• Maria A (6/5): Great location; tight quarters. - The room was extremely small; When you opened the door it touched the side of the bed! The room had two twin beds; luckily it was just me as I believe two people would have gone insane in such a cramped space. There was minimal room between the two beds. At the foot of the bed there was a desk with a small bench but that was the only place to put the suitcase. So, you could not use the desk. There was almost no room to walk around. The bathroom was minimal; the shower was very small; an overweight person would not have fit. There was almost no room to set down toiletries. It was very clean, though. and the staff was kind and helpful. And the location was superb. Very close to subways and theaters. Very convenient.

Needs better maintenance - damaged sink, all and damaged furnitures, broken window blinds.... 2. Lack of soundproofing. You can hear everything from corridor and rooms next to you. 3. Lack of cleaness in bath shower.

• Gary Mainwaring (10/5): Perfect Stay in London - The Hotel is very central .aA short walk to Covent Garden Leicester Square Piccadilly Trafalgar Square and the British Museum is around 300 meters away. The staff are very friendly .I would truly recommend The Radisson Blu Tottenham Court Road hotel for a perfect stay in London Nothing to not like

• Magdalena (8/5): - Amazing breakfast and very nice personnel. Beds and pillows were very comfy as well. The safe in my room didn't work. Even though I raised the issue and the personnel was really nice and said (twice) they would solve it, they never did. It's the only bad thing I have to say about my stay. Everything else was amazing.

• Hans (9/5): - We can recommend this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff were professional and kind. Breakfast was good. True excellent service was shown after we left. I had forgotten a package in our room. When I later contacted the reception staff, they had found the package and made sure that I could have it picked up by a courier company. I’m very grateful and will, if possible, use this hotel again in the future!

Everything is very well equipped, including cosmetics, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, a steamer, and USB and other charging options. Super comfortable. I do not like it when you can open the window to let the fresh air in. There was no detachable showerhead in my room, so it was a bit tricky when I didn't want to wash my hair.

• Jill (6/5): Disappointed rooms as don’t get away often - Room was tiny and bathroom was like a wardrobe size. No room to move in shower and sink drain stunk so had to keep plughole shut! It was initially suggested that the hotel was near to Earls Court but it wasn’t! Breakfast was very good with an all inclusive price of additional al carte items!! Bathroom and rooms were tiny. Adequate in that it had everything and my daughter was near to me but the shower room was wardrobe size where you were barely able to move. Sink drain stunk so had to keep plughole closed .

Located near to chinatown (can walk) Would help if the cookies and hot chocolate drinks can be replenished daily. Corridor has a smelly smell, not sure if it is due to the renovation works. Breakfast hours could start earlier as our flight was early and we most probably would not have made it for quick breakfast if not for the fact that the lounge opened earlier that morning

• Anna Mae (10/5): A thoughtful, comfortable stay with excellent service in a great central location. - I stayed here for my 30th birthday and had such a lovely experience. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, warm, friendly and genuinely attentive. They overheard it was my birthday and very kindly upgraded my room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and instantly made the stay feel extra special. Later on, they also sent a birthday dessert to the room, which was such a lovely touch and really made my day. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds my partner and I have ever slept in, we both had one of the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time. The room was also a great size, with good fridge space, strong air conditioning and a clean, well-kept bathroom. The location was another big plus, it felt calm and slightly tucked away from the busiest parts of London, but was still within easy walking distance of central London and everything we needed. Very little to fault, honestly. If I had to mention one thing, it would only be that some parts of the decor felt slightly dated compared to how polished the service experience was, but this didn’t affect the comfort of the stay at all.

• Kyleigh (8/5): A Radisson, nothing special but the staff are nice - It was a place to sleep in a good location, after we’d been traveling all day after the trip from hell. Nothing to particularly set itself apart aside from the concierge who not only went outside with us to hail a cab, but helped get our bags into the cab. There was a weird burning smell, like glue on fire at one point and we never figured out what it was or where it was coming from

I like that there was a steam iron and board already in the closet- I didn't have to call to ask for it. The bathroom was super tiny, which is typical of affordable hotels in typically expensive locations.

Huoneessa ei ollut kunnollista ikkunaa vaikka otimme premium huoneen...? Vaikka olet maksanut aamiaisesta, et saa sitä mukaasi jos lähdet aikaisin...vain lisämaksusta a 15 euroa henkilö!!! Olemme aiemmin saaneet normaalin ikkunallinen huoneen, en usko että palaamme.
