• Todd (8/5): I was only in town for one night and this was the perfect place for me as a solo traveler. - It was conveniently located near a Metro station and the site I was visiting (The Lord’s Supper painting). The host was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was larger than most I’ve seen in Italy. The bedroom was at the top of a very narrow and steep set of stairs. And the only bathroom was downstairs. I was traveling alone, so it was not a problem for me. But if I had been traveling with a friend, this would have been inconvenient. And I was able to negotiate the stairs, but it might be difficult for some. I point this out simply because I wasn’t aware of it when I booked. The listing didn’t mention these things.

• Rachel (9/5): Excellent - Excellent place to stay in Milan. Only a minute from the metro, and either one metro stop or a 10 minute walk from Cadorna station to get the express train to the airport. Perfect place to walk into the city. Great communication from the host and easy access to the property. Use the metro and trams for getting around - super easy and cheap!

• Andrea (7/5): - pulizia e posizione la camera e' al piano terra su strada quindi esposta ai rumori del traffico; e' vicino alla portineria quindi dalle 7.00 il.portiere ha iniziato a parlare al telefono con il vivavoce, svegliandomi. i termosifoni sono rumorosi e si sente un tintinnio perenne insopportabile. La camera da letto e' sul.soppalco ma collegata alla cucina quindi si sente anche il motore del frigo quando parte. Bene saperlo prima.
• mosaic mosaic (10/5): 自宅のような利便性 - ミラノ中央駅・リナーテ空港からも地下鉄で乗り換えなし、最寄り駅からも数分で到着します。 周辺にはサンタンブロージョ教会やスーパーも数件、飲食店もありますが静かな立地にあります。 エントランスから非常にラグジュアリーな雰囲気で、何より洗面所のアメニティがホテル並みに充実していました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで全てオンラインで完結。 オーナーとはWhatAppにて連絡を取りますが、非常に親切に対応してくれました。 次回、またミラノに行く際は利用したいと思います！ スマートフォンを鍵代わりにするVikeyや宿泊税の事前決済など、初めての手続きでしたがイタリアではこれらのシステムが利用されるのが殆どのようです。 英語が苦手な方や機械に不慣れな場合は苦戦するかも知れません。

There was some mold in the bathroom, the fridge was quite noisy, like the AC, if I turned on tne shower water was spraying out of the pipe, still decent pressure. It says soundproofing, but once the city wakes up I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.

Great location to explore the City, especially to get to and from Airport as right by connecting station. To echo others, spiral staircase is narrow but didn’t cause an issue for us. As the apartment is ground floor on a road, there was passing traffic, but to be expected in a city centre.

Car parking can be found on nearby streets. Supermarket close. Nothing major. Apartment is on the ground floor, so no much looking out of the window :)

Leonardo's vineyard and Saint Maria delle Grazie was just up the road and well worth the visit Not advised of the door codes had to contact them but they responded quickly. The shower was not what it appeared to be in photos, had to hold the button in all the time to get the rain shower going. The night before leaving received a message about paying the city tax we were very luck that we were able to find that amount as we were leaving France and had little money left.

• Ivy (9/5): Truly charming! - The location of the apartment of superb and checking in was fuss-free. The apartment came clean and well-equipped with laundry and cleaning facilities. The host also left information containing sights and food recommendations for us to read at our own time. Not a big deal but it was a shame the TVs weren't Smart TVs.
• Maree (8/5): Very good - The location was fine, easy walk to metro stops and sites and a little longer walk to the centre. They let us arrive early which was very nice after a 24hr flight. Good communication for entry to accommodation. The accommodation was nice and just like in the photos. Closest Metro stop is S. Ambrogio! Directions to get to the apartment from the train station were incorrect. We were told to get off at Lanza/Brera and its a 20 minute walk dragging bags from there. The closest metro stop is actually S. Ambrogio (only 5 mins around the corner, if that!!). I wonder if the person communicating with me has even been to the apartment because he argued the point and insisted that Lanza was still the closest even when I messaged him to tell him for future reference!!! We were also not informed that the street 20 metres from the apartment is currently having major work done on it and we were woken up to extremely loud machinery noise at 6am!

Parking close by and very convenient for metro. Well equipped modern apartment and quick responses to queries. Expect a little mid-city noise but relatively peaceful location.

Directions provided but host wasnt correct so we had to travel around Milan with luggage to get to right place - just ask the host where exactly apartment located. Entrance didnt open by app provided - but host helped us out quickly.

• Amelia (3/5): Poor - very confusing checkin with communication via booking.com and what’s app. Main building codes were sent through a day later than door codes so I could not gain access when I arrived at 8am. no toilet paper, said he would bring some the following day? but we only stayed 2 nights so said not to bother. place stunk of cigarettes, including bed linen. have to wedge door open to exit when departing with a bag or you are locked inside building as the exit button to leave the gates is broken. Close proximity to Last Supper, wouldn’t recommend, there would be other properties much nicer. small, tight stairs leading to loft, didn’t even try and get bags up there. photos look maybe 10 years old, place looks tired.

• Finn (7/5): Okay overall, property has so much more potential if a few issues were sorted! - Location was really good, a few minutes walk to two different Metro stations. About 25 minutes walk into the centre of Milan. Manager was a bit flexible with a slightly earlier check in and slightly later check out which did help us out. Overall was okay, if the few problems mentioned were resolved it could be an amazing place to stay! Was unable to get into the main gate upon arrival as I was given a door code with missing digit unfortunately. Bed was not comfortable at all. An is also quite loud early in morning with road noise and people coming and going as little to no soundproofing. There were ants in our bathroom that appeared on the second day and seemed to just get worse over the 5 night stay. When mentioning this to the manager he apologised and said he wasn't aware of issue even though another review from October also mentions same issue! Also sky did not work for us but thankfully brought our own streaming device.

It was on the groud floor of the building so you could year the noise from the street and from the people entering and leaving the house. I woke up several times during the night
