- Arumugam (10/5): - Surprisingly the hotel was above my expectation. Cleanliness, fragnance around, facilities, aircond chillness... overall a pleasant stay except for 1 staff's behaviour. But that has nothing to complaint here. I am going to repeat my stay here. Just the staff behaviour, kinda rude and bossy. Otherwise all perfect.

- Kwok (7/5): Good - The people know the area well, spent time to go through some of the places like food and shopping mall within walking distance. It is close to KL city centre with 10 mins drive, but you can also go to Desa Park City, Mont Kiara or Sunway Velocity within 20 mins. It's a budget hotel, but the people here are nice. It's an old building so don't ask too much about the appearance and well maintained facilities. Parking here can be terrible although it's free. you will get plenty of parking space after 5pm or during weekends.

- TAN (8/5): 4 day 3 night stay - Decent place to sleep and wash up. Staff is very friendly, room is small but value for money. There's a working table and window in my room, which is important for me. Quiet neighborhood, not much food outlet and no convenience store. There's a mall across the highway, not so convenient to cross. Housekeeping only on request. Have to walk up some steps to reach the elevator. Not wheelchair friendly.

- Anton (8/5): Stray dogs around the hotel. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel! - The staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and courteous. A huge thank you to each and every one of them. A water dispenser with both hot and cold water is available in the hallway, and there's even a kettle in the room, which I really appreciated. The bedsheets were clean. Right next to the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants serving delicious Malay food, offering affordable meal options. 1. There are five stray dogs living next to the hotel. Although they usually sleep under cars during the day, they become active at night and bark at passersby. As a result, it’s not safe to walk around after dark. I hope the hotel will work with DBKL to address the stray dog issue. 2. During my 5-night stay, I was never able to use their Wi-Fi. The connection is available, but the data transfer is very poor. I tested the network and found that the download speed was only 1.2 Mbps, with a ping of 247 ms.

- Solotravelller (1/5): Keep it as your last choice - Staff attitude, the receptionist gave me a wrongly programmed key and when I went up and figured my door doesn't open I called from mobile asking to send me a valid key with someone his only answer was: come down back here again with all your stuff so I can fix my mistake! also when I asked for an extra towel they said you pay additional 5 RM per extra towel per night! also the near opposite me kept playing loud music all night and no one cared to stop them until I woke up with a headache in the morning and complained (I had to repeat my complain twice to get some action from the receptionist).
