- Julie (1/5): - Booked, received a confirmation email, got a taxi to the property only for them to tell me my booking had been cancelled. I received no notification of cancellation, it still showed as confirmed in the Booking.com app. It was the early hours of the morning and my flight had been delayed until the next day so was tired and stressed. I get that they cancelled the booking, but the guy at the front desk was pretty rude, very unhelpful and couldn't have cared less. Thank goodness for the Ramada next door where I had to opposite experience when I walked in desperate to find somewhere to stay.

- Socorro (10/5): I would happily stay again. - I love how welcoming and genuine the staff were from the moment I walked through the doors. Unlike my experience at Marriott's Harbour Lake, where staff members at Valet parking laughed and whispered assuming I did not speak English and understood their judgement because I arrived in my mothers older truck and made me feel uncomfortable during check-in, the here treated us with kindness and respect. Danny at the front desk was especially thoughtful and even pronounced my name correctly, which is something I rarely experience. That small gesture meant a lot to me and made me feel truly seen and welcomed. Thank you Danny, for your professionalism and warmth. One of the curtain handle was broke to be able to close the black-out curtain. And the microwaves were difficult to function.

- Y1202HKdanielw (2/5): DISGRACE TO THE SHERATON/ MARRIOTT NAME - had to stay one night before early morning flight. checked in was fine room seemed ok. left room to go out for 5 hours back at 9pm. wake up was 230am for flight. Now for the beds were a DIGRACE FOR A SHERATON/ MARRIOTT PROPERTY. THE KING BED in the bedroom was so soft my 4 year old grandson sank in it as he laid in the middle of the bed. Absolutely NO SUPPORT. We needed to use the sofa bed also as there were 4 staying overnight. Well this SOFA BED WAS EVEN MORE DISGRACEFULL THEN THE BED IT SMELLED AND HAD A FOAM CUSHION THAT WAS USELESS YOU COULD FEEL THE CROSS SUPPORTS DIGGING INT YOUR BACK. LET ME NOT FORGET IT SMELLED HORRIBLE. I did not complain to management just dealt with it as we had only five hours till leave for airport thought i would just wait to review.

El único inconveniente que que el desayuno está incluido solo para dos personas de la habitación aunque se alejen 4. Pero aún así el costo y el servicio del personal está bien. Y que no incluye estacionamiento gratis también hay q pagarlo por día. Lo demás estuvo bien.

She was traveling by herself and already a bit apprehensive as she was solo, in need of a hotel and the plane had experienced “fuel leaking” and was on the tarmac two hours prior to take off. I want to commend Ana, at the front desk. She sent the hotel shuttle immediately over to pick up my daughter and gave her a warm welcome! She made sure she had everything she needed. I cannot say what a comfort it was to me as I’m all the way up in NH. Ana, thank you for making my daughter feel safe and welcome and allowed us all to sleep at ease. I spent several years working in the hotel industry. I wish every hospitality worker could be like Ana… she went above and beyond and should be recognized for elite customer service!

- Rasmussen (7/5): Might have been a good stay if I had gotten some sleep instead of having nonfunctional guest wifi. - Room was comfortable and clean At arrival,the desk clerk demanded the company name and reservation number for the parking lot. I did not have it immediately available, as I had called 2 weeks earlier and specifically asked if that would be an issue-- had been assured "all was in place." Your guest internet did NOT work at all that evening-- 11 PM--making my own retrieval of the parking res code in their mail-- EXTREMELY difficult. Took me a full hour to retrieve it as a result. I got all of 4 hours of sleep that night instead of 5, as a result. Two male staff members were helpful to me on the internet (only Lobby one worked) but the desk clerk was quite snippy. PLEASE warn all reserving guests to have their 3rd party parking email code available or printed out before checkin--do not tell them "All is set" when they call in advance, to ask.

- 269marcelon (10/5): HOME SWEET HOME - Once again, I had the pleasure of staying for seven nights at the incredible Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport, and once again the experience was outstanding. This hotel is simply fantastic. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is wonderful, and the team at the front desk is always welcoming, professional, and helpful. A special mention goes to Ana Luz Morgan. She is truly an exceptional person who goes above and beyond to ensure that both guests and employees feel valued and happy. Her leadership and dedication clearly reflect in the warm and professional atmosphere of the hotel. For a long time, the only thing missing for this hotel to reach absolute perfection was replacing the carpet with wood-style flooring. To my great surprise and happiness, when I opened the door to my room on my first day, March 2nd, I found a beautiful room with brand-new wood-style flooring. That was the final touch. Now, this hotel is simply perfect. It is easily among the top three hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. I will absolutely return next year, and whenever I come back to Orlando, the Sheraton Suites will always be my first choice. Thank you to the entire staff, the managers, and everyone who makes this hotel truly feel like a home away from home.
- 794yurir (10/5): Excellent event space with great staff and clean rooms. - We booked the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport for a 25 person family event - not a typical space for this type of event, but it was the most convenient for family traveling in from various parts of Florida as well as out of state. We could not have been happier with our choice. Our event coordinator Bella Girod was absolutely amazing - she was very engaged in every step, handled every detail for us, solved every challenge, and was the glue that made the event successful. She even helped after the event to make sure everyones stay at the hotel was handled well. Truly white glove service. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, professional and helpful too. The rooms we clean and the breakfast was fresh. Stepping away from the hotel was very enjoyable too with plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a big shopping center close by as well.

- Bill (3/5): - Location Having to pay additional for parking. AC didn’t function correctly. Maintenance showed up got it to work, and got it to work once. Called again, but before maintenance got there, started cooling. Found out it didn’t cool down to set point. Thru the night it got warmer and warmer in room. By that time most were asleep, and weren’t going to go thru disturbing. Put up with it.

Bella was lovely and super helpful and Evelyn from Banquets was top notch making sure all of our guests were taken care of and super responsive to our needs!

- thesmiths258 (10/5): Our go to hotel in Orlando - This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it will be our go to hotel any time we come to visit Orlando. It is conveniently located near the airport, it has a nice restaurant and bar with a coffee shop in the lobby. The rooms are nicely appointed and it is overall just a really nice property. We usually stay here when we are going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We'll be back in early Aug for our next cruise and look forward to another night stay at the Sheraton Suite Orlando Airport.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful and my apartment was perfect for my needs with good coffee maker and space for my cases. There is a very pleasant exterior pool area and a bar with a small menu for evening meals. I would have appreciated more vegetarian options on the menu.

- Sugandha (5/5): Clealiness needs to be improved - The location is good. There are many restaurants in the walkable distance. It wasn’t clean. There were so many hair of all lengths in the bathroom, both on the floor and in the tub. Felt so unhygienic.

- Jeremiah (3/5): The location to the airport would be the only reason I would ever stay there again. - The bar staff was friendly. It's a suite with no dishes, no silverware. It's a room that they added a mini fridge and a microwave. Bathroom vent didn't work, couch bed was dirty, the carpet was gross, the shower had not been cleaned(hair). The pool was out of service and we had to go next door. Charged for parking.
