• VALERIE (7/5): un hotel agréable. Dommage que la dimension commerciale et l'expérience client ne soit pas au rdv. - L'hotel est plutôt agréable Je me suis trompée dans ma réservation. J'étais à Paris pour 2 nuits et j'avais oublié que pour ma 1ère nuit 1 réservation avait été faite pour moi ailleurs. J'ai demandé si l'hotel pouvait faire un effort commercial sur la 1ere nuit annulée mais payée mais ils n'ont souhaité faire aucun effort. Je viens régulièrement à Paris, j'aurais pu revenir. J'avoue que je suis deçue. Ils ont perdu une cliente, dommage !

La décoration et l'aménagement dans la salle du petit déjeuner (on se sent un peu à l'étroit et pourrait être un peu plus modernisé). L'accueil que nous avons trouvé "froid".

Arrivé bien avant l'heure normale de check-in, on nous a proposé de prendre un café au restaurant du petit-déjeuner en attendant que la chambre soit totalement libre, soit moins de 10 mn après notre arrivée. • Sabine (9/5): Tolles kleineres Boutiquehotel mit fantastischem Frühstück, nettem Personal und guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahv - Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten zwei Zimmer. Viel Platz, zwei Schränke, zwei Fernseher (die man nicht wirklich braucht). Das Frühstück war fantastisch und für ein französisches Frühstück mehr als üppig. Alles da was man sich vorstellen konnte und ein guter Start in den Tag, inklusive lecker Fruchtsäften. Mir war das Bett zu hart, aber da hat ja jeder andere Vorlieben.

• mahatinu (10/5): Comfortable, great location, good breakfast - 5 minutes walk from Gard du Nord, so it's perfect for passengers coming in via Eurostar. Gard du Lest is also close by, along with Poissonierre metro station so an excellent base from which to tour round Paris on the public transport system. Comfortable rooms, with tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, multi channel TV. Complimentary drinking water provided every day. Usual toiletries and slippers in the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was good, with juices, hot drinks, cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, eggs, pancakes. There is a local supermarket two doors away from the hotel if you need any supplies. Aldi and Carrefour are also nearby. Plus plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. We were pleasantly surprised to find several Indian vegetarian restaurants a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord.

• willy (10/5): L’hotel est bien situé , très propre , les staff trop gentils ,je vous recommande ça à 100% - La location est bonne , bien situé , à 3 minutes de la gare du nord, des restaurants aux alentours des bars des shops , le spa , le petit dejeuner étaient vraiment à la hauteur, trés propre. Peut etre j’aurais voulu une chambre à 3eme ou 4 eme etages mais je n’avais pas demandé , ce n’est pas grave

• Vahid (9/5): - There's upside and downsides to the location. I didn't know but my Parisian later told me that the hotel is in one of the worst neighbourhoods of Paris. What they meant by it is how the streets are far from secure at night being flooded with lots of people experiencing homelessness. I however didn't feel like I was at any danger at anypoint during my three day stay, definitely not in the morning and not at night. Being so close to the train stations made it super easy to check in flying in to Paris, travel outside of Paris via train and just jump on a metro to anywhere you'd like to visit.

Die Umgebung ist vielleicht nicht so toll, aber sicher und zentral gelegen. Supermarkt und Marche‘ St. Quentin, sowie mehrere Cafés, Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Metro 5 Min. entfernt, Sacre Coeur 30 Min. zu Fuß.
• Kae (9/5): Nice hotel just outside of the busy city - The staff provided exceptional service. The location was convenient. The establishment featured a small bar offering appetizers for purchase. We enjoyed a selection of wine, beer, and a cheese platter that met our expectations. The breakfast the following morning was also satisfactory. The room’s layout was not suitable for our large suitcase. We had to remove the items we intended to use before closing the suitcase to maneuver within the room. If we had a carry-on, the situation would have been more manageable.

• Vincent (8/5): Good hotel conveniently close to Gare du Nord - Good hotel at a mere 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. Arriving and leaving by train makes the location very nice. I was in my room 15 minutes after leaving the train. For my business trip, the location is good as there is a direct line to my work and back. People in the hallway can clearly be heard, and even some faint noises from the next room. Luckily none of the guest was very late.

My car broke down in the south of France and I couldn't get a Euroshuttle ticket back to England for 4 days so I booked Hotel Mademoiselle for a impromptu stay in Paris. I stayed with my 3 children 16, 13 and 7 and we all absolutely loved it. The staff were fabulous. They helped us plan day trips out and were extremely helpful. The location is great. Very close to the Gare Du Nord train station, but not close enough to among the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was delicious and again the staff were wonderful. I would, without doubt, stay there every single time. Thank you Hotel Mademoiselle, for a very magical 4 days. ❤️

Letto estremamente duro e un rumore durante la notte come di perdite ai tubi. La vista delle finestre sul cortile interno un po' claustrofobica. Ascensore che richiede spesso minuti di attesa.

Les canettes d'eau un peu partout pour se désaltérer. l'ouverture du SPA uniquement le matin n'est pas pratique alors qu'on préfère en profiter en arrivant à l'hôtel ! les prises électriques sont anciennes et les appareils se débranchaient tout seul ! D'avoir fait attendre mon ami à l'accueil debout sans lui préciser qu'il y avait une magnifique salle Mademoiselle pour patienter au calme.
• Sophie (7/5): Hotel calme à proximité de la gare - Emplacement calme, à côté de la gare du nord et gare de l'est. Entre deux quartiers, pas de bruit extérieur dans la chambre. Le premier soir, nous sommes arrivés tard et n'avons pas eu de lits jumeaux comme demandé. Par contre le lendemain en compensation nous avons été surclassé. L'hotel semble aménager les reservations au grès de la journée.

