- PEtronella (8/5): Prijs/kwaliteit TOP - Eenvoudig motelachtig hotel. Goede service en voor 1 nacht op weg naar het vliegveld top prijs kwaliteit. Goed eten goede wijnen en Eduardo als ober Top. Ontbijt is aardig maar niet zo goed als de andere commentaren doen vermoeden. Maar ook hier prima voor wat ze pretenderen te zijn.

El desayuno es sensacional muy completo!!! . Cuando me retire me cobraron un recargo de iva que no me esperaba por que segun la aplicación no me tenían que cobrar "nada".

- Manu (6/5): - The swimming pool and gym are amazing. We were mainly disappointed that we paid extra for a room with a view but what came with it was an extremely noisy room due to the road underneath. Definitely didn’t help that the hotel is old and the windows do not insulate noise at all.

El desayuno suficiente pero tal vez deberían cambiar un poco día a día. La wifi excelente, el TV un poco viejo y con abono básico del cable local. El restaurante muy bueno, en menú y precios. En contra, me pareció excesivo el precio de las cosas del frigobar y que suspendan actividades del gimnasio por eventos en el hotel.

We were given a different room after complaining about it but didn't help much. - Hotel infested by cockroaches! I managed to kill 5 big ones in the room, and many more escaped. Makes it very uneasy to sleep. - Breakfast very poor with limited options. Pastries never fresh. - Breakfast/Dinning area has a policy of no shorts, no flipflops, no light tops (see picture). Which we found ridiculous since it was very hot weather. The staff asked us to leave the restaurant very rudely on the first night when we were unaware of such policy.
- Gareth (8/5): Solid hotel option in Salta - We used the hotel for an overnight stay following a late arrival at the airport, before moving on to explore the wider area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are relatively basic, but perfectly adequate for what we needed, being clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel is easy with a car, with plenty of parking. Decent selection of food for breakfast, the dining area has a nice view over the city. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

- jose maria (8/5): - En el caso particular nuestro nos resultó trabajoso el tema subir y bajar escaleras para ir al comedor y a las habitaciones. Mi señora tiene dificultades para movilizarse. Creo debiera decirse algo sobre la "amabilidad" del edificio respecto a las personas con alguna discapacidad o mayores de edad.Muy buena calidad de servicios, atencion del personal, desayuno, limpieza, facilidad de estacionamiento.

- Gustavo (8/5): Excelente hotel - El hotel es muy bueno , su ubicación lo hacen destacable por la vista desde la zona de la piscina y desde su comedor , la atención muy buena .Lo único es qu no llega el Wi fi a ciertas habitaciones y la conexión de 4 G al comienzo del cerro es imposible una extensión de wifi sería lo más recomendable
- Laura (10/5): Perfect hideaway a short distance from the city - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service is fantastic, the beds are very comfortable and the elevated pool area has amazing views and is the perfect respite from the city. We also really enjoyed the a la carte food in the restaurant (served from 9pm I believe) and we also loved Alejandro! The only thing that lets it down slightly is the lack of space in the rooms, but that wasn't really a problem for us as we were hardly in the room. Wifi is also sporadic in the rooms.

No funcionaba el Telefono.y la puerta no cerraba bien.

- Agustino (10/5): Muy buenas instalaciones, equipamiento y atención. - Muy acogedor, cálido y completo. Estéticamente impecable, se convive con el arte. De no más de dos niveles, emplazado a lo largo de la famosa "cuesta del Portezuelo", respeta la arquitectura tradicional del lugar con un toque moderno en su sector de eventos y de gimnasio y spa, muy completos. Amplias vistas hacia la ciudad, que pueden disfrutarse desde el balcón de su salón comedor, de impecable presentación. Cocheras contiguas a las habitaciones, que son cómodas y bien equipadas con camas de tres plazas, cómodos colchones y almohadas variadas, amplio placar, caja de seguridad, figo-bar, TV 40", AA, cerradura de tarjeta y baño en suite de categoría. Todas con ventanas hacia el exterior. Sector de solarium muy bien mantenido con amplia piscina, bar, vestuarios y sector de quincho y parrilla sobre la ladera del monte, rodeado de forestación añosa y natural. Muy buena iluminación en todos los sectores. La atención del personal es diligente, bien dispuesta, con cierto trato familiar propio del lugar, que la hace muy cálida. Los valores están dentro de los del mercado, incluso los de su restaurante. Desayunos con modalidad autoservicio, completos, variados, con productos frescos y a discreción. Próximo a la terminal de ómnibus, y a 20' en auto del aeropuerto. Respetaron todo lo acordado, y guardaron nuestro equipaje por la tarde luego del check-out hasta la ida al aeropuerto. Muy dificultoso para personas en sillas de ruedas.

El desayuno era bastante limitado y no muy bueno, el baño han puesto una bacha de lavar las manos tan grande que no da lugar a apoyar nada, haría falta un estante. La wifi pésima, creo que habiendo tantos hoteles no repetiría;buena ubicaciön si vas en auto si vas caminando es lejos de todo; la limpieza buena: pasillos muy ruidosos,NO VOLVERÍA

La habitacon bien, el baño pésimo han puesto un lavado muy grande en relacion al baño, no hay lugar para apoyar nada. El desayuno muy pobre era mejor antes. La WiFi horrible. El resto bien pero los pasillos muy ruidosos
- Dilnei (10/5): Limpo e muito bem localizado - Hotel de fácil localização, muito bem colocadas as placas indicativas na avenida de entrada de cidade. O serviço e a vista da cidade no restaurante são excelentes. Recomendo.
- Luis Sebastian (2/5): Horrible servicio y atención. No recomendable. - Horrible. Nos dieron una habitación para fumadores con muchísimo olor a tabaco. Cuando reclamamos nos cambiaron a una de menor categoría de la mitad de tamaño, por lo que no aceptamos el cambio, cuando debieron ofrecernos igual o mayor categoría. Para completar la habitación se encontraba exactamente al lado del salón de fiestas del hotel, el cual se usó para una celebración de casamiento en la segunda noche de nuestra estadía haciendo imposible dormir, y el hotel "evidentemente" no previó este detalle. La atención del personal fue pésima salvo la del personal del restorant. Finalmente dicen contar con gimnasio pero es tercerizado y no se encuentra disponible ni feriados, ni sábados por la tarde y menos domingos.
