- pkadance (10/5): Amazing Stay!!! - What a great stay!!!! I want to start by thanking Zoe, the hotel manager, who responded to my emails quickly and professionally. Everything she said was exactly what we received on our stay. The from desk staff were so friendly and informative. I wish I could remember the woman's name that checked me in on May 15th between 12:30 and 1:00pm because she was so great! First impressions are very important and she made me feel like everything was going to be great. The breakfast staff was just as amazing. The breakfast Buffett had everything you would want. Fresh fruit, breads, pastries, yogurt, prepared food, omelet station, make your own pancakes, make your own Mickey Mouse waffles, juice, coffee, etc... The room was spacious and clean, the pool area was nice, and the small market had a little of everything. Getting a Lyft or Uber was so easy to get to the parks. The only negative ( and this has very little to do with the hotel or manager) was my family did encounter a very rude shuttle driver to the park who spoke to them in a ver condescending way. Again, this is an outsourced vendor and does not tarnish my experience with the Doubletree or Zoe and her staff. Most of us decided to utilize Lyft and Uber for most or our trip. Again, thank you Zoe and please let the amazing front desk and restaurant staff know what their kindness and professionalism really added so MUCH to our trip!!

- Sara (8/5): - Rendezett, tiszta szobák, 4en kényelmesen elfértünk a gyerekekkel. A hely tökéletes, közel van a Disney Springs, a másik irányban pedig a boltok, éttermek, de autó szükséges. (DS-be a séta megoldható, kb 15 perc szép környéken). Bár nem volt jó időnk, de a medence és a környéke is jó kikapcsolódásnak tűnik, szépen felszerelt. Egyedül a mini-konyha felszereltsége volt egy kicsit kevés, talán pár pohár és evőeszköz, papírtörlő sokat segítene a kényelem érzeten. A szobalányoknak +10 pont, gyönyörűen elrendezték nekünk a szobát minden alkalommal!

- AmyK2 (10/5): Louree made the stay plus the hotels great - We stayed for both business and as a family whilst attending a work conference. The staff have been friendly, accommodating and attentive. Rooms are clean, a great size, super comfortable and great for all of us to have space to move and lounge around. The hotel amenities are fab too. Parking is a stupid price at $25 per night - this should be included along with any resort fees. Exceptional attentive service from Louree J, if you go to visit make sure you tell Louree hi. The food provided at the hotel at our event had great flavour and presentation of it was on point. The housekeeping team for our room (721) kept us tidy and clean - thank you. The Crabtree and Evelyn products are lush! Great location by Disney Springs and easy to get around, we will stay again even though I said about the parking.
- Michael (9/5): DoubleTree Suites near Disney Springs - We loved the size of the suite and the way it was laid out. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good and the variety was amazing. The servers were attentive and very friendly and helpful. The food service during the day and evening was also excellent. Again, variety on the menu and food quality was exceptional. Finally, the pool area was nicely landscaped with a large, heated pool and hot tub. While the property is well located fairly close to Disney Springs, it is not really within comfortable walking distance to other activities and restaurants. Disney Springs is a considerable walk especially for anyone with mobility limitations.
- Shelley (5/5): Very disappointed I’ve stayed at Doubletree before and had way better service and friendlier staff. At this point, I pro - The rooms were clean and spacious. They said they had Keurig machines in the room but they did not. They said they had complementary continental breakfast every morning from 7 AM to 11 AM but they did not. We tried to get a cup of coffee downstairs, but they said their coffee machine was broken. A couple of the staff members were very unfriendly especially when I asked about the complementary breakfast and the coffee maker if they knew when it would be fixed they just said they had no idea and that was it.

The jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. I didnt like that, the pool was cold but the kids enjoyed themselves I didn't like that the breakfast wasnt free, The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

- N916DL (6/5): Stay was fine but like a much larger resort feel - They charge a $25 per day resort fee, but I wouldn’t call this a resort hotel. It’s a very small pool area and the hot tub was broken. The shuttle service to the parks is very reliable and appreciated. The store/market was nice. The bartender service was fine. The rooms are spacious. The front desk service was pleasant. They do charge $25 for parking. Would not stay here again as there are so many other options that are truly resort hotels.

