- FELIX (10/5): Amazing hotel in Vienna's Art district - For us, this was the first time staying at the Imperial Riding School hotel and we hope it won't be the last one. It is a fantastic place to stay, and we were lucky enough to find 2 rooms to accommodate our family. It is modern, new, clean, very comfortable, with the extraordinary service that only a hotel chain like Marriott can provide. The location is quiet and safe, with restaurants, cafes, pharmacies within walking distance. It is located within Vienna's Art district and about 15 minutes of walking distance to the Belvedere Museum. Taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way to get to Vienna's downtown in about 10-15 minutes. We added the daily breakfast buffet to our room rate, and it was truly worth every penny, with such a large variety of options for a complete breakfast, which would allow us to skip lunch. Rooms are cleaned daily and the overall service is exceptional. Nothing to mention. Perfect place to stay. We hope to come back. Thank you for a great stay.

- Darren (8/5): Imperial in outlook, Marriot in style - Don’t be put off by location as it is ideally situated either by walking or public transport (one or two stops) to quickly get to anywhere in Vienna and it benefits from being in the embassy district so is nice and quiet and secure. The frontage is impressive and has a nice imperial feel about it. Comes with swimming pool and steam/sauna which is a plus. Didn’t really interact with staff much which suits me as don’t really like intrusive. Rooms are very Marriot, with a few splashes of colour but are comfortable, good linen and pillows, shower powerful and consistent hot water so really all you need. Plenty to like here. Coffee /Tea pod replacements were a bit erratic over the week or so we stayed, would have expected a robe in room to be par for course at this price point. No extra pillow as standard. No morning biscuits which seem to be being phased out everywhere these days. So tinkering around the edges stuff.

- Ana Mariya (10/5): Exceptional hospitality, prime location, and a great vibe - Getting checked in 6-8 hours ahead of schedule set an amazing tone for our stay. The property is impeccably clean, with a beautiful lobby and interior design. Our room faced the church (a lovely surprise with no extra charge), and the location is ideal—close to everything on foot and an easy commute to the airport. The restaurant's food and wine list are also top-tier. The kitchen has set gaps between service times, which was inconvenient since we specifically picked the hotel for its food. It would also be a great improvement if they expanded the menu to include more vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Przyjemna sfera spa. W związku z remontem kolejki za hotelem postawione są metalowe schody, które potwornie hałasują jak ktoś po nich idzie.

- Nina (10/5): - Nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag waren Pool und Sauna ein echtes Highlight und genau das Richtige, um zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken. Auch die Bar am Abend hat uns sehr gut gefallen – angenehme Atmosphäre, perfekt für einen gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstücksbuffet: sehr vielfältig, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Zusätzlich konnte man sich verschiedene Eierspeisen nach Wunsch bestellen, was den Start in den Tag noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Die hinteren, zu Straße gelegenen EG Zimmern könnten durch einfache Maßnahmen ( z.b. eine dichte immergrüne Hecke etwas besser vor dem Straßengeräusch geschützt werden.

- Réka Csilla (10/5): - I was travelling with my mum, as a treat for Mother's Day. I wanted to surprise her with flowers, but could not carry any with me. I asked the hotel staff for their help. They did an AMAZING job, and got me a beautiful, powder-pink rose. They held on to it for almost a full day, ensuring it remained fresh until Sunday morning - when I went to pick it up from reception. I appreciate their flexibility and creativity. 10/10
- Marc (9/5): Hotel sehr schön, ruhig, für mich doch zu weit weg von der Innenstadt. - Zimmer sind sauber und qualitativ ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal der Reception ist perfekt und sehr nett. leider möchte ich meine Unzufriedenheit mit dem Frühstücksservice zum Ausdruck bringen. Während meines Aufenthalts waren gleichzeitig etwa acht Mitarbeitende im Frühstücksbereich tätig. Allerdings hatte ich zu keinem Zeitpunkt den Eindruck, dass aktiv auf die Gäste eingegangen wird. Es wurde weder nach Wünschen gefragt noch Unterstützung angeboten. Stattdessen lag der Fokus ausschließlich auf dem Abräumen der Tische. Besonders störend war, dass mein Teller trotz noch vorhandenen Essens sowie klar erkennbarem Besteck neben dem Teller abgeräumt wurde, während ich mich kurz am Buffet befand. Dies entspricht aus meiner Sicht nicht dem üblichen Servicestandard in der Gastronomie. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass künftig mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf den Gast gelegt wird und grundlegende Serviceprinzipien eingehalten werden.

Els espais comuns estan decoarats amb molt bon guts, amb motius relacionats amb l'hípica (orígen de l'edicfici) El bufette no era extens i es repetia cada dia. Menjar amb molt poc de dolç, i el que hi havia, era reposteria industrial (napolitanes de xocolata i crema). Cap tipus de tarta o pastís típic de Viena.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and catered for dietary requirements to some extent. We really liked the (large) bar area and enjoyed drinks there on a couple of occasions. The bottles of water in the room were also greatly appreciated. We found the pillows oddly uncomfortable. Also, like seemingly most hotels in Vienna, there was no bath, which is a pity.

