Everyone’s so nice and attentive, specially the two ladies at reception, Sun Ni and Florence as well as the gentleman, Sherwin. Sherwin helped with last minute booking over the phone and ensured that the best rate and discount was provided! And went out of his way to be welcoming. Florence and Sun Ni… where do I start from?! They’re absolutely amazing! Really kind, caring and attentive! Really made the stay special and gave all the tips, suggestions and recommendations! And the way they spoke, although very professional, but made me feel like a friend rather than a guest, which was extremely special. And they went out of their way to leave a beautiful note and to print off a full daily itinerary for me 🤍 will definitely come back!!

We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Angel T., the Manager on Duty, who immediately made us feel at ease. The seamless check-in, accompanied by a refreshing welcome drink and cold towels, was a gracious and memorable touch. Our standard twin room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed ensured a restful night, while the bathroom stood out for its generous size and luxurious soaking tub. A particularly delightful feature was the TV embedded within the mirror facing the tub—transforming a simple soak into a relaxing, almost indulgent experience, perfect for a staycation. I honestly did not want to leave my room, While the bathroom was well stocked, I did feel that the amenities could have been elevated further, either through a more premium brand selection or bespoke St. Regis-branded products. A minor note in an otherwise excellent setup. In the afternoon, coffee and tea were delivered to our room, and to our surprise, a small cake was thoughtfully arranged to celebrate my father. This personal touch truly exemplified the hotel’s commitment to hospitality and made our stay all the more special. Breakfast the next morning was served at The Drawing Room on the lobby level. The made-to-order selections were both delicious and generous, complemented by attentive and welcoming service throughout. Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Ms. Angel T. set the tone from the very beginning, and every member of the staff contributed to making our visit feel warm, personal, and memorable. The St. Regis distinguishes itself not just through its design and comfort, but through its genuinely caring and attentive service. What truly pushed our experience over the top was the sommelier. Her depth of knowledge and unpretentious approach to the wine list made the experience so memorable. The free glass of pinot from China didn’t hurt too.

Michael, the restaurant manager, remembered my friend’s allergy from a previous visit and quietly arranged a quiet corner table — no fuss, just genuine care. Alexis, the sommelier, orchestrated a lovely pairing with the dim sum, explained without a hint of pretension. Wandered over to Drawing Room afterwards for a digestif, and was genuinely touched that the team remembered us by name — only our second visit. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Will definitely be back.

Throughout the entire stay - From the very first moment, you immediately perceive what makes the St. Regis truly one of a kind: the level of attention you receive from everyone—literally every member—of the hotel staff. From reception to room service, from the concierge to the telephone operator, you are always addressed by name. And very well treated, it must be emphasized. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with two queen beds, which was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with impeccable service. The concierge service is exactly as it should be: helpful, friendly, efficient, and with a thorough knowledge of the city and its attractions. In short, a first-class hotel that does everything possible to make guests feel at home. Our six nights were more than enough to reveal the person responsible for the hotel’s outstanding service: the General Manager, Mr. Richard Taffs. His omnipresence—we encountered him in the lobby, at the champagne sabering ceremony, at the gym, and even at the porte-cochère, tirelessly moving about—clearly leaves its imprint on the excellent service delivered by the entire team. The hotel’s location is very good, with several restaurants connected to the property by a pedestrian walkway. That said, this convenience was not pointed out to us upon arrival, nor were we informed that Hong Kong is a city best navigated by pedestrians via elevated walkways rather than sidewalks. A minor shortcoming, however, which in no way detracts from our excellent stay.

They even have a tv in the bathtub (ours didn’t work tho) All of the restaurants are Michelin star restaurants where you can only eat with a reservation- for a 2 days stay it’s not possible to eat in the hotel, only basically if you order room service. Another point was that there is no jacuzzi available.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, and special mention to Lancelot and Maude who gave us many tips about Hong Kong, and were always there when we needed something, we have been travelling a lot and it was really nice speaking French to them two! Another thing I really liked was the room service, it was very fast and delicious. Overall, it was a short but amazing stay!

That was an extra special and treasured moment for us, which she will always remember about St Regis HK. The service and rooms truly set this hotel apart from the other 5 stars in HK (having stayed in Upper Room, Conrad, Shangri La etc.) We did not want to leave our beds or bathtub. Offered me some complementary food and drinks and Joe did a good job in mixing the canto mary it was quite interesting it has spices yet the essence of it being a drink is certainly present. Also Kuya Wilson, did welcome me just like brother feels like home by the way also made sure we got home safely. Paul really did challenge me by giving some shots probably do better next time haha. Grateful also to Andy for some great conversation. Thankful to nara and bea who gave me some desserts I really enjoyed it very well but also gave me too generously, I guess. It’s the little things that matter such as having a correctly sized kids robe and slippers in the room as well as a set of a kids’ amenities and step stool. The butler service responding quickly with needed items. Jimmy at reception and his team always being so attentive yet not in your face. The room is very spacious with two queen beds as well as a compact dining/ sitting area. Will definitely stay here again and the location is an added bonus being in Wan Chai, central to get around and close to the MTR and other shops.

They are invariably charmed by the originality, finesse and depth of flavour in its signature dishes, such as the marinated smoked duck liver on crispy toast (whose table-side presentation is delightfully ceremonial), and the braised minced fish soup with assorted vegetables (家鄉拆魚羹) – now a rarity, given the tremendous labour involved, here elevated further by the use of top-quality spotted garoupa, which brings its umami to another level. Other seafood dishes are equally impressive, all creatively prepared and thoughtfully paired with ingredients that enhance the natural sweetness of the seafood - for example, the wok-fried crab claw with dried shrimp, ginger, spring onion and layered bean curd sheet, and the steamed spotted garoupa fillet with organic black garlic and ginger. The desserts are no afterthought either: the chilled pink guava cream with sago and coconut jelly is as refreshing as it is delightful, while the sweetened pistachio cream - rich with a gentle crunch - never fails to amaze my friends. Run is also one of the very few fine-dining restaurants that can design an excellent all-vegetarian menu for my Buddhist friends who follow strict dietary constraints. Many thanks to Chef Hung and his team for the continual culinary delights, and to Kezia and the front-of-house team for their impeccable, genuinely pleasurable service. We have many fond memories at Run – a place my friends often mention when recalling truly memorable and surprising dining experiences.

It was crowded but we managed to find a spot at the bar. The service was excellent despite the crowd. Our server, Alex, Mario, Andy and Wilson were efficient and had a great sense of humor. The drinks selection is impressive, with a good mix of local drafts and international bottles. My friend loved Lemonade cocktail suddenly made by Mario , which was both creative and refreshing. It's a fantastic place to start the night or to spend a few hours catching up with friends. No complaints at all! We would definitely come back many times.