- willp258 (10/5): Best Customer Care Assistance - I am currently a Hilton gold member and have been traveling with Hilton for many years now and I have never experienced the level of customer care that Zoe Greenwood displayed to us on my family trip to get some sunshine. We took the bus to the Orlando airport and after arriving there, we realized that we left our Car keys in our room. With 3 car seats there would be no way for my family to get back to our house unless we changed our flights for me to uber back and grab our car keys. Zoe was kind enough to not only retrieve our car keys from our room but also to drive all the way to the airport so we didn’t miss our flight. With 3 children under 5 this saved ourselves from a challenging day. Zoe has placed herself in my top Hilton Experience and deserves a promotion or bonus. Thank you Zoe for being so kind to me and my family.

- loisr454 (10/5): An excellent experience - The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ben answered all of our questions as he handled check-in for us. Luree was sunshine itself as she greeted and served us in the Evergreen Cafe. The breakfast at the Evergreen Cafe was excellent, the food was hot and the portions were large. The quesadilla and onion rings we had in the evening were some of the best we've had. The hotel's proximity to Disney Springs was a plus. The room staff kept our room clean and there was plenty of space to relax there. There is plenty of space to lounge at the pool and a splash pad area for the children that is fenced off from the main pool.

We had an issue with our air conditioning that was immediately fixed. The highlight of our stay was our server, Olga, at their great breakfast buffet. Hotel is conveniently located, no more than 10-12 min drive to entrance of all 4 Disney Parks. Staff was great outside of one issue with one of the check-in staff (but everyone else was great so still 5 star). The rooms are very spacious albeit slightly dated but at Disney you really just need a clean bed and shower. AC was a bit sluggish and probably 5-10 degrees warmer than stated temp so adjust accordingly but overall very satisfied with our experience!

- richardmadden2019 (2/5): Worst Hilton Stay I’ve Experienced, Checked Out Halfway Through - We booked Hilton Disney Springs Suites for 10 nights and checked out after 5. In short, it was massively overpriced for what it is. The hotel feels dated, tired and in need of a complete rebuild. The rooms were not clean to the standard you would expect, especially from Hilton, and there was no real holiday atmosphere at all. The pools were not heated, which made them unusable for us. It just didn’t feel like a place you would want to spend a family holiday. I stay with Hilton regularly and hold Diamond status. This is without doubt the worst Hilton property I have stayed in. After five nights we made the decision to leave and move elsewhere so we could actually enjoy the remainder of our holiday. That says everything. While we were there, we heard multiple other guests complaining. Even our Uber driver said he hears the same feedback about this hotel all the time. On a positive note, the girls at breakfast were fantastic. Friendly, warm and the only part of the stay that brought a genuine smile to our faces. They were doing their best in what is clearly a struggling property. Hilton, you need to do much better here. This location deserves a hotel that matches the brand.

We are here for the Builders Convention, paid $150 for the tickets for the party this evening that we can’t attend because we don’t have a shower that has hot water. I put a request in at 10:30 this morning. It is now 6pm. The shower is not fixed and the party started. Great customer service lol
- gregmason3746 (10/5): If you want to find your "Home away from home" this is the place you want to go!! - First, let me note here that this hotel was chosen by someone else for me to stay there and I could not be MORE happier that they made this choice. My work brings me to Orlando several times a month and trying to find a hotel that fits my schedule has been a "journey" of noisy places and lousy food choices and small room sizes. Then the decision was made to use the Double Tree Suites at Disney Springs and that decision was nothing short of a blessing and miracle. As we began staying there we noticed first, and immediately, the friendliness and amazing warmth we received from everyone at this location. To start, the desk staff was attentive to us and treated us as if we were family. Normarie and Zoe were smiling, friendly and made sure we knew everything about THEIR restful place. Next we were invited to have breakfast at their amazing restaurant and got to enjoy a buffet that had the best tasting of choices as well as preparing us an omelet that was made to our desires. The best part I got was the salsa and sour cream (they remember I liked this every time we stayed!). The restaurant staff treated us as if we were family returning and remembered everything we liked to have with breakfast. And then we got to our rooms....they were NOT rooms but suites that made us feel at home and comfortable and NOT like we were being crammed into the smallest cube possible. We could stretch out and enjoy the roominess and comfort. The cleaning staff was also amazing. They were friendly always saying hello and they kept their work noise down to almost non-existent making our rest time in the morning calm and quiet all the while maintaining a neat and clean place for us. . And this location provided us a quick walk to Downtown Disney and that fun experience. The pool and sauna allowed us to relax and recharge any time we wanted. And when we were out later, the friendliest of evening Staff, Ben, was always there with a smile to greet us. His wonderful attitude was especially displayed one evening when I needed to stop at the front desk and he was dealing with the WORST of guests making unreasonable demands of Ben and the hotel but made remained calm, apologetic, friendly and calmly explained that the hotel could not station a security guard to secure her car all night. Unfortunately, we have since been relegated to another hotel (who makes these decisions?!?) and miss the amazing experience of the Double Tree. But mostly we miss the great friends we found at the Double Tree. I had the chance to stop in the hotel the other morning and they ALL treated me with warmth and love tell me they missed us and wanted us back. I even had two of the restaurant staff come running over to give me hugs when they saw me. Simply put, Double Tree Disney Springs is NOT a Hotel....it is MY home away from home. It can be yours too!!

