- Leigh (8/5): - We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Paddington station. We were able to walk there in about 15 minutes with luggage. Very close to many restaurants and Kensington Gardens. Breakfast was delicious, and staff at front desk and restaurant made you feel welcome and cared for. Single room were clean and comfortable, even though very small. Dimly lit hallways. Staff explained that it was intentional, but I felt that it was so extreme that it was not safe in navigating them without running into something. The water in the shower would not drain until I moved a large piece of tile that was blocking the drain.

Le lit était douillet, ce qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes nuits, d’autant plus que le quartier est calme et charmant, avec un petit parc juste en face. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement divin ! En plus du buffet, il était possible de commander des plats préparés à la minute. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter ! Pour que ce soit parfait : une prise à côté du miroir dans la salle de bain.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die großen Fenster sorgen für eine tolle Atmosphäre, und der Blick in den ruhigen Garten ist einfach traumhaft – ein echtes Highlight mitten in London. Das Frühstück lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen: eine hervorragende Auswahl, qualitativ hochwertig und liebevoll präsentiert – der perfekte Start in den Tag. Ein ganz besonderer Moment war der Geburtstag meines Mannes: Das Hotel hat uns mit einer liebevollen Überraschung aus Luftballons, einer persönlichen Karte und Pralinen überrascht. Diese Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut und zeigt, mit wie viel Herz hier gearbeitet wird. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, gleichzeitig aber ideal angebunden: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl die Paddington Station als auch die Bayswater Station – perfekt, um ganz London unkompliziert zu erkunden. Es war bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft – und ganz sicher nicht der letzte.

- NMdsb (10/5): Above and beyond..... - We were planning on staying at The Caesar in late June. Unfortunately, my "significant other" has suffered a horrendous accident, and she is on a ventilator and has had multiple surgeries to fix a shattered pelvis. There is no way we will be going anywhere for another year, at a minimum. Although we had booked a non-refundable room, The Caesar's management was incredibly compassionate, and they have refunded the full amount of our non-refundable booking. It is really above and beyond any expectations, and we will forever be grateful. We hope to stay at The Caesar in 2027 or 2028!

I was actually referred here by the lovely receptionist at the Blakemore Hotel after they were fully booked on the weekends, my flight had been cancelled, and she kindly helped me arrange a new booking, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend The Caesar Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Fin dalla prenotazione il personale è stato gentilissimo ed all'arrivo sono stati molto accoglienti, sorridenti e sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta. La posizione perfetta per visitare Londra, in un quartiere Bayswater pieno di negozietti e posti per mangiare, l'hotel è a 5 minuti dalla metro. La colazione veramente eccellente, una parte di buffet già ricco e poi ordini alla carta le varie opzioni di colazione che vengono cucinate sul momento. nulla

The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the lobby always smelled amazing. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like evening chocolates and staff checking if we needed anything. It really made us feel taken care of. The location was calm and pleasant, with bikes available nearby which made it easy to get around. This hotel truly goes above and beyond. I will always stay here when visiting London and highly recommend it to everyone!

- Thomas (8/5): We really enjoyed our first trip to London at Caesar’s. - The location was ideal for us, just a short walk from Paddington Station. We were very impressed with the staff; they were very helpful; from making sure our room wasn’t too hot to helping us get a small wine bottle to open. And the lunch they provided in our way out the door was deeply appreciated. The room was rather cramped. For people who start their day off with stretching and exercise, it was kind of tough.

- DianeW72 (10/5): Beautiful rooms and fantastic staff! - I had a wonderful stay at the Caesar hotel which has undergone a complete refurbishment and the new rooms and restaurant are truly amazing ! The staff at the hotel are without exception very attentive and friendly. The breakfast offering was of high quality and included a very good choice of warm dishes made to order. Since the refurbishment is still ongoing it will be exciting to see the rest of the hotel transform. The location is also great as it is quiet but still within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants. All in all, a highly recommended hotel

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and prepared with great attention to detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference and gave the whole stay a much more personal touch. I would especially like to thank Sahar, Anna, Hannan, Duke, and Pastora from the bar for their kindness, wonderful recommendations, and true passion for hospitality. They all made my stay in London feel extra special. It is always the people who make a hotel experience unforgettable, and Caesar Hotel is lucky to have such a dedicated and welcoming team.

- 637sarib (10/5): Delightful stay in peaceful environment - I had a delightful stay at the Caesar Hotel. My room was modern and clean, the only slight downside was the thin windows and street level which meant noise from the street, but because the hotel was situated on a peaceful street this wasn’t really a problem. I am very picky with bed/pillow quality but both were super comfortable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing both with respect to taste and variety, one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The hotel is situated close to Paddington station so traveling to/from Heathrow is easy and also a couple other tube stations are close by so it is easy to travel to see the sights. And of course also Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens are just there within walking distance. In short, I was extremely happy with my stay and am sure to return to the Caesar Hotel!
