The gentleman working the evening shift was not friendly and lied to us over the phone about deposit. He said deposit was $50 per room. Friend checked in and paid $50. When we arrived he charged us $100 per room and said it changed over a month ago.

• Oblomow (5/5): Zimmer renoviert, Frühstück mangelhaft - Die Zimmer sind renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir konnten früh am Tag (12.00) einchecken. Das Frühstück ist und bleibt eine Zumutung. Wann wird es endlich soweit sein, dass Plastikbesteck und Pappbecher verschwinden. Wir waren 3 Tage dort und das Servicepersonal war sehr unterschiedlich. Einen Tag war es so, dass kaum etwas nachgefüllt wurde und die Bedienstete immer wieder in die "Küche" verschwand. Am anderen Tag wurde sogar der Müll vom Tisch abräumt der Tisch beputzt. Was leider ganz schlimm war, war der Boden. Überall klebte es am Boden, wahrscheinlich von dem Sirup der Waffeln. Auch roch es im ganzen Frühstückraum sehr unangenehm süsslich. Wir denken Hampton Inn sollte dringend hier am Frühstückkonzept arbeiten. Das Zimmer roch nach Hund, obwohl am Boden nur ein dünner Teppich lag. Das Personal sollte darauf achten, dass "Hundezimmer" gründlicher gereinigt werden. Auch der Fahrstuhl roch unangenehm. Abgesehen, dass er wohl sehr alt war und sehr langsam arbeitete.

• Erick (1/5): Ass - Nothing. , it was such a disappointment from the start, there is no parking and the person did not want me to give a parking pass after I paid for it, the cleaning was extremely and did their poorly, they did not restock toilet paper and apparently I have to schedule their room service after paying over 3000 dollars for an 8 night stay, in that case I should run their whole hotel operation . Oh and the breakfast was stale , dirty and generic.

Helaas was het bij aankomst niet meteen duidelijk waar de shuttle vertrekt en was het niet duidelijk welke wij moesten hebben (de "Hilton shuttles" reden bijvoorbeeld alleen naar een ander hotel). Een Uber kost $ 25. Een flesje water in de lobby kost $ 7,50.

• Denathehun (10/5): Great Location When With Pets. - Close to airport. Comfortable beds and filling hot breakfast. Check in was smooth and super speedy. The counter staff and breakfast staff were terrific and extremely professional and kind. A pleasure to interact with all of the staff. The room was spacious and I was even greeted by the television upon entering. Parking fee was reasonable. There was a nice fenced dog relief space around the back of the hotel which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely stay there agin if I need to be close to the LAX. I checked in at 9:30 pm and didn't get to spend very much time at the hotel since my daughter had a morning international flight. We could hear some of the plane traffic but that was expected so close to the airport. The breakfast was offered only at 7:00am on Sat and Sun but during the week it was available at 6:00am which would have been better.

It was very noisy from all the traffic and the interstate. We had some trouble with the shower doors, and I tripped over the wired curb coming in.

• Steve (4/5): Horrible staff - I love that place has renewed room. New furnitures. Except that shower kept dripping water all night. My room was dirty, the floor had peaces of peanuts everywhere. Hair on pillows. Floor very dirty, nobody ever mopped it. Trash bags were super tiny. Bathroom trash can was not closing, smell was everywhere. Shower kept dripping water. But the worst thing is staff. Very rude, unhelpful, a Latin girl on reception couldn’t even speak properly English. She was very unhelpful, incompetent, unreasonable. I requested a crib in my room and I waited 3 hours for them to install it, because the worker didn’t understand how to put it. When i called reception, a girl told me there is nothing she can do, so if I want to leave it’s fine.

• Flyer53566825101 (2/5): No airport shuttle. - Be aware, the airport shuttle did not come for an hour. They share this shuttle with the Hilton Garden Inn. At that point we took a taxi to the hotel. The hotel was exactly what one expects from a Hampton Inn. The stay was otherwise fine.

We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle coming from the airport. We saw hilton and many other hotel brands arrive about every 10-15 minutes. We wiil being staying at LA airport in about 6 weeks and we will choose a differnt hotel due to shortage of shuttles

• Pamela (7/5): - There is no direct access to pet relief area. To get there, you need to walk outside of the hotel to the back, which there is no lighting around. The floors where not cleaned regularly. Some people left food by the elevators and the staff did not remove until the next day.