One of their lovely employees named Aiden was so sweet to find us a room at 5pm on Valentine’s Day. He kindly listened to the problems we had at another hotel and found every way to fix this bad day. From now on we will definitely be a Hilton family thanks to Aiden and all of his wonderful coworkers.

- ertofu (10/5): Great price for the space, quality, and convenience - My family stayed here for 4 nights for a Disney trip and were very happy with our stay. We usually stay at HVC properties but chose this one for the Disney-related convenience. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, including a teenager. I booked connecting suites. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. It was standard hotel fare, but at a better than usual quality. There was also a custom omelette station, and the omelettes were good as well. The cost per person is a little pricey if you’re paying separately, but I booked the room rate that included breakfast and it was worth it. The staff was all very friendly, from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I did get drinks and the selection and pricing was reasonable. Check in was very smooth and they provided a convenient welcome folder that included room keys, wifi info, breakfast vouchers, and bottled water vouchers. I have Hilton Honors status, and they included helpful information on what the daily food and beverage credit covered (the restaurants/cafe, but not the market). They also have a free shuttle to the Disney parks, but we had a car and opted just to use that and pay for parking. It’s an early entry property. I’d definitely stay here again if I was doing Disney parks. I had no complaints, and the price is great for the square footage, quality, and convenience.

We had room 712 and it was really nice and clean. Front desk Ben and Normawke were really nice and welcoming. I saw this cleaning guy cleaning the floors and you could tell he takes pride in his job. I wasn't able to get his name bc he was on the move. House keeping also did a great job. The cookies are great and the guy making the omelets was very good/nice. This is a great place to stay. I would definitely go back. Also the washer and dryer worked good and were very easy to operate.

- X5131VFbrittanyg (10/5): Our new favorite hotel - My family of 5 stayed here a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough good things about it! I am a Hilton honors member and used my points to stay, which was a huge savings for our Disney trip! The hotel was conveniently located, right in the Disney bubble but also we could drive out of it and we’re a few minutes from many stores and restaurants. We had access to the early entry at the parks which we used every day and got to ride so many rides with no wait times every morning. The hotel was updated and clean, the rooms were so spacious for my family. The pool was really nice as well and front desk staff were all so sweet! This is my new favorite Orlando hotel, with the best of all worlds by being on Disney property but also getting the perks of being a Hilton honor member. My only complaint would be the price of parking, if it was free parking it would be an absolute perfect hotel! We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed in 2 bed queen suite nice and roomy Also very close to Disney parks- we are AP holders so this was nice 2 bedroom suite was nice however the AC was in the main bedroom part so the living was very hot. Being August it was not ideal Buses to parks only run 1x hour so we just drove to the parks which was more convenient

This place did the trick, clean rooms, great location and all the staff were very cordial and helpful but there was one who stood out. Shannon at the front desk was great. As a former Bar/restaurant and hotel manager for 30 years I am letting you know she is a great asset to your business and desrves to be commended. Just thought you would like to know.
