• Aschoff (8/5): Excellent location and decent beds - The location was excellent. The host was accomodating with our early arrival having the apartment cleaned earlier than planned. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of room. Felt secure in this location and apartment. The showers were extremely small. The couch was not sturdy and no space for hanging out together comfortably as a group. One bathroom had mold near the toilet tank and smelled like a cave. Wish there was a larger coffee pot for mornings.

• Debbie (6/5): Lovely stay and a perfect base to explore Rome - Location was perfect! 25 mins walking distance from main points of interest (Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona) Transport access easy as bus stops right outside the building, and Termini Station only 20 minutes on the bus with access to other areas of Italy! The apartment was clean and presentable, host was very contactable and assistance when required, gave all access details in advance of arrival. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ideal for groups Very secure with coded entry and gates - we felt very safe, and it was located in a lovely area, just outside the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. Deluxe Apartment - it requires a little upgrading. Most rooms are a little run down, walls marked, old sockets & light fixtures. In the en-suite in one bedroom, the shower door did not close properly so water would escape regardless of how careful you were and again just run down. Very little natural light due to location; however this can be overlooked.

• Sebrina (7/5): Great location, 3 bed/bath, terrible beds - The location was great. Easy to walk to many places including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. Lots of great restaurants around too. It was also fairly quiet despite being on a main road. Easy to hail a taxi if you need one. It was also great to have 3 bathrooms in the 3 bedroom. Made it easy to get ready in the morning. Bedrooms were a decent size. The beds were really really uncomfortable, sagging on the sides and a lump in the middle. There was too much furniture in the living area so it is challenging to even wheel through a suitcase, let alone have 4+ people in, Decor and things was covering most surfaces so there was also no place to set things down if you brought them in (in the kitchen as well). There was constant dripping from the toilet tank in one of the bathrooms (beware if you are using the toilet below). Another thing just to note, the company charges you $10 if you want to drop your bags early and will not allow you to leave your bags there past the check out time. There is a luggage storage ship near by but it does not open until 9:30am which can be an issue if you have booked an early tour.

• Steven (7/5): Good - the location is perfect. It is very close to everything. easy walk anywhere. Better pillows would be helpful. The apartment is pretty damp and it was really hard to get anything to dry such as laundry. Extra towels or a way to dry them would have helped so much because they didn't dry after a shower. The bathrooms were a little musty from the damp.
• Louise (7/5): Good - Location is fantastic, 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made the trip so much more comfortable, bathrooms super clean. Although sheets were crisp and clean, duvet was dirty and covered by a throw blanket that also wasn't clean, therefore made sleep and the bed not comfortable, new plain white bedding that can be washed between guests would be an investment. 1 night, a bar/club outside the apartment was open and up until 3 am outside was so loud, didn't really bother us as it was only 1 night but definitely would have been a problem if it was anymore than 1 night.

At the end of the check out we needed to send some last information of us and they didn’t even respond me for nothing or just saying “ thank you “

• Roberta (7/5): Awesome location in a lovely building! - Location is great. It's on a main road and very close to the main attractions. In terms of transport - there's a bus stop just outside the door and a taxi stand is available just opposite the property. Amenities - pharmacy and a local supermarket just opp the property with an added bonus of a luggage deposit place next to the taxi stand. In terms of restaurants, one can visit the back street which leads you to campo dei fiori and on the opposite side (behind the church) there's a road which leads you to some other restaurants all the way to piazza navona. Communication with the hose was via whatsapp which worked well. Instructions for entry were well indicated in the initial message and any issues / queries were seen to immediately. Bedrooms were spacious enough and 6 people fit in well. Windows led to a side street but you could barely hear anything from the outide. The property can use some more updating (just the bathrooms). Floors needed a cleaning though - feet and socks turned black after a while (we left our shoes by the door). I would recommend adding a few hanging lines over the washing machine for any items which need drying post washing. Mind you a drying horse was provided. The property can use some more updating (just the bathrooms).
• Josie (4/5): Not as advertised, very disappointing. Dirty and disgusting bathrooms. - The location of the apartment was excellent. Close to everything and within walking distance of all the great historical areas. Beds were ok. It was spacious as advertised. The apartment doesn't have that nice fresh vibe like in it's advert pictures. Its actually very dingy and dirty. Yellow walls from excessive smoking, scuff marks everywhere. Bathrooms were disgusting with mold and mildew in showers and on tiles. Post Covid sanitization really missed the mark in this place. Bidet was soiled, hair everywhere. Most likely was not cleaned to the "standard" that is advertised. We paid extra for early check in. So disappointing. They are greedy and irresponsible for renting out this place at this price. A 2 star at best. Shame. Zero pride in ownership.

• Ryan (8/5): Large apartment in a great location was perfect for our group. Thank you to our host for all the information on access. - Really good location so could walk to most attractions. Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen & dining area. The host was very attentive and replied to my requests straight away. There was a heatwave in Italy and the air con in all rooms was a great help.Felt very secure. Great value for money in Rome. Not much not to like. The building is a little older as expected in centre of Rome.
• David (7/5): Great location. Walking distance to so many sights. - Hard to beat the location. Also the size of the apartment was perfect for our family of four. We used the washing machine regularly and hung items to dry. There is a main street out front but it was surprisingly quiet at night. The place has one common space with a table and chairs. Other than that the only furniture is beds. The place would be well served to have just one love seat or couch. The beds were HORRIBLE. All the mattresses had massive craters in them and the pillows were lumpy.
• Daniel (5/5): Disappointing - great location Firstly the apartment is advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, it isn't, its actually a 2 bedroom with another room next door. Some time after booking we were contacted to explain this, but that they had already rented out the single room for our first night and we could only have it for the other 2 nights of our stay, so we had to use the sofabed for the first night but wasn't offered a discount on the price we had paid for 3 rooms for 3 nights. We arrived expecting to be met by Francesca, especially considering they had arranged our transfer, so knew what time we would be arriving. we had to to text to find out where to go and where to find the keys. Once inside the apartment were shocked to see it wasn't the modern apartment advertised in the pictures. It is very shabby and has a strange smell. One bathroom is next to the 2 bedrooms and the other next to the kitchen. I did text Francesca to say we were very disappointed and found her very rude in response. The mattresses are uncomfortable. There were crumbs over the kitchen floor and everything needs a decorate. The only good thing was the location. We have stayed in Rome twice a year for the past 12 years and have never had a bad stay until this time.

• David (7/5): Place is in a very good location and very clean. - Francesca meeting us at the apartment and allowing us to leave our bags while they finished cleaning. The place was very clean and centrally located to most attractions. Communication was pretty much on point. The rooms are smaller then what is showing on the pictures and place needs a little bid of TLC. Sofa in the living room was uncomfortable in the Archi apartment and bedrooms could use new curtains.

• Leela (7/5): We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t come back to the apartment again. - Excellent location and a very good host. Having AC in every room was a bonus. Kitchen was cramped within the lounge with no worktop to use the kettle/toaster. We had to keep it on the floor to switch it on. Showers were too small with leaks around shower head. Overall, the property interior needs updating. Info on recommended restaurants by the host needs updating as the first three restaurants that we went were closed for the summer. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money we paid for our stay.
• Rana (6/5): - The bed is not so comfortable, 2 mini pillows are abaable. The toilet’s cover is broken. The room is not equipped with coffee or water heater etc. too small for such a price!
