- Argyri (9/5): Very pleased with our stay at the NH Noord hotel! - the kindness of the staff, the variety of breakfast, the effort to protect the environment. the pleasant surprise on my birthday with the kind chocolate wishes and the offer of drinks for me and my company. the only drawback is the distance from the center of Amsterdam and the attractions, which they successfully address by running the hotel's minibus to transport customers to the pier with the ferries that cross the canal, also free of charge, and disembark at the train station. Personally, I particularly liked the process because it gave me the opportunity to experience the daily life of the local residents of the area. finally the cost of accommodation which is much more affordable than similar hotels in the center.

Groot pluspunt , de shuttlebus!! Dikke pluim voor de chauffeurs. Zeer rustige omgeving om te overnachten . Kamer was ruim, geen vast tapijt is altijd een pluspunt, alleen het toilet in de badkamer is jammer.

- Dominik (9/5): Zwar etwas teuerer das Hotel aber würde jederzeit wieder kommen - Die ruhige Lage in Noord war perfekt mit dem Shuttel des Hotels zur Fähre nach Amsterdam Centraal oder der Metro welche 5 geh Minuten entfernt ist , ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. In Lauf Nähe zum Hotel gibt es großen Albert Heijn und auch noch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants bzw. Lokalitäten wo man etwas essen kann. Es gab ansich nix zu bemängeln

The hotel was about a 15-minute-or-less walk from several different ways of public transportation. The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff assisted us to book a taxi on the last morning when we were leaving and we needed to get to the airport too early for the shuttle. The only one point I found a bit strange which I would like them to consider is the fact that we had to ask every day for two bath towels. Our room only ever had two hand towels given. This is rather strange, surely it is not unreasonable to expect a larger towel after a shower. Trying to dry yourself and your hair after a shower on a small hand towel was not fun!

Tische beim Frühstück nicht richtig gewischt, Essensreste am Besteck. Frühstück , nichts besonderes , für diesen Preis viel zu teuer. Toilette in de Lobby- naja!

- Karolina (7/5): I wouldn’t recommend it because of its location and the lack of transport options to the ferry. - The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly. The hotel’s biggest strengths are the spacious room and the good breakfast. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the ferry, which takes you to the city centre. Unfortunately, this service is very unreliable and tends not to work – every time we returned from the city and tried to contact the driver via the specified channels (WhatsApp and phone) to pick us up from the ferry, no one answered and, of course, no one came to collect us. The drivers are very sluggish - the shuttle bus doesn’t run, so be prepared for a 20-minute walk each way if you want to get into town.
- Uğur Kutay (9/5): Amsterdam seyahatini rahat ve keyifli bir hale getirdi. - Odası gayet geniş. Kahve makinesi ve ütü, ütü masası mevcut. Yeterli sayıda askı var. Yatak king size. Üst katta güzel şehir manzarası var, Noordpark civarında olmasına rağmen ulaşımı inanılmaz rahat, m52 metrosuna 10 dk yürüyüş, 391 ve 394 otobüsleri otelin hemen arkasındaki caddeden kalkıyor, otelin feribota servisi var veya feribota da 10 dk yürüyüş. Bulunduğu semt huzur verici. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Oda temizliği istemediğiniz günlerde kapıya asacağınız kağıtla size barda bedava içecek de veriyorlar, ince bir düşünce. Hiçbir şey yok.

- Mercedes (9/5): Un estupendo alojamiento para visitar Amsterdam. - Aunque no es un hotel céntrico, el servicio de transfer a/desde el ferry es un plus. En menos de 10 minutos estás en la estación central, con acceso fácil a cualquier sitio. Está en una tranquila zona residencial. La mampara del baño. No estaba bien ajustada y el agua se salía y lo mojaba todo siempre.
- Jörg (8/5): - Lage - sehr gut, gut und bequem zu erreichen ; Empfang sehr freundlich; Balkon am Zimmer, Hygiene-Artikel im Bad reichlich vorhanden; genügend Handtücher, Fön usw. - Frühstück ist ok. - Kaffee nur aus einem Automaten, dauert dann halt etwas ;-), sehr gut war, dass man einen Stadtplan in die Hand bekommen hat, so war alles leicht zu finden 200 m bis zur Fähre ist wohl eher Luftlinie, man läuft ca. 20 min ;-)

- Béatrice (9/5): Hôtel de qualité à recommander - Chambre suffisamment spacieuse pour trois, elle mérite cependant un peu plus de rangement. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et rejoindre la gare centrale. Il manque dans la salle de bain des supports pour suspendre les serviettes.

- andrew (7/5): i would not consider this to be a 4 star hotel anymore, may be in its heyday it was. - good location, good breakfast, helpful staff, mini bus to free ferry very good decoration looking a bit worn, no available hot drinks on return from the day out except in your room, door cards needed resetting several times
- Risto (8/5): Pleasnt surprises North of Amsterdam - The bed and pillows were awesome; sturdy and just right amount of softness. Breakfast was good ans plentiful, only the orange juice was subpar. We were pleasantly surprised about the continuous, free taxi service to the ferry, which made the northern location a real non-issue. Slightly dated rooms, with dated air conditioning. Gym was big, though not a barbell for free weights.

- Roser Dolors Visa Oró (9/5): Bona relació preu-qualitat - L'hotel ha encertat amb el mini bus que fa el trajecte del ferry a l'hotel i viceversa. Es un mini bus pràcticament a demanda. Cal fer esment que el conductor Ricardo es un encant i t'ajuda en el que faci falta Com que a Amsterdam hi ha molta aigua als voltants; tot i ser a l'abril, hi havia molts mosquits, especialment a les habitacions; tot i això un cop avisats van fer el possible per eliminar-los
- Gabriella (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, für den Preis absolut enttäuschend - Gute Lage Leider können wir dieses Hotel für den Preis nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es Probleme: Wir hatten um 23:30 Uhr mit der Rezeption vereinbart, dass ein Shuttle zum Pick-up-Point geschickt wird. Wir waren anschliessend um ca. 23:35 vor Ort aber kam kein Shuttle. Stattdessen erhielten wir um 23:50 die Nachricht, dass wir den letzten Shuttle um 23:45 verpasst hätten. Am Ende mussten wir mit unseren Koffern rund 20 Minuten in der Nacht zum Hotel laufen. Im Zimmer gab es ebenfalls mehrere Mängel: Auf unsere Anfrage nach einer zweiten Decke haben wir lediglich eine sehr kleine Überdecke erhalten. Zudem war das Zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber – es war staubig und im Badezimmer befanden sich fremde Haare. Vorhang sehr schmutzig und Fenster war offen… am nächsten Tag wussten wir warum das Fenster offen war…es hat gestunken. Zudem haben die Schlüsselkarten während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zuverlässig funktioniert – selbst nach mehrfachem Austausch kam es immer wieder zu Fehlermeldungen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, nicht sauber und entspricht nicht dem Preisniveau. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl und jeden Tag identisch. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine grosse Enttäuschung und steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Wir würden dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Björnvik (9/5): Trevlig personal och utmärkt frukost - Vänligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Utmärkt frukost, som överträffade alla förväntningar. Fräscht hotellrum med bekväma sängar. Ett extra plus för vattenkokare på rummet. Bra gym. Fint med egen transfer till färjan. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell, som är beläget på mysigt område och ändå nära till centrum tack vare färjan. Saknade en wc-borste.
