Comfortable living room and bedroom. Indoor pool available. The usual issue of noise, with banging doors, poor sound insulation from the atrium, very poor sound insulation on external windows so lots of traffic noise, very poor WIFI speed of less than 5mbps incredible in a hotel of this quality, TV signal intermittent again incredible in a hotel of this quality. Little to offer in the surrounding area, so no shops and very few restaurant options.

Unfortunately our TV didn't work when we arrived. A tech employee did come and fix it after some time but I did have to contact multiple times. We also swam in the pool and the amount of chlorine in the pool was very intense. Our eyes were red and uncomfortable afterwards.

Also the hotel have a signature scent when you walk in and it is such a nice scent. The location is perfect the hotel is very close to the airport.

- sheilamO323YA (10/5): April 2026 Stay Embassy Suites Los Angeles - My family are frequent guests at Embassy Suites for years prior to becoming a Hilton Honor Member. It would be fantastic to get points when having to book 3rd party accommodations for better price.
- Nicholas (6/5): It was convenient for the airport and the car rental location. - There was plenty of space in the room and lots of space to sit around downstairs. The airport shuttle was plentiful. The food was just not up to scratch either for dinner or breakfast in my view. It was poor compared to a standard Hilton.

- S5518RBmarkh (8/5): Nice near airport hotel - The room was great the breakfast had an omelet station and good potatoes the front desk needs to inform guests better how to get to their rooms. I had to tell several people how to get there. It is very close to the airport and rental cars a bit oricey but you get what you pay for. The walls are a little thin so you can hear noises next room over. You get a balcony room in each room but no real view to anywhere. Room was clean. Pool is tiny.

- J2145TEpaulm (4/5): Worst Hilton experience - Overall probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a Hilton in years. The staff was not welcoming and room service forgot our order and then when I went to speak with them, they told me they would send it right up and then when they sent it up it was wrong. The pool area was disgusting. Tiles were falling off the wall and the pool was not even that clean. And to top it off the transportation to and from the hotel was miserable. The lady was rude to us and others and when we reported this to the hotel, they did not care. The lady we spoke to did not even look up from her desk.
- V5577JDjudym (10/5): Wonder - My stay was wonderful with one minor complaint. I was not told upon check-in that if u want ur room to be cleaned post checkin it is on request only. The free breakfast buffet that came with the room was excellent and the property is beautiful.

I should have to choose between a parking garage that will charge less or my hotel that charges more to make a decision . You cater to guest from the airport with no car . But how about the people that want to enjoy your place, and visit what La LA has to offer

Made to order omlette gentle lady was very nice i think one of the great amenities of this hotel. Also prices were a great value for our family since we get the corner suite A+ there.
- 639damonl (8/5): Not the best breakfast - Clean and enjoyable hotel. Overall experience was pleasant. Just a few things: there are lights to notify that house cleaning is needed…I activated the light and still had to reach out to notify the desk. Mildly obnoxious. And the breakfast area was a complete wreck every morning. Some new issue every morning. My kids had to eat cereal without milk because there was no milk. Just not one of the better embassy breakfast experiences I’ve had.
- LadyTravelersGroup (8/5): Good family hotel, Bad breakfast - The hotel was clean, centrally located to the family activities I planned and the staff was very accommodating and attentive. When the pool key didn’t work because there was a glitch, they had someone nearby to let guests into the pool. The breakfast was a let down because there was not a pancake or waffle section, nor non pork options for breakfast meat. While I planned to save money in my family vacation by staying at a hotel with a breakfast this was not the case, I still had to go find breakfast restaurants.

- Global26570431296 (10/5): Sleep and fly. - The hotel is conveniently located near LAX. The rooms are pretty sound proof, did not hear any of my neighbors. My daughter age 10 swam in the pool do several hours without issue.
