• Bianca (8/5): Appartamento curato in posizione perfetta - La struttura è situata in posizione ottima, ben arredata e spaziosa. Dotata di tutto il necessario e molto pulita. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. È un po rumorosa, essendo vicina a una strada dove passano tram, la mattina alle cinque inizia il rumore. L’host pretende il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno in anticipo tramite link e non da accesso all’appartamento finché non riceve i soldi. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente è stata comunque molto gentile e sempre disponibile.
• Joel (2/5): - La posizione è ottima molto centrale , la casa è spaziosa e comoda trovato anche pulita , è comodo il divano letto. Purtroppo decadono tutte le note positive quando subentra l’arroganza dell’host che quando ho mandato delle lamentele di un operatore che stava provando a forzare la porta mentre noi dormivamo ha negato l’accaduto , poi le ho inviato ulteriori immagini di rumori incessanti dalla mattina alle 8 di lavori in corso nelle case adiacenti e lì posso capire che non sia colpa loro ma quando faccio presente un problema e che per colpa di questo non abbiamo dormito mi aspetto un minimo di trattamento o un qualcosa per scusarsi e tenere gli ospiti coccolati invece anche qui hanno negato con arroganza , in più sono entrati senza permesso per visionare e collaudare la scheda degli estintori forse una revisione ma da regoli di Airbnb nessun host può entrare senza un accordo con l’ospite stesso e anche qui mi hanno risposto in maniera arrogante e disinteressata con anche un velo di sfida , provocandomi di avere un confronto , per il resto penso che la casa meriti ma l’arroganza della gestione decade tutto.
• Ruti (9/5): - דירה חמודה מאוד, מיקום מושלם 12 דקות הליכה מהדואמו. מעוצבת יפה ונוחה, מאובזרת היטב כולל מגהץ , מדיח כלים ועוד. יש מעלית , מיטות נוחות , גם הספה המתקפלת . מרפסת עמידה קטנה שצופה לרחוב היפה . עוברת אמנם חשמלית מתחת לרחוב ושומעים את הרעד שלה אבל עם החלונות מבודדים היטב . נהננו מאוד ובתמורה למחיר היה שווה מאוד , הכל היה מצוין כולל הצ׳ק אין מרחוק שעה לפני המועד.

Perfectly located in the heart of Brera, it offered everything you could want for an unforgettable stay. The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything needed to feel at home. One of our favourite features was the balcony overlooking Via Arco, such a wonderful spot to soak in the energy, charm, and street life of this beautiful neighbourhood. The kitchenette was exceptionally well appointed, with everything needed to prepare meals at home whenever we felt like a quiet night in. Every detail throughout the apartment had clearly been carefully considered, from the furnishings to the amenities, creating a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. We truly couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located base in Milan, this apartment is absolutely exceptional.

It was easy to get around and the staff we communicated with via WhatsApp was accommodating. The room smelled of smoke or something a little odd. It was hard to tell if it was within the building or from people on the street. Considering the prices I think it was fine, but a little more care could be taken to make the space more welcoming.

The locat - The apartment is in a great location, in a very nice and lively area The apartment I stayed in was very outdated and did not seem to have been deeply cleaned recently. When I arrived, there was trash on the floor, and it looked like the place had not been vacuumed or properly swept. I contacted the host, and they sent a cleaner, but when she arrived, she tried to convince me that everything was already clean and in great condition. The dishwasher smelled so bad when I opened it, as if it had never been cleaned 🤢

Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte perché eravamo di passaggio, ma possiamo dire di esserci trovati molto bene per la posizione, la pulizia e le dimensioni confortevoli. L'appartamento è dotato di terrazzino con una vista che riempie gli occhi. Se dovessimo tornare a Milano lo prenoteremmo nuovamente. La possibilità di depositare i bagagli un po' prima del check in è stato importante per noi perchè eravamo in giro con due bambine in una giornata particolarmente affollata. Nulla.

