• Isidore (8/5): Such a lovely stay with great staff! Fully recommend - The location is great and the staff is so sweet! I loved the night guard who was so kind whenever I came back quite late! The location is incredible, just a 5 minute walk from central park! Had such a lovely time. Honestly there were very few cons other than the fact that there was no evening service or refilling of water bottles.

Al hacer la reserva, se ofrecía viaje gratis desde el aeropuerto, cuando le escribí para combinar el viaje me dijeron que tenía que arreglar directo con booking y quedó trunco el tema. Podrían mejorar la cordialidad en front desk.
• Igor (8/5): A great New York experience. Felt like living in the Big Apple is really like in the movies. - Location is perfect. The hotel apartment is a bit older which is seen in some places, but nothing major. We took it as a true New York experience. The terrace though, is fantastic. A true Manhattan gem that comes with the apartment. Well situated, away from hustle and bustle of Times Square, but still just 5 minutes from Central Park and really close to Times Square, Broadway. Fifth Avenue, Lexington and Park Avenues. The hotel itself is really nice, but we spent our time in the city mostly, so we didn’t use much of the amenities. No bar directly there, but you can find enough of those around.
• Michele (4/5): - Upon arrival we were informed we'd received an upgrade to a 1 bed king apartment. The apartment was dirty and tired. The window was taped with silver masking tape with bold red lettering - I assume to stop a draft! The bedroom furniture was falling apart, the wardrobe door had at some point previously falled off and been rehung but rehung higher that initally installed, therefore making one door higher. The ceiling in the lounge was falling down and part of the ceiling in bedroom was also coming down. We paid €1,500 for 3 nights so was expecting a room to have been inspected before allowing us to have the room card! We raised the matter with reception and await an update

• ROB_DIANA_LEO12 (10/5): Great Location & Compassionate Staff - The hotel is in a great location, only a few blocks away from Central Park and in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Even our driver from the airport told us we were staying in a safe location when dropping us off at the hotel. The room is very spacious which is great for families traveling with children. Room was clean, however, the bathroom needs some updating. Overall, I was satisfied with the room: there was a table with four chairs for enjoying your meals and a desk with a chair at the opposite side of the room to work from it. When I returned back home, I could not get into my parked car at the airport because I had lost my keys. I emailed the hotel immediately and received a response that the keys were not initially located. However, a few days passed and after the next guests occupying the room checked out, the staff performed a second search and my car keys were successfully located. Sabri called me with the good news leaving me a message that the keys were located. My wife called her back and we provided the staff with a shipping label and the compassionate staff mailed them. Thank you for performing a second search and mailing me my car keys! Great service efforts to the staff!

The furnishings in my room were dated, but nonetheless clean. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and polite. Highly recommend.

Good location, just off Park. Large and comfortable rooms. Plenty of decent priced parking available within 1-2 blocks from the location. Bathrooms and kitchen need a bit of a touch-up but for todays hotel standars in NYC (which are deplorable) this location shines!

• 369michaeln (8/5): Great hotel - Had a great stay at the Lobardy. We had a suite with 2 full baths because we had my daughter and granddaughter staying overnight with us. The room was a comfortable size (huge for Manhattan) and the bell staff were very helpful in moving furniture, setting up the pull-out couch with linens and the portable crib, and also providing us with extra towels. The rates were very reasonable for a room that size in that area of Manhattan. The only issue we encountered was the hot water in one of the bathrooms took a long time to warm up. We had to let it run quite a while, and I wouldn't say it got hot, but was warm enough for a shower. Overall, definitely would recommend to Lombardy.

The Lombardy ticked all the boxes. I’d read the reviews and agree in areas it is a little tired but it was immaculately clean and spacious. We also felt really safe and well looked after m By concierge. Price wise it cost us around £330 a night, which is great for NY prices. We would return.

• Martimartic (8/5): Very good - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The first room I was given was very cold, with windy coming from the bathroom window and the heating wasn’t working. I asked to change room, and the new one was perfect: warm, comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed. I felt very good there. I did experience an issue with the room key, which kept demagnetizing every evening. I had to go back down to reception to have it reset, sometimes even with my luggage after already going up and down once. In those moments, I would have appreciated a bit of assistance from the staff on the second trip upstairs. Aside from this small inconvenience, the hotel was perfect overall.

I ended up getting to stay in two different rooms and they were both unique and wonderful. The staff was top-notch and always willing to help. My only regret is that I didn’t have cash on me to tip.

There is no better value or feeling of being at home than their Manhattan suites and just maybe no better location to enjoy New York for dining, shopping, the theater, museums, even world-class medical centers. Would not stay anywhere else.

The front desk staff was amazing- they helped us (moms with teens) navigate the city, offered food recommendations. Helped when our flight home was canceled. The staff is so nice and helpful. Love the fact that every room is decorated differently and are not just cookie cutter look alike rooms and are very spacious. The small kitchen is perfect for your morning coffee and great if you decide to eat in & get take out.

Rooms were badly furnished, old stained carpet, out-dated furnishings, very basic, shabby and tired looking. Room overlooked a load of A/C units. Constant noise, poor sleep. One of rooms was freezing, the other too warm and no obvious way to change the primitive heating system. Terrible value for money.

Didn't feel especially hotel-like. The bedding was bad ... no comforter and over-starched/rigid and stiff sheets that did not feel good. Otherwise the stay was OK. A hint that things weren't quite as clean as they should be. So, a mixed bag.

Great to have a kitchen, but only 2 of everything (plates, glasses, coffee cups, forks, spoons etc.). Also dishwasher but no detergent tablets, no napkins, and no pots and pans despite a functioning stove top. No bowls.

Muito ruim! uma decepção! Pagar US$ 600 por dia! sem café da manhã (anteriormente era fornecido) e as diárias giravam entorno de US$ 300. Tanto que ao retornar após dias ao norte de NYC fui para outro hotel. Estou triste!!!! Dito acima!!!

La literie est vraiment très confortable, ce qui n'est pas négligeable après de longues journées à arpenter la ville. La propreté est un élément primordial pour moi et c'est l'un des hôtels les plus propres dans lesquels j'ai séjourné. Certaines chambres datent d'une autre époque. Nous avons pu en changer, la première étant entièrement en moquette mais je suis allergique, le personnel a été vraiment très réactif et compréhensif. La 2e chambre nous convenait mais elle donnait sur un ensemble de groupes extérieurs des clim, ce qui peut être gênant pour certains par rapport aux nuisances sonores, de plus nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la fenêtre. À noter qu'il y a peu de chances que vous ayez l'une des chambres en photo sur booking...