- Thomas Modl (10/5): Einfach ein tolles Hotel, wenn man geschäftlich in Wien ist. Liegt super, Preis-Leistung stimmt noch - Flexibilität, wenn man schon recht spät zum Frühstück kommt. Trotzdem noch freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung und Beratung.

Hotel bardzo nam się podo, - Obiekt jest bardzo dobrze położony - blisko starego miasta , a jest w nim cicho i spokojnie. Można wypić kawkę w ogródku. Śniadania były doskonałe. Basen jest bardzo mały , zwłaszcza, że w hotelu było dużo dzieci. Ceny w restauracji hotelowej raczej wysokie.

SPA ul este doar o piscina cu apa foarte rece care in prima zi nu a functionat. Personalul pare incepator, am stat 20 de minute la check in si 30 la check out, au incurcat facturile, am primit facturi pe mail de la alte camere si persoane.

- Anne (9/5): Super schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre - Die Lage fußläufig zum Belvedere, die s-bahn zum Prater zwei Stationen. Das Frühstück super Auswahl viele bequeme Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen, Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Modernes Fitnesscenter. Kleiner Abzug im Wellnessbereich wenig Liegeplätze in der Sauna gar kein Ruheraum und 21.30uhr werden die Saunen ausgeschaltet. Im Schwimmbad geht Punkt 22uhr das Licht aus.

- Annik (5/5): Licht und Schatten, aber im Detail bieten andere Häuser mehr - Sauberkeit, Lage in Ordnung. Hotelumfeld sicher, an Feiertagen fußläufig Parkplätze vorhanden. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr großstadtbedingt sehr gut, wenngleich Geschäfte oft sehr früh schließen, gemessen am europäischen Durchschnitt. Langsame Aufzüge. Sehr schlechte Qualität des Abendessens. Völlig geschmacklos, und zwar bei vier Menüs. Die Küche war schlecht besetzt am ersten Abend. An den anderen Abenden zum Glück auswärts gegessen. Völlig daneben war, dass trotz Ankündigung kein glutenfreies Müsli morgens vorhanden war. Das bietet heute jede Pension an …. Also für den selbsterhobenen Standard des Hotels ist dies unakzeptabel.
- Arryn (9/5): Absolutely wonderful stay - Beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean! - Beautiful building both inside and out, room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Free mini bar with water, juice, snacks and Aperol Spritz, lovely toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault it. It should be a 5*. Not the fault of the hotel but there was some construction happening on the road outside. There was no noise but lots of dust and an alternate pathway to get to the train station and towards Stephansplatz. Didn’t affect our stay but something to be conscious of.

- Penny (9/5): Lovely place to stay but not so convenient if you prefer to walk to sights / local restaurants - Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable and very good facilities It is probably about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Vienna and there are not many restaurants close by.

- Jelena (7/5): - Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und komfortabel obwohl eher -grössentechnisch- knapp bemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Ich war etwas erstaunt, dass ein Grossteil des Personals nicht Deutsch gesprochen hat. In einem deutschsprachigen Land würde man dies erwarten, insbesondere in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie (zumindest basic-Deutschkenntnisse). Des Weiteren war die Rechnungsabwicklung nicht zufriedenstellen; der reservierte Betrag auf der Kreditkarte wurde nicht storniert (obwohl die definitive Buchung stattgefunden hat). Ich musste 2x anrufen um die Gelegenheit zu regeln, das war etwas ärgerlich und zeitraubend. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Personal diesbezüglich etwas besser geschult wird.

- Gábor Szabolcs (8/5): Komoly problémák a vendégmagánélet és a működés szervezettsége terén - Csodálatos helyszín, perfekt elhelyezkedés Több alkalommal is rendkívül kellemetlen és zavaró tapasztalatunk volt a tartózkodásunk során, amelyek egyértelműen a személyzet működéséből fakadtak. Összesen 4 alkalommal történt indokolatlan és tolakodó „zavarás”, ami egy ilyen kategóriájú szállodában teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Az első eset különösen súlyos volt: egy takarító kopogás nélkül benyitott a szobánkba a reggeli órákban, miközben a párom éppen fürdés után törölközött. Ez nemcsak kellemetlen, hanem a vendégek magánszférájának súlyos megsértése. A kijelentkezés napján a helyzet tovább romlott: 30 percen belül három különböző alkalommal zavartak meg minket: * először egy takarító kopogott be, hogy kérünk-e takarítást, * majd egy biztonsági őr jelent meg „security check” indokkal, * végül egy hölgy ismét megszakította a pihenésünket. Ez a fajta koordinálatlanság és folyamatos zavarás teljes mértékben rontja a vendégélményt. Különösen visszás, hogy bár lehetőséget kaptunk késői kijelentkezésre, ezt a gyakorlatban nem tudtuk nyugodtan kihasználni: a folyamatos zavarások miatt végül csak 16:50-kor tudtunk ténylegesen kijelentkezni, ami messze nem jelentett zavartalan tartózkodást. Összességében csalódottak vagyunk, mert az ilyen alapvető működési hibák – különösen a vendégmagánélet tiszteletben tartása és a személyzet összehangolása – egy ilyen szintű szállodában nem megengedhetők.
