- Barbara (9/5): A lovely hotel. I recommend it. - We stayed in the annex. It was a quiet room and exceptionally clean. It was decorated in good taste. The staff is helpful and friendly. There was only one mirror and it was behind the sink making it hard to apply makeup or see how one looked before stepping out the door.

- Jianu (2/5): Ar trebui ca agenția de clasificare hotelieră și agenția de protecția consumatorului să dispună urgent măsuri. - Locația Confort preț de nota 2. Am plătit două camere, una cu pat matrimonial și una cu două paturi. Am găsit o cameră cu două paturi lipite și scurte în care la 180cm îți atârnă picioarele și altă cameră cu o canapea extensibile și șubredă. Izolarea fonica de nota 2 se auzea totul din cameră și totul din baia de la camera vecină.

- Laura (10/5): - The staff were so friendly and helpful, my plug adaptor had broken on the journey and they had one on hand which I could use for my stay which was a life saver! They also booked me a taxi which was there within minutes, helped load my suitcase and just couldn’t do enough. Always someone there to help. Location was incredible! Not directly in the hussle and bustle of Rome but just a short walk to the Colosseum!

Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the room we requested was not available. The staff worked diligently to find the closest solution, but it wasn't the best to split our family. The glass in the shower is too small so the water splashes all over the floor. The walls are thin so you can hear other rooms talking and the beds were VERY hard. The staff seemed disinterested in conversation.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Ducca d’Alba ha sido una experiencia realmente satisfactoria… Su ubicación es magnífica, ideal para recorrer tanto las ruinas de la Roma Imperial como perderse, sin prisas, por el casco antiguo de calles intrincadas de la Roma actual… El hotel destaca por su limpieza, y por un desayuno completo, riquísimo y abundante, con una relación calidad-precio-cantidad difícil de mejorar… El servicio de habitaciones funciona con eficacia, y la recepción está formada por un equipo humano especialmente amable, cercano y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa… En conjunto, hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy agradable, sintiéndonos cómodos, bien atendidos y, sobre todo, bien acogidos… Nada en absoluto

- Ángel (3/5): Engaño en el dentro de Roma. - La ubicación es excelente. Las fotos no coinciden con la habitación. Esta en un edificio diferente al hotel. La cama era de lo peor. Dos camas de 70cm de ancho unidas como si fuera una de matrimonio. Un hotel de 4 estrellas con ese precio no es justo. Es indecente. La habitación tiene una ducha 3 veces más pequeña de la que viene en la foto.
