- Robert (1/5): We were assigned a room that was already occupied by a couple on the wedding night. - Location Location I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay, during which I experienced an awkward situation due to the hotel's error in assigning me a room that was already occupied. I discussed this issue with the General Manager, who was made aware of the inconvenience caused. The situation escalated when the hotel staff blamed the other guests that were occupying the room, who were nearby and overheard the conversation, which added to the embarrassment. Furthermore, the room we were eventually assigned, room 900, had a malfunctioning safe, and while waiting for maintenance to rectify the issue, another individual was able to enter our room, highlighting a significant safety concern. l was advised that a refund was not possible due to booking through Booking.com instead of booking directly with Hilton.

The staff was rude, the blanket was filthy, the water didn't drain for hours in the bathtub. I let the front desk know and they rude about it instead of being apologetic. - sandydY2625MI (4/5): A Big Disappointment - A friend and I stayed at this Doubletree as she had an early flight. Upon arrival, we were told that they did not have our reservation, so we quickly rebooked online, and assumed this was our error. The female front desk person was quite rude and abrupt - not helpful at all. When we returned to the desk to try to finalize our checkin, she avoided eye contact and walked away- we had to start with a new person ( who was very sweet). We got to our room, unpacked and decided to turn the heat on as the room was quite chilly. Despite multiple attempts, we could not adjust the heat. The front desk was notified- initially said they would send someone up, but then clarified that furnace unit was inoperable and our options were to move to a different room or use more blankets. Why would they book someone in a room with known heating issues when there were other rooms still available? We packed up and moved to new room. Heat was fine, but shower curtain was broken and tub didn’t drain. No luggage rack in room. Only 1 washcloth and 3 pieces of tissue. Later that night, the hotel intercom went off- apparently in error as the announcement was never completed. I’ve stayed at multiple Doubletree Hotels in past and expected the same high level of quality, but this particular hotel failed in multiple regards. The front desk DID give vouchers for 2 free dinners and breakfasts, but again, the quality was sadly lacking.

Always friendly, every person! Room was musty, no fan in bathroom. I think connected. My dad is very sick today and Im sure its mold related. I even moved him to the less musty room. : (

During my stay, I had a small issue with the shower in my room. After noticing the problem, I contacted the front desk and was assisted by Javangha. From the moment he responded, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He handled the situation quickly and efficiently, making sure the issue was resolved without any hassle. What really stood out to me was his attitude. Javangha treated the situation with genuine care and made me feel like my comfort truly mattered. It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who represents their hotel with such warmth and dedication to great service. Thanks to his help, what could have been a frustrating moment turned into a great example of how excellent customer service can make all the difference. I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency and hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable team member he is. I would gladly stay here again and thank the team — especially Javangha — for making my stay a pleasant one.

The building itself is clean and fresh with a lovely pool. The room was very spacious and included a balcony. The bed was to the usual exemplary standard at a Hilton. The shower was powerful and piping hot. Breakfast was a good selection with nice fresh fruit options as well as cooked choices. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes, but if you are waiting at the terminal then give the hotel a ring so they know you are there.

I received help from Marie who was very kind and pleasant, Anna who helped make this stay special because we were celebrating a birthday. - NitinGoel18 (8/5): Good stay - Excellent location. It’s just next to the airport and best part is that a 24 hours free shuttle service runs every 15 min. Rooms are spacious but a bit older. I am satisfied with the rooms. Smart TV available so kids were super happy too. Staff was nice and courteous and they accepted request to store luggage before check in without any hassle. I didn’t go for breakfast due to early flight, so can’t comment on it.

- Sanibel353 (10/5): Excellent - Stayed overnight after arriving into MCO. Check-in was a breeze, the room was large and spotlessly clean. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is an added bonus, as well as a bar and eating area. Swimming pool out back too. Would definitely return to this hotel.
- Taocong (4/5): Disappointed! - After several calls we made to the hotel, we waited for 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Other property shuttles already made a couple of rounds within the 45 minutes. Used coffee cups with coffee inside. Candy wraps on the floor. Safe doesn’t work. No cups for brushing teeth.