• MiLuLondon (8/5): A great little hotel and highly recommended. - This was a great little hotel and many aspects were really 5*. The hotel was located close to the Gar du Nord Station - a five minute walk. Our room was smart, comfortable and well laid out. It lacked a mini bar / fridge and the ensuite would have benefitted with a bath. The hotel deserves it's 4 star accreditation. It had a spa but we didnt get to try the facility. The food is excellent with the scrambled eggs at breakfast the best I have tried anywhere in the world. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel.

• Eugenio (5/5): Unfortunately not for me - I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed okay. The hotel is very close to the train station, so access in and out is easy. First time in Paris, so I can't use other hotels there as a reference, but I was expecting a little more from a 4-star hotel. For example, a mini-fridge. The room was a little noisy and small; I could hear everything from other rooms at night. The reception sofa had a stain, which didn't make a great first impression, and breakfast wasn't anything special (if you keep bacon in a bain-marie, it gets soggy). Regarding the area, I wouldn't let my kids go out in that area by themselves, but that's just me.

• A7A7KA (6/5): Disappointing Experience - It was close to Gare du Nord station, easy enough to get to, just off a busy main road. The room was clean, very compact but well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and teas/coffees etc. The bathroom featured Rituals products, but I'm not 100% certain the bottles were filled with it because I have exactly the same Rituals product and it smelt very different. The breakfast was decent enough, offering a wide selection of food. The hotel features a fitness facility. When I checked in at 8.30pm, I was told I couldn't use the gym because there was a private hire session. I was told by the gentleman to come early at 6.30am or 7am so that they would open it up for me to access. I was not impressed as I specifically booked this hotel so that I could access the gym. The next morning, I asked the receptionist if I could use the gym at 8am and I was turned down again on the basis that the lady said it opens only at 9am. Even after explaining to her what I was advised by her colleague who was on duty the night before, she refused to let me use it. I also found the street noise quite disruptive to my sleep.

• Claudia (10/5): Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, modern, sauber und das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Sauber, elegant und modern. Top Service. Sehr schöner Spa Bereich. Fussläufig ( 5min) vom Gare du Nord. Auch zum Gare de l’ est ist es nicht weit. Metro in der Nähe. Supermärkte und die grösste überdachte Markthalle in Paris ist direkt auf der Ecke. Trotz belebter Gegend mit zahlreichen Restaurants Möglichkeiten liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Für uns war alles perfekt ! Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

• Anke (9/5): lovely stay in Paris. Nice hotel to relax after walking nearly 20 km/day visiting a lot of sights - clean quiet and cosy hotel in the center of bustling Paris close to the train station and several metrostations. Excellent breakfast.
• T5432ZQadamj (10/5): Central Paris boutique-like experience - The hotel has a boutique vibe. Wonderful and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, central location close to railway stations and thus to the airport. You do not need to wait at reception. And I haven’t even had time to try out the spa!
• Eva (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Es ist wundebar gut zu Fuß von der Gare du Nord oder Gare de l'Est zu erreichen. Um die Ecke ist eine Markthalle, ein Park und der Canal St.Martin sind nicht weit. Es gibt viele kleine Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Es ist nicht die typische Touristenecke, eher noch ein Paris, wo Menschen wohnen. Der kleine Park ist 2022 nach Mahsa Amini benannt worden, das finde ich sehr gut. Die Autos rasen nicht, weil viele RadfahrerInnen unterwegs sind, angenehm. Das Personal war super!!! Ich hätte lieber das Zimmer 301 gehabt, mit Blick auf die drei Demoiselles an der Fassade gegenüber, mit ihren kuriosen Kopfbedeckungen, faszinierend!
• philshot2n (10/5): Charming quiet hotel close to Gare du Nord - A small but beautifully appointed hotel a short walk from the Gare du Nord station. The rooms are comfortable, en-suite facilites excellent, and the included breakfast buffet follows the usual format but is delicious fresh. The rooms are exceptionally quiet, little to no noise from the street outside or other guests. My only criticism is that relaxing in the comfortable bar area is spoilt by intrusive muzac from the reception area.

• javankesteren (8/5): Good hotel, nice rooms - The hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly. Bar is a big word for what is is; just the breakfast room, were you can sit for a drink. The drink was superb though. We didn't make use of the wellness. The neighborhood is somewhat shallow.

• MaxColt (8/5): Most pleasant stay in cenrally located hotel. - We stayed in room 306. Good room with nice beds and clean bathroom. What was not so nice is the constant noise produced by an apparatus on the other side (invisible) of the bathroom wall. You should have warned us for this. We woul like to make a compliment to the lady on duty in the breakfast room during our stay: she is polite and professional even when it was too busy and people were getting nasty durin the weekend.

• Tom (1/5): - Nothing It’s really noisy. One of the rooms was a junior suite and it was 2 single beds pushed together. From the other room there was loads of noise when people are in the corridors. Bad hotel, don’t stay here

• Lorraine (8/5): Short but very enjoyable. - The hotel was perfectly situated for our arrival at the Gare du Nord and had been recommended by a friend who is a frequent visitor there. The room was well presented, very clean and comfortable, with both tea and coffee making facilities and good linen and towels. Breakfast tables were a bit close together and coffee was dispensed by machine. Not a fan of self-service breakfast but understand it is less labour intensive.

• Olga (10/5): I really enjoyed my short stay and definitely would come back - It is clean, quiet, staff were so nice, breakfast was very nice too. The bed was comfortable. It had tea and coffee in the room and water. Really amazing ! I liked everything I wish I had a balcony view though I had requested it but probably made a mistake booking
