1 kamer moest dus een extra bed. De kamer die we in eerste instantie kregen had dit niet dus toen moesten we terug naar de receptie om het te regelen. Uiteindelijk is het gelukt, het personeel was heel vriendelijk maar leek niet heel ervaren.

Andreas (7/5): An enjoyable stay. - The location was spot on, a very short walk to the centre of the Ku-Damm. The Van Gogh bar was excellent, especially the piano man and the bar staff were fantastic and created a great atmosphere. The hotel room was spacious and the shower was great. Couldn't sleep with the window open, because there were some busy train lines right next to the room. Breakfast at €23 is expensive, if one just wants a slice of toast and some marmalade. Hotel room could have been cleaner, we've found an old sock in one of the corners.

Seta (9/5): Overall a great stay and I would definitely come back to the NH Kurfürstendamm - It’s was in a perfect location, great breakfast options and comfortable rooms The room service was by a WR code which did not work and also no working telephone even thought it had been reported the reception desk took note however nothing was done about it during our stay, a minor inconvenience as it meant having to pop down to reception whenever we required something.

Maryam (7/5): - Overall the location was good. But the rooms were not the best you could hear the outside noise, not that bad if you can fall sleep easily. Some of the rooms were not at the main hotel but in the next building, which was not mentioned when I was booking it. Thankfully they had rooms available in thr main building to offer after all but it requires subscription to their hotel chains.

Oliver (8/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. - Ein Hotelstandard, bei dem man weiß, was man hat. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite war eine Hochbaustelle, die sehr früh morgens angefangen haben zu arbeiten. Darauf wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen. Bei anderen Hotels haben wir dies schon erlebt. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir in ein anderes, nach hinten raus gelegenes Zimmer problemlos wechseln.

However, I would recommend paying closer attention to the quality of toiletries provided in the rooms. The shower gel I received seemed to be heavily diluted with water, to the point where it was not really usable. Improving this small detail would make the experience even better.

ŞEKER (9/5): If I travel Berlin again, I will definitely stay here. - Everything was exceptional! The location was perfect, close to everywhere. The staff was very friendly and hospitable! We were 3 friends and the room size was just perfect! We were surprised of the huge space of the room actually. The only thing we were upset about the cleaning request we asked for. We had requested cleaning on Saturday and it was noted, but no cleaning was done during our 4-day stay, and when we left the room, the trash was almost piled up. With three people in the room, a lot of trash had accumulated. We reported this to the reception when checking out, the receptionist apologized. That was not a big problem but still we disturbed.