- Getaway532732 (2/5): Zero experience- the refused to to allow an experience but kept the money - Despite speaking with multiple staff members, the issue remained unresolved. I expected better from a Hilton-branded property. I’ve requested GM Kelly Hall’s involvement. This hotel refused to let my 19 year old daughter check in - she arrived late after a 4 hour flight delay and did not call to let them know. The horrific but "protective" staff would not allow a refund or a conversation with their Hotel Manager. Its disappointing to have stayed at Hilton's in the past, I will not be booking at a Hilton Hotel again. Zero human emotions, kicked a sad young lady out because Javaughn Campbell (who claimed to be the general manger) had already completed his nightly audit. My 19 year old will never be the same after this but I am sure Hilton will move right along.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and tranquility. Our housekeeper did an outstanding job—she emptied our trash, tidied up our bed beautifully, and changed our towels every day, making our stay very comfortable.

- violeti692 (8/5): Minutes to the Orlando Airport- great shuttle service - With an early morning flight in mind, we decided to spend the night near the airport. Our first encounter was with the parking valet who was surly and very rude. The check-in process was seamless. We were given a room overlooking the atrium and the noise level reverberations from partiers below kept us awake until midnight. When we woke to get ready in the morning we couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was so stained and disgusting. This is not up to the normal Hilton standards. Very disappointing.

The bar had surprisingly delicious food, and we had a really great nights sleep. Can’t hear a noise in the room, amazing. So close to the Parking Spot also, really convenient.
- WorldwideTravels81 (2/5): An Unfortunate Guest Experience - It’s with regret that I share that this hotel over promised and under delivered. One reason I “like” this property is because they provide free shuttle. In the early mornings of about 12:30 a.m., we were told that the shuttle was on the way; after waiting about 20 minutes, I called back, and they shared that they should be pulling in any minute. 25 minutes later they arrive. Upon checking in, the girl at the front desk was obviously not thrilled. She quickly grabbed my card from the counter, that the card went flying underneath the computer desk and she ended up having to take things apart, to find my card. Unbeknownst to me, they checked me into a room that is ADA. Being exhausted, I just overlooked it. That said, my towels were sitting on an ADA toilet seat. In the morning, I wanted to eat breakfast. Yet they wouldn’t let me sit down without me knowing my room number. This guest experience was one of the worst. I highly advise that you stay somewhere else.
- O522PRlizc (10/5): I’m thinking highly secure building with a friendly staff. - John from valet parking was amazing, he helped my elderly mother get inside the hotel and sat her down with a bottle of water. Isabel at the front desk was very warm and inviting and best of all she gave us nice warm cookies. I highly recommend this Hilton location. I felt very secure using the elevators required your key card.

Booking.com emailed me,they emailed me that Double Tree by Hilton never responded and I even showed receptionist they never responded to my request to check in earlier. So I got a room for one night at place close by, then tried checking in own my original dates and they charged me a no show and counseled my reservation for when I was supposed to be there.I will never attempt to stay here ever again and im telling all my friends, stay away!

The room was starting to show some wear, but it's Orlando and the hotels are full much more often. Food in Lobby at restaurant and Starbucks was very good. Overall, I would recommend.

I just think maybe you guys need to train your staff members how provide better customer service. I had an issue your staff should always apologize to the customer on the company’s behalf. The price to benefit ratio, this is a great property. The room we stayed at was pretty good except for a couple notable items. The room doors closed extremely fast, I found myself fighting to keep the door open or blocking the door from hitting my wife when entering or exiting. The tub in the bathroom leaked constantly and the drain plug hand a bunch of silicone around it but unfortunately did nothing at the entire thing was just resting in the tub, totally detached. The safe stopped working during our stay as well. These are very easy quick fixes that I think once rectified, would make this and easy to recommend property.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were great, and can't forget to say the bed was extremely Comtarbel beat bed hotel I've stayed in. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests. Will defitnetly will stay here again :)