Brera is a great neighbourhood with great restaurants and charming streets to wander. Easy walk to Piazza Duomo and other sites. We stayed in a small studio on the first floor. The room was clean. The bathroom needs updating, but it was clean. I found the bed to be very hard. Couldn’t sleep with the window open because the street noise is pretty significant. Bring ear plugs. Good communication before we checked in. Told very firmly that check in was at 2pm which was fine for us as we were making our way from another city. They sent the door code at 1:00pm, and we showed up at 1:30pm. (I wrongly assumed that receiving the door code, meant that we could go in). We checked with the cleaner if it was ok to go in and she said it was fine. No sooner had we opened the apartment door, then we received a very terse phone call saying we couldn’t go in the apartment before the 2pm check in. I told them that the cleaner gave us the “all clear”, but we were told to leave and let the floors dry. The floors were already dry. So we stood outside the apartment door and waited. It was so discourteous and rude, that it really put me off. Just incredibly rude to treat clients like that. They texted back after 5 minutes to say we could go in as the floors were now dry. They surely realized how ridiculous it was to make us stand outside the apartment. I would assume they watched us stand there getting more and more irritated.

Letti comodi e cura dei dettagli notevole (in frigo bottigliette di acqua e in bagno spazzolini e dentifricio). Bel quartiere vicino castello sforzesco, la metro dista pochi minuti a piedi! Unico piccolo neo: avrei aggiunto qualche capsula in più del caffè (erano solo 4 ed eravamo in 4).

Appartamento molto grande, ingresso con divano e televisione grande, cucina attrezzata anche per cucinare con microonde, induzione, forno, bollitore e macchina caffè (super apprezzate cialde caffè e bustine the), camera con letto matrimoniale spaziosa con altra televisione e bagno. Con una scala un po' ripida si raggiunge seconda camera mansardata molto bella. Tantissimi armadi per riporre le cose. Super gli accessori trovati in bagno, ciabatte per tutti gli ospiti, set denti con spazzolino e dentifricio, set barba e Vanity set. Un po' freddo alla sera in quanto giornata di pioggia forte e freddo, ma appena abbiamo individuato il termostato e alzato la temperatura si è scaldato bene. Temevamo il rumore del tram che tanti dicono nelle recensioni, alla sera in effetti si sentiva parecchio perché passa proprio sotto, ma di notte abbiamo dormito tranquille senza disturbi.

• Ana (8/5): Muy buena opción - Llegada autónoma y comunicación fluida con los Host. Muy buena ubicación, a un paso de principales puntos de interés en un viaje express a Milán. Cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas cerca. Un detalle los amenities del baño (incluidas zapatillas de andar por casa) y un detalle también que te permitieran dejar las maletas antes del checkin y después del checkout en un punto cerca del Duomo sin ningún coste. Nuestro apartamento estaba en la cuarta planta y el ascensor solo llegaba al tercero, por lo que hay que subir escaleras. El tranvía pasa por debajo de casa, lo que genera mucho ruido (también durante la noche)

• maria elisabeth (7/5): Ein zweckmäßiges Appartement für einen kurzen Stadtbesuch - Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut. Der Dom fußläufig erreichbar, eine Vielzahl von Sehenswürdigkeiten , Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe. Es ist trotzdem nicht sehr laut. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend groß und verfügen über die notwendigen Dinge. Das Bad stammt vermutlich aus dem letzten Jahrtausend und ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Badewanne verträgt neue Abdichtungen ( alt und verfärbt).
• Marta (9/5): - Appartamento super pulito, accogliente, su una via pedonale nel magnifico e vivace quartiere storico di Brera. Il rumore dei tram che passano nella via adiacente puo' essere forte, io lo ho comunque apprezzato perche' amo i tram.
• Claudio D. (6/5): - La posizione della struttura è eccezionale nel cuore di Brera e in uno stabile molto caratteristico. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa e aveva anche un terrazzino con vista tetti di Brera molto carino. Non c'erano bicchieri di vetro nell'appartamento. Il condizionatore nella camera da letto funzionava piuttosto male e quindi non sono riuscito a far raggiungere la temperatura desiderata alla stanza che è rimasta piuttosto fredda tutta la notte.

• Laura (8/5): Fijn appartement middenin Brera. - Locatie is top! Middenin de Brera wijk. Kortbij Duomo andere bezienswaardigheden. De douche werkte niet uitstekend, het water kwam met zachte straal uit douchekop.
